Axel Who's Sick In The Duke Family

Chapter 2. one of the dangerous.

Why would this old man be able to enter his room without making any sound at all?

"Mr axel?"

Axel took the towel that was thrust at him and walked away leaving the old man who was still loyal to stand there with a strange look on his face.

"I just don't want to be disturbed" Axel rubbed his hair.

"Charon is very sad not to understand the wishes of the young master.is the master not feeling well? do I need to call a doctor?" ask the old man named Charon who is now putting on a sad face.

Axel who heard the old man's name instantly froze in place.

He was so shocked that he almost had a heart attack that could have left him dead at any moment if he did not immediately neutralize his shock.

Axel then remembered about the plot of the original novel where there are three dangerous characters and one of them is charon. although he looks good and loves his master easily like a grandfather who loves his only grandson, but, he actually has another identity as a cruel and cruel individual.

And now the person was right next to him. If the axel offended a little about this person then a split second maybe his body would be split into several parts.

Just thinking about it makes him even more pale and assume that from now on he must be careful in acting.

"Sir, can I help you?" charon asked once more when he saw the anxiety on his master's face.

'You're very helpful if you're as bright as going from before me' but axel certainly can't say that out loud, so he sorted it out.

Axel then thought for a moment to lean his body onto the sofa and finally made a request to charon.

"Water, get some water."

Flat axel stared at charon who was now standing next to him who now looked like a puppy.

"Alright sir, I'll take it soon" said charon throwing his trademark smile at the axel.

Axel who felt that smile instantly threw his face to the side as he felt a hint of coldness from the old man. in order to keep his precious life, the axel must avoid eye contact and speak formally if confronted by charon "yes thank you" although it was not his initial intention as he only wanted to expel the old man from his sight as soon as possible.

Charon slightly flinched with a strange expression on his face and axel was unaware of it at all.

After charon's departure, the axel instantly relaxes his body— exhales its weight into the air.

Charon is more dangerous than the main character.if ash is going to beat him to death then charon will torture him first and then skin him until no more drops of blood come out of his body.

That makes Axel think hard because his memory is now a little vague about what happened and how he should avoid the storyline so that he does not end up like the one in the novel.

Hann, "...."

Even the room if viewed up close looks so spacious in the middle of the room there is a long circular sofa made with the best quality materials. each side of the front is a large window with anti-magic glass facing directly onto the balcony. even the mattress is king size with some jewel beads that are just pasted on all sides of the mattress. there are even some paintings with original art that are left just lying on the edge of the room, which makes the axel speechless when seeing the luxury that is presented in front of him.

"It's really like the fantasy world." he murmured.

"For that reason, I don't want to think about it."

'Many things I have to miss'

At least he will go through that war and try to live in peace. although he hated it but the situation now was much better than having to live in a room with various tools attached to his body. and also in this world he did not want to devote himself to contributing, following that endless war even though it was completely unavoidable. but if he is needed then he will gladly help the heroes from behind the scenes, if that is really necessary for his peaceful life.

Because it's just him, the reader who remembers the whole storyline.

The other reason was that he could not die.His life as detrian might not be as good as it is now.he hated the thought of how people forbade him to die.Therefore, he was, therefore, not as good as it is now, he was tired of having to see so many deaths from people around him to protect himself.

Charon who had returned tilted his head in confusion when he saw his master's uncharacteristic behavior.However, he could only silently duck down and give the water towards the axel.

Axel stared at the water flatly then grabbed it and drank it in one gulp.

Not even a second had he vomited fresh blood.

Axel frowned. Dislike was clearly plastered on his face, although he did not feel pain but he did not like it when he saw the blood coming out of his body.it was very clear, that he was very weak.

It was better if he lived rolling in a pile of dirt or living like a dead rat than surviving just to feel the pain.

"Young master I told you to be careful.your body is very weak." charon swiftly guiding axel, kneeling took out a handkerchief from behind his pouch and cleaned the bloodstains on the axel face.

This was not something strange, even his doctor would do the same if he had vomited blood.however, if charon who was a cruel hearted person did this, he said, isn't that pretty weird?

Even so, the axel remained unmoved and let it go.

From his point of view he could see charon looking so worried. If anyone saw him, he could have been misinterpreted as a loyal butler worried about his owner. but no one would have thought that he was an assassin living in a dark world that was now disguised as a docile servant like a puppy who obeyed all his master's orders.

"Because you are in a bad state, you have to eat a lot of healthy food."

Axel folded his hands looking out the window not wanting to make eye contact with the old man.

"Just do it as usual."

Charon smiled with satisfaction.

"I'll prepare your breakfast sir, please wait here."
