Devano was back and forth from his home to Shaka's papa's house, picking up some of the clothes he had prepared for tomorrow, and the night before Zain and Maura's wedding, he and Nora decided to stay there, in addition to the fact that he and Nora have not been home since marriage, he wants to make room for Nora to enjoy a special moment with her family.
When Nora's entire extended family was chatting, she still felt a little awkward. Moreover, they asked each other news that even he himself was not too familiar.
Step aside was the right choice, so Devano decided to enjoy the air in the side chair of the house, staring at the pond and garden that looked very neat. It is also a beautiful flower garden even at night. His gaze circulated, then gasped as someone patted his shoulder slowly.
"Papa." he smiled awkwardly as Shaka sat by his side, then grabbed a cigarette in the pack and lit it.
"You want a cigarette?" the middle-aged man was relaxed.
"Dev, haven't been crooked, Pa!" he said grimacing while scratching his nape that did not itch.
"Then try once in a while, mumpung your wife is busy with her mother, you are afraid of Nora?" Shaka raises his eyebrows, Ziando says smoking is the most soothing thing for men.
Doubtful he took one stick, then ignited it exactly as Shaka, his father-in-law, did.
"Uhukkis..." Dev, coughed when smoking too long.
"Bo doh, don't swallow the smoke, here's how!" Shaka gave an example of how to smoke a cigarette, briefly then exhale it slowly. While Devano, he was in serious fashion watching the father-in-law. During this time, he often saw Zi smoking, but did not expect that it would be this bad when he tried it.
"Where's the college plan?" shaka asked, because he knew in a moment Devano's national exam.
However, Devano, who is not relaxed, has not had time to think about which campus he will continue his education.
"Not yet, Pa!" He exhaled a rough breath, "Here the hell, origin in Jakarta." he muttered slowly.
"Don't want to study abroad? Isn't your mom the same as your dad in Singapore?" Again he just grimaced, "Can't be away from aunty, uh I mean Nora, Pa."
Shaka shook his head to look at Devano's expression, especially when he said he couldn't be away from his son.
"Basar bucin, you can go home once every few months." Shaka grumbled.
He scrunched up his nearly finished cigarette, "It's late, get in there! Kasian Nora." she patted Devano's shoulder gently and then passed. There was a sense of warmth spread despite only a short chat with papa-in-law, unconsciously his lips mengu lum smile, before finally rising up following Nora to the room.
She saw Nora sitting on the lip of the bed, wearing a nightgown that made her eyes unblink. "Where are you?" the question is puffed up, like it's sulking.
"Why? kang, hmm?" making Nora turn her face, even though she was chatting with her family, Nora was thinking about Devano, where was she? when we went to the room, nil. And he saw it from the balcony of the room, if the husband was chatting with his father on the porch next to the house. The thing that makes him even more upset, is when Devano tasted cigarettes.
"Grush your teeth first, smell of cigarettes!" his his hisses were thick, then he stretched himself, turned his back to him.
Devano said, after feeling his mouth no longer stink, he approached the wife and immediately hugged her tightly.
There was no motion of rejection, but the master turned his back and drowned his face deeply. It was as if the masculine scent of Devano's body was the deliveryman of his deep sleep.
"I do not forbid you to smoke, as long as not much, as long as not to drink, origin..."
"Stttt, I just tried earlier, if you refuse papa. I'm not smoking!" cut quick.
"I do not forbid you to smoke, you can smoke," he still said though
with a soft voice as his engrossed face sank into Devano's warm embrace.
"Yeah, I love you, I love you" said Devano, rubbing Nora's hair, "Thank you for worrying about me" he continued.
Unfortunately Nora had already fallen asleep comfortably, she also closed her eyes.
The sun was almost crawling up, but Devano Nora was still equally asleep, although the warm rays broke through the cracks of the window, rubbing her face with its glare, understandably the walls of Nora's room is partly only glass covered in curtains. So that when the morning approaches, small cracks can break through the warm sunlight.
Devano wriggled and then opened his eyes slowly as he reached for the alarm clock on the uncluttered nightstand, his eyes perfectly rounded together with the knocking of the door repeatedly calling his name and his wife. It's 7 o'clock, which means people are ready and he's even just waking up.
"Nora, Devano.." tok tok tok, Kenia keeps knocking on the door. Because Zain and Maura's wedding is about to start in two hours.
He walked though with his eyes still sleepy, Ceklek!
"Em, sorry ma, Dev's bad luck!" as soon as I saw Kenia's mother's face at the door, I noticed her smile.
"Sir papa, you wake up Nora, baby, soon the show starts." she felt more guilty when she saw that Kenia's mama was neat with her makeup. While he and Nora, even just woke up, he hurriedly woke Nora up.
"Wake up dear," he rubbed his cheeks slowly, but the empu's response was just squirming.
"Wake up late" he whispered as he blew his ear, Nora instantly opened her eyes.
"Even wake up, really sleep, hmm? what dream did the princess not want to wake up." she pinched Nora's two cheeks with anxiety, "Ishhhh, that pain." murmured, still in a sleeping position.
"I took a shower first, mama here woke us up, people were neat, only we were bad luck." whispered in the ear and then kissed the cheek.
Nora who had been blushing also responded with a nod of her head, then rose up following Devano's steps to the bathroom.
"Let's spit, we're together!" he said before actually coming into the bathroom, while Devano he had a big smile so happy.
Unfortunately their fun is re-excavated by repeated knocking of the door. Inevitably they ended the ritual bath and immediately went out wearing a kimono.
Chequek!
"Gosh, you!" hiss Zain, who felt his presence was not right because Devano and Nora were still both wearing towels and kimonos. While Devano displays a sinless grim expression while scratching his head that does not itch.
"Prepare, accompany me. And Nora, tell him to go to the guest room to accompany Maura."
"Okay, um brother, uh Zain" he said, closing the door.
"Basic-in-law there is no morality." said Zain, tuk then returned to his room.
Nora is self-reinforcing, the choice of Devano is extraordinary, the dress adheres beautifully on her body, then she uses her face. While Devano was busy buttoning his white shirt, which would be paired with a black suit.
"How, am I pretty?" he turned his body in front of the mirror.
Devano mengu lum smile, look at Nora's behavior. "Truly beautiful, even prettier than today's bride." she whispered.
"Hehhhh! if brother Zain knows it will be angry." hiss but with a smile that I lum.
"He'll be angrier if I praise his beautiful future wife" he replied, embracing Nora's waist from behind and resuscitating her chin on the shoulders as white as his favorite su su.
