Shojiro shook his head. "No, Tomoe. I am no longer a supporter of Taira no Kiyomori. I saw with my own eyes how Taira no Kiyomori and her family were cruel to the people. They don't deserve to rule."

Tomoe smiled faintly. "Alright, Shojiro. If that's what you say, I'll believe you. But you should know, I'm not a fool."

Shojiro was relieved to hear Tomoe's words. He knew that he had passed a very tough test. He takes pride in himself, having managed to overcome his fears and convince Tomoe that he has changed.

Tomoe drew her sword, making Shojiro raise his head back. "You should know, Shojiro. I was a samurai. And a samurai must always maintain his trust and honor. If I can't trust you, then I can't let you live anymore" Tomoe said in a cold voice.

Shojiro looked at Tomoe After a while had passed, Tomoe again stood straight in front of the warlord Minamoto no Yoshinaka. The man greeted him with joy.

"You're finally back, Tomoe! I know you can definitely defeat our enemies" he said, hugging Tomoe tightly.

However, Tomoe's smile is again locked in suspense as she looks at Yoshinaka's changing face. There was fear in the man's eyes.

"What's going on?" ask Tomoe worried.

"We are caught in the midst of the enemy. There's too many of them and we don't have a chance to escape. We will fight until the last blood" replied Yoshinaka.

Tomoe felt her chest feel heavy. This was the moment he had feared since joining Yoshinaka's forces. But he can't back down now. He had promised to become a samurai and keep his loyalty to Yoshinaka. Tomoe raised her sword and looked at the approaching enemy troops.

"Do this for your honor, Tomoe," Yoshinaka said.

In an instant, a battle broke out and Tomoe fought the enemy forces tenaciously. He moved at an incredible speed and was able to defeat several warriors at once. But the enemy was too much and he ended up being pushed.
