"Mr Resha is here too?" qween asked puzzledly, Nora who heard her daughter mention Resha's name immediately remembered the chatter earlier this morning.
"Is he the one named Resha," inwardly Nora wondered.
"Morning," Devano and Nora answered almost simultaneously. A friendly smile was clearly imprinted on the lips of the two. Resha was fixated, it was unexpected that the response of both Darren's parents was so friendly.
"He's Resha, Ma. Temen Darren and Qween, she just happened to run out of her husband's grave, because it was raining so Darren's with you."
Darren's explanation made Devano and Nora nod.
"Suami," Nora gasps after reviewing Darren's words if Resha runs out of her husband's grave.
"Yes, aunt." Despite the hesitation, Resha finally replied.
"Gosh, I think it's still single Res, it doesn't look like you've got a husband, it's definitely a young marriage huh?"
Resha thought, if Nora was going to ilfill or think badly about her status as a widow, Resha thought that the middle-aged beautiful woman in front of her would yell or glare at her and say, 'Resha, if he had to stay away from his children exactly like the stories in the novels.
Resha nodded, "Yes aunty, but only two months have I been married." Resha was honest, somehow her heart felt that Darren's mother was soft-hearted and very loving.
"Res, come home. Let me take you later." Darren ketar-ketir waiting for Resha's answer, when the woman nodded she breathed a sigh of relief.
"Yes invite me to stop by all the boys," Devano bargained who managed to make the biggest smile on Nora's lips.
"Yes, you rarely bring your friends home except Leon."
"Yes, aunt. Sorry to bother." There was a warm feeling of calling upon hearing their chatter.
To put it bluntly, Resha is very envious of Darren's affectionate life.
The rain began to subside, and those who were chatting in the gazebo in front of the cemetery also chose to get in the car.
"Oh, my God, we have to go to Alfin's house." Devano patted the eel as he got into the car, turned his head and found Qween coming with him.
"Qween come, ma." The girl smiled spoiled, of course Qween prefers to join rather than have to be a mosquito repellent for her twin sister.
"Oh well, then let me tell Darren" said Nora.
They drive forward, Nora opens the glass a little and tells Darren something.
"Honey, mommy, I have a promise to Alfin. You go home first yes, remember to take care of Resha and can't mess around." message Nora.
Resha was stunned, she heard quite clearly the mother's speech from Darren, really making her heart feel worried.
"My mom and dad have business, so where are we going?"
"Whatever,"
"Ck! you're like a pms lady who's hooked on her boyfriend, aww!" Darren practiced the roaring tiger style making Resha link her eyebrows together.
"Sir, what's wrong with you?"
"Why? you're the reason, hmm. It was so sweet with both my parents, now? you're such a bitch." Darren grumbled, while Resha just stared at him.
"Wrong again" murmured Resha.
Darren decides to drive forward his car, he is upset to see Resha who is more fun looking at the car window than talking to him. It's weird, but Darren brushed off what it was like.
In love? ck! that's not me...
"Where are we going, sir, isn't this the direction of downtown?" ask Resha.
"Yes" Darren said.
"How about we turn the direction? I don't want to see my sister or my ex-in-law." Pinta Resha, Darren frowned, then stopped his car for a bit.
"Jakarta is too broad, you should not worry if you meet with your former in-laws or your sister. You're not wrong, they're the only ones who can't be nice."
"Alright, whatever! I just don't want things to get any more complicated,"
"Don't worry," suddenly Darren's hands clasped Resha's fingers to make the beautiful woman jerk and freeze for a second.
Deg
Deg
His heartbeat quickened as Darren brought his face closer and began to distance himself.
"So my women, I'll help you repay them."
Oh Derr, can't he use a more romantic or poetic word, can't it be more gentle and convincing.
"What do you mean?" Resha put her hands away and turned her face away. Her cheeks were flushed with embarrassment, while Darren drove back to the car with thin grinning lips.
"Olivia Resha, if you need protection. You won't be able to hide other than me! Your in-laws to this day still continue to search, even he offers you to married men at fantastic prices. Do you still think you'll be able to run?"
"Ak, I'm afraid-" Resha stammered, she lowered her head, not expecting Rima to do such a cruel thing just because she hated him.
"Sorry, we better get home."
"Here we come, and the sun is up. We're having lunch at the nearest restaurant" Darren said.
Darren parked his car right in front of a fast-food restaurant.
"We eat, let me buy it" Darren said before descending and stepping to the side of the car to open Resha's door.
"Thank you" Resha sincerely said with a smile and followed Darren into the restaurant. They ordered lunch, Darren stared at Resha unblinkingly. However, his flat expression was more domineering.
"Beautiful, dear widow." Inner Darren, tapped on the table and noticed every inch of Resha's face, thin lips pink, straight hair draped. Dimples on the cheeks and facial skin that looks soft even without the touch of expensive makeup. Black dress attached, make Resha look like still a girl.
"Master, why daydream." Resha moved her hand in front of Darren until the man woke up from the daydream.
"Food has come" said Resha, playing a cutlery and starting to touch the food.
"Ah, let's eat." Darren started feeding food to his mouth.
"Done, I'll go to the toilet for a while." said Resha, Darren nodded.
***
"Resha," a loud voice full of emotion called out to her, Resha who was about to step into the toilet turned her head and found Rima as well as Luna looking at her sharply full of anger.
"Sister-in-law, better come with us. Don't you love Anton very much, so he'll settle down there if you make us, his family happy." Luna grinned, approaching towards Resha.
"Resha, you have to pay off my debt. Be Candra's second wife" said Rima firmly.
"Mom, that's mom's debt. Not Resha's debt, so please let Resha go." Resha tried her best to Rima, however, the middle-aged woman was her former in-law.
Plakkkp...
"Dare you be like mom," furious Rima, then slapped Resha.
Resha smiled cynically, there are times when patience can run out. Like this moment, even his love, his kasian and his dream began to run out. Hya, for the last time trying to be polite but only bad in return.
"Mom, I've been patient all this time. Think of you as someone I respect because of Anton. But I am also human, I have limits to patience. Unfortunately, that boundary had already been eroded by mother and Luna. I, Resha from the beginning had no more contact with Anton than status!" resha.
Plakkk, Luna slaps Resha until she steps back.
"Ja Lang is like you, don't be a saint. There's no way Anton's mas never touched you, wasn't it from the beginning you tried to get into his bed until he suddenly married you. You should be dead, still mending we just make you a debt-redeemer!" Luna was emotional, she tried to hold Resha's hand hard.
"Let go, let me go."
Plakkkp...
"Be quiet and obey" pressed Rima.
The atmosphere of the toilet hall was indeed quiet, and Resha felt bad for meeting the two demons in this restaurant.
"Mom, please let go. I don't want to," Resha tried to break away as Rima's and Luna's hands clutched tightly onto her wrists.
"Keep your dirty hands away from my future wife" a typical baritone voice with sharp eyes. Darren eventually catches up with Resha into the toilet, worried about the woman.
"D-Darren," Resha breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing Darren's voice, and saw the handsome face coming. Seeming a flash of anger on his face, Resha no longer cares if Darren claims to be a future wife. He took advantage of Rima and Luna's negligence, then ran and hid behind Darren's burly arms.
"Please get me out of here, Derr!" he had not even called out to the Master anymore, his body was trembling and almost slumped.
"Who are you, dare to interfere in our affairs." Rima said.
"Ma, he must be the mistress of sister Resha, Luna had met them dinner together, sister Resha must have cheated on Anton from a long time ago," said Luna, smiling cynically as if she managed to ignite the flames of hostility.
"Ja Lang, do you deserve to be like that when my son is dead!" kecam Rima's.
