CHAPTER 6
The morning atmosphere at the company where Xena worked, all employees and staff did nothing but welcome the son of the successor Sandika Wijaya to become CEO at the company.
All just enjoy the dishes and celebrations held by Sandika Wijaya.
However, not with Xena, the atmosphere was so gripping for him. How not, he had to one room with Dean and several times caught sight of each other even though it was not just the two of them in that place.
"Thank you for the cooperation so far. I hope you guys keep working with each other even if I replace my son as your CEO." Said Sandika Wijaya opening the welcoming event.
All employees and staff heard carefully and displayed a smile to their superiors that was very concerned with the welfare of his subordinates.
"Cheerssh..." Say everything in the room. A sign that they are ready to accept and work with their new CEO.
"Thank you, please cooperate". Said Dean firmly while smiling. They just nodded and clapped.
degh's...
I don't know who started, suddenly those different eyes looked at each other. Long enough, so Xena quickly averted her gaze first.
Trying to neutralize his heartbeat.
"Why is that look creepy?". Inner Xena shuddered in fear.
Even that gaze did not turn as Xena turned her head back towards Dean.
Degh's...
"Hey, why Xen?" mitha asked in shock as Xena suddenly held her hand. As fast as lightning Xena turned to her best friend, looking at each other for quite a while and Xena's cold hand was enough to make Mitha understand what happened to her best friend.
Although the distance between them is quite far because it is limited by other employees and staff, Xena still feels they are very close. Especially with the gaze that just happened made her want to quickly get out of that space.
"I'm going to the toilet for a second". Pamit Xena so that her friend does not look for her if he does not see Xena in the room. Only in reply was a small nod because Mitha was so cool story with her other friends.

"Congratulations, dear." Irene congratulated Dean on the phone. Irene's soft voice made Dean miss his lover even more.
"Thank you, Rene" retorted Dean with a smile even though Irene did not see the expression of her lover.
"Okay, yes, we will connect again. I don't feel good about the show." Pamit Dean because it is not good to leave the event made by his father to welcome him.
"Mmhh.., well have fun." Irene ended their conversation.
On his way back to the show, Dean sees Xena coming out to the toilet. I don't know what happened to Dean so he followed Xena.
"Tu.an" was shocked Xena saw Dean behind her as she entered the toilet. Xena thought since when Dean was following her. Fortunately, the woman's toilet was empty.
Dean was silent but his footsteps caused Xena to reverse her steps. Even Xena did not know since when the toilet door was locked because of the shock Xena saw Dean before her eyes.
Dean's gaze made Xena even more frightened, so Xena lowered her gaze from not daring to look at that gaze.
Though from a long time ago, this is one of Xena's requests to the creator so that Dean can stare at her. However, seeing Dean's frightening gaze made him regret his expectations.
