Kai picked up his briefcase and walked out of the room but before the man held the door handle the wife was already shouting.

Kai turned his body and looked towards the wife. He frowned while thinking what he left behind.

"Looks like nothing" he answered confidently. What did he forget ? Obviously he's got his briefcase and all the paperwork and his laptop he put in last night.

"Try to remember again !"

Kai tried to think hard while circulating his gaze looking for his lost item. But the man forgot nothing. Kai shook his head steadily.

Kai quickly cursed himself for forgetting his ritual. "Damn it, why can I forget my baby-to-be" Kai immediately walked up to his irritated wife.

"Sorry sorry ! I totally forgot about that one. It was all because I was in a hurry" he explained to the wife who looked sulky.

"Kc... The reason is you, if in a hurry why not just go to work ? Why are you still here ?" jennie answered with a sniffle. The woman's eyes looked teary.

"Darling, I completely forgot and I admit I was wrong. Please forgive me !" He twisted his wife's body and crouched down in front of her with a face that was clear.

Jennie who saw Kai looking sincerely apologized just nodded. Kai smiled and then kissed the stomach and rubbed it gently.

"Darling, Daddy said yes, you don't get naughty in Mommy's stomach. We love you so much, son" he said sincerely.

"Go to work quickly ! You'll be late"

"And I'm the boss dear" replied Kak proudly.

Kai just smiled at the wife's nagging. It's really better for Jennie to nag her than to have to inhabit her.
