CHAPTER 14

“Ah, finally you come home too brother,”seru Mark, the man hastened down the stairs and stepped towards the room

the guest Jacob and his parents were chatting.

Mark slammed his butt on the couch right next to Jacob and grabbed him by the arm.

“How are you, Sister? You miss your sister until you finally go home,”ledek Mark.

“No. Just want to make sure if your limbs are still complete or your nose is reduced,”tuk Jacob.

“Kak. You have so much heart for me. Ma, Pa, look at your beloved son so heartily expecting me to come home with a state of not being intact,”adu Mark, who actually got laughter from Mrs Celline and Mr. Garadha.

“Already, he's just kidding Mark.”

Mark folded his hands and placed them over the man's chest as his snack code. However, Mark's behavior actually adds to the laughter of the people there.

“You've grown up Mark, what happens if your sister sees the behavior of her second brother who is childish,”ucap Mr. Garadha.

“Anneth is still abroad Pa. so there's no harm if I'm like this.”

Everyone could only shake his head because of Mark's behavior that did not remember his age if the man

he was twenty-four years old.  Actually it is not new because all children of the Garadha family have different characters. Hardworking and assertive Jacob, humorous Mark, and careless Anneth. But their differences actually make Mrs Celline and Mr. Garadha love them equally.

After the act of pretending to be sulking, Mark finally returned cheerful and their chat occurred again, but when not

deliberately Netra Mark saw the figure of Kanaya who was walking towards the back of the second Young Master Garadha was calling Kanaya.

“Naya,”seru Mark.

Everyone there looked at Kanaya who had turned to look at her masters.

“What's Young Master Mark?”ask Kanaya.

Kanaya stared at the innocent smiling Mark, eager for Kanaya to curse at the man

if you don't remember who Mark really is. Kanaya exhaled her breath slowly to ease her sense of regret.

“Sorry Mr and Madam then I say goodbye to the back first,”ujar Kanaya hastened to leave the living room.

His departure Kanaya now Mrs Celline and Mr. Garadha can only shake her fist staring at Mark. “don't fad at her Mark,”remember Mrs Celline.

“No Ma, Mark just wanted to call me Ma. But, speaking of which Mama can get a waiter as beautiful as Naya, she is not suitable to be a servant deh,”ujar Mark who boldly praised Kanaya even in front of her parents.

“Don't mess with Mark,”remember Mr. Garadha to his second son in order not to try or play with Kanaya, even though Kanaya is only a servant in their residence, but Mrs Celline and Mr. Garadha most disliked her son toying with women even though Kanaya was a servant.

Meanwhile Jacob was only silent, after seeing Kanaya's face somehow the man's mind became unhinged and it felt like he wanted to meet Kanaya, although Jacob is well aware that the desire to meet Kanaya is not a longing but the man does not know what makes him want to see Kanaya's face.

“Ma, B. Jacob went to the kitchen to drink.”

“No Ma, Jacob can be alone.”

“Ya already so.”

After saying that Jacob got up from his seat then stepped towards the kitchen where he was sure Kanaya

it's in there. And sure enough Jacob saw Kanaya's whereabouts there, Kanaya was cutting vegetables with other servants.

Jacob, who had no desire to drink, leaned against the wall and

observing the activities in the kitchen, but the man's netra only focused on the figure of Kanaya that he could see from behind. Because all of Garadha's servants who were busy preparing lunch made them unaware of Jacob's whereabouts.

“What is it with me? Why want to see it continue,”gumam Jacob still with his activities

monitor Kanaya.

“Naya, you just rest yes. Don't be too tired, pity his grandpa,”whisper Indri on Kanaya.

Kanaya just smiles get the attitude of attention from her best friend, but Kanaya who still feels strong

certainly reject subtly Indri's orders.

“No papa Ndri, I'm still strong kok.”

“But Nay..”.

“It's better we finish this cooking immediately, besides I'm just helping you do it right.”

“Alright, but if you feel tired have to rest yes Nay,”ucap Indri.

“Iya yes, bawel ah. This is the Vegetable I've cut to be flanked Ndri?”kanaya asked, turning the worry over

Indri.

“Sini let me,”ucap Indri snatch vegetables from Kanaya's hands.

Kanaya who did not want to stay still, chose to head to the big dining table and prepare the dishes and

there, Kanaya occasionally wiped her sweat with the hijab she used. It seemed like Kanaya was starting to get exhausted, occasionally the girl held onto her stomach and exhaled her rough breathing to strengthen herself. However, due to forcing herself finally the woman collapsed and fell unconscious.

“Canaya!”peekik Indri who saw the stupor of Kanaya.
