Chapter 1: The Blind Girl
“This is where.. yes?” ask the girl.
Name's Xyna. A girl from an eastern city so far away from Moscow. At the moment he does not know the direction and just hanging back and forth because it runs out of data packets.
He had previously tried to contact Xanox, his brother but was not answered. Since there were no GooMaps to guide her, Xyna was lost despite asking people.
“Haa.. It looks like I got lost again.” said Xyna realized her mistake.
Tired of walking all day, Xyna sat on a park bench. He took his bottle and drank a few sips while resting his body.
“Mother Dad, see No Balloons!” a little girl near Xyna.
The little girl seemed happy when her father gave her a balloon. This made Xyna quiet. He remembered his reason for being there.
About 2 weeks earlier, Xyna's mother arrived at the Hospital. His body dropped and his health plummeted due to work fatigue. After further examination, Xyna's mother apparently had kidney failure and had to undergo surgery immediately. But because Xyna's family was poor, his father begged the doctor to give him medicine because he could not afford the surgery and care of his wife.
Xyna pitying seeing her father. He knew his father was a good man who loved his wife. But because of money, he could not do much. After Xyna's mother returned home her condition worsened. He couldn't even walk and just lay on the bed. Xyna who felt her mother's time was not much more wanted to contact Xanox. But his mother forbade him on the grounds that he did not want to disturb Xanox who was focusing on learning. Xyna complied with her mother's wishes, a last wish that was a regret for her.
Three days later, Xyna's mother breathed her last and left Xyna for a long time. After her mother's departure, Xyna did not cry. Xyna tries to be strong because she thinks her father is much more broken than she is.
Xyna was wrong.
A few days later, his father came home with a woman. Xyna knew the woman because the rich woman was her father's boss. Xyna thought she had come home to mourn, but her father explained that she was now her new mother. He had remarried a few days ago when Xyna's mother was buried. Hearing that, Xyna was clearly furious. He did not expect his father to see his mother.
For 2 days, Xyna just locked herself in the room. He did not want to leave the room before the rich woman left. But instead of leaving, the woman went into her room and dragged Xyna out. He has taken over the house and Xyna must obey him.
Mopping, washing and all the housework, Xyna did the work. While the rich woman was having fun with her father outside. Fed up and feeling that she is not Cinderella, Xyna runs away from home while they are not around.
And that's why Xyna's here.
Xyna knew she was not alone in this world. She still has Xanox, her brother to go and start a new life.
”After meeting him I'll tell you all what Dad did. I'm sure big brother won't forgive him!” xyna encouraged herself.
The girl was so optimistic that she did not realize she had entered the factory area. Continuing to walk without direction, Xyna sure will soon meet her brother.
The voice stopped Xyna's steps. Did he just hear a strange sound from being too excited?
“STOP! RELEASE ME!”
This time Xyna heard the voice more clearly. He approached the source of the sound and saw what was happening. In a small alley not far from there, there was a group of men besieging a woman. They held the woman's hands together and intended to take off her clothes.
“Hei! What are you guys doing?!” xyna shouted as she saw the action.
“Who?” they said to Xyna at the end of the hallway. “A girl?”
“Hey, is he your friend?” ask one of the men to the woman.
“Let go of him!” yelled Xyna from a distance. He did not dare to approach because the number of men was too many.
Knowing that way was ineffective, Xyna looked around. He hoped he could find a weapon or something in self-defense.
“Hei little girl. It's none of your business. You better run now before we catch you.” said one of the men approaching Xyna.
After looking around, Xyna realized one thing. Label “flammable” is where scattered in the place. Xyna swiftly pulled out the match she was carrying and lit the fire.
“Le-Let him go! Or let ma-die together in this place!” exciting Xyna direct matches to a place that “flammable”.
The men were in a panic because Xyna was pointing her too close.
“Tu- Wait! Ja-Don't burn!”
“Hey quickly release the woman! If one more inch of the girl's hand shifts this place could explode!”
Hearing him the men holding the woman instantly let go of their hold. It gave the woman a chance to immediately flee towards Xyna.
“Come!”
After their position was very close, Xyna immediately pulled her hand and ran away from the place.
