The night was bright enough by the moonlight. The sky of Seoul looks clean without any clouds passing by. There were only a few stars scattered to accompany the moon. It was a peaceful night, wasn't it?

A white sports car splits a deserted road in the wake of three black cars behind it. In the white sports car there is someone who is quite reluctant and protected by people who are in the third black car behind the white car.

　

Park Johan Armez, that's his name. He is a very famous businessman in South Korea. The Korean-Italian man has many branches of business that have spread their wings abroad.

The name of the company is Park J. A. Group.

Many rumors circulated that Park cooperated with a group of gangsters and mafia abroad so that he could easily get a lot of profit. However, all these allegations have not been proven with certainty.

Park turned to look at the little girl sitting next to him. It seems that little girl is 6 years old. The little girl is not his daughter. This afternoon he went to the orphanage.

　

　

The man in the suit stepped his feet firmly followed by a few burly men behind him. Park enters a modest orphanage.

Some of the young nannies outside the orphanage whispered to each other after seeing Park enter the orphanage.

"Who was that guy in front, who was he?"

"You don't know him? He's Mr. Park Johan Armez, the famous businessman who often appears on TV."

"Is he so famous?"

"Of course, a lot of people say he's a mobster."

"Has a matter of fact, his face was so scary. Oh yeah, what's he doing here?"

"Let's go, maybe he'll adopt one of the children from this orphanage."

"If so, may the child be happy and at home with him."

"What are you talking about? If there's a child adopted by a man like Mr. Park, it's gonna be very lucky."

"Ah, yes, yes."

Park's view is circulated throughout the room. There are a lot of kids in that room. They all play without being disturbed by Park's presence with his men.

"You can all wait outside" Park said. All of Park's men bowed and then passed out. Park moved her feet closer to the children.

"Master Park," hearing his name on the call, Park turned to the source of the voice. A middle-aged woman with glasses approached Park.

"Mianhamnida, I didn't hear you coming, I was taking care of the little babies in a special room." Park nodded as he looked back one by one at the children playing in the room. The woman who owns the home also watches her foster children.

"I want a girl" Park said. The woman looked surprised to hear Park's words. Park turned to the owner of the parlour who immediately turned his expression of shock into a normal expression.

"I'm going to gather some girls for you to see" said the owner of the parlor as he walked over to the children. Park put both his hands in his pants pocket.

Some girls were lined up in front of Park. Park stepped past one by one the children. He watched every girl. The owner of the parlour seemed to be hiding his anxiety from Park. Not without reason, many people think not to deal with someone of international repute like Park. A man who has anything and can get anything.

"Aunt Ji Eun!" A boy suddenly came in and approached the owner of the parlor. "There's a kid fighting!" Park looks at Ji Eun who looks panicked. Without a second thought, Ji Eun followed the boy into the backyard. The curious Park followed them.

There were three boys sitting on the grass with expressions of pain. A little girl stood in front of them with both hands clenched. Ji Eun immediately approached them.

Park watched the short-haired little girl. An annoyed expression was shown the girl to the three boys who were in front of her. Ji Eun helps the three children stand up.

"Why did you hit them?" Ji Eun asked as she rubbed the shoulder of the little girl who seemed to still be angry. "They mocked me" he replied annoyedly.

"Now apologize," Ji Eun said. "Aniyo, the three of them should apologize." The girl folded both hands in front of the chest while throwing an annoyed face. Her sweet expression when upset made Park smile thinly.

"You hit us!" One of them grumbled. "You guys started." The little girl would scratch the face of the boy who just spoke, but Ji Eun held him back.

"The three boys should apologize" said Park, who was behind Ji Eun. They looked at Park.

"You three want to be heroes? By bothering a woman?" Ask Park sarcas. The three of them lowered their heads and apologized to the little girl.

"You can come back" said Ji Eun. The four of them passed.

"Wait, little girl." The girl's steps came to a halt when Park called her. He turned and looked at Park.

"I'll adopt you."

　

　

The little girl stared at the street through the car window. "It's my first time riding in a car" said the little girl innocently. Park's attention was distracted by her words. He looked at the little girl.

"How are you feeling?" Ask Park. "I'm going to throw up" the little girl replied, holding her head. Park smiled a little at the silly speech of the little boy who turned out to be on the verge of motion sickness.

"We're here soon."

　

　

"Are you sure you'll adopt him, Mr Park?"

"Why question my decision?"

"I can handle it, I'll make her a respectable girl from the Park family."

　

　

Park looked at her watch which showed at 10 p.m. "Am I home late?"

Park's white sports car enters an elite housing complex. The little girl pulled her head out of the car window. He was fascinated to see the grandeur of the large houses in the area.

Park occasionally noticed the innocent behavior of the boy. The white car carrying them stopped in the courtyard of Park's mansion. There is the inscription of the Park Residence on a large wall located beside the sturdy gate of the house protector.

Park and the little girl got out of the car. The girl noticed the front yard of the house that was so spacious and beautiful.

　

　

Park who had walked first looked back at the little girl. "Little girl, let's go inside."

Hearing Park's words, the boy was stunned and immediately ran after him.

They both entered the house. The boy was flabbergasted to see the splendor of the house that would be his new place to shelter. His two little eyes sparkled and did not stop looking around.

"This is my house, I hope you're comfortable here." The little girl turned to Park, "This is not a house, this is a palace. Very big and fancy." Park raised both eyebrows, he approached the boy.

Park slightly bent down to adjust her height with the little girl in front of her then rubbed the hair of the little girl who was already her daughter.

"From now on, you're my daughter. You're my eldest daughter, your name is Atherina.. The Atherina Park."

Both of the girls eyes were round. "I will educate you in my own way. Whatever it is, you must be my daughter, the daughter of Park Johan Armez."

"I will take you to my dark world. A world that is not a place for women, but I will make you stronger than men. You'll be the leader of my people."

Atherina digested the words of the man who was already her father. But there was not a single sentence that he understood. Words that are hard to understand by a little girl like her.

Atherina touched the door knob and then turned it around, the door opened. It was seen that two nannies were playing with a boy who was about 4 years old.

　

The two round eyes of the sweet child were diverted to Atherina. The nannies saw Park standing behind Atherina. They both bowed their bodies and then passed out.

"I have a son who is younger than you. From now on she is your sister." Park's words still ring in Atherina's ears.

The boy was confused by Atherina's presence in his room. But he got up from his seat and approached Atherina. They look at each other.

"... his name is Atherio Park, my main heir..."

Atherio tilted his head to the left while watching Atherina closely. Atherina remained silent and saw the reaction of her adorable new sister.

Atherio gives his robot to Atherina. Atherina was surprised by what Atherio did. He accepted the robot. Atherio smiled broadly revealing the neat arrangement of his baby teeth. Atherina is worried about Atherio's funny attitude. He smiled as he tilted his head in imitation of Atherio. They both laughed together.

Atherio pulls Atherina's hand to invite her to play together. Park smiled at the sight. "It's not usually Atherio's familiar with new people, I think they do fit in." Park passed by leaving his little son's room.

Atherina accompanied Atherio to play. Atherio kept talking while showing his toy to Atherina. Atherina smiled as she played Atherio's round cheek. The boy was very happy because he had a new friend to play with. She hugged Atherina tightly.

　

"Sister won't go again, will he?" Atherio asked with a funny-sounding tone. Atherina shook her head quickly, "Aniyo, I'll be here with Rio," Atherina replied.

"Why did the new father bring us together now?" Atherio's plain questions left Atherina confused as to what to answer. Park did not give an answer to that question.

"... Atherio will think of you as his older brother. Don't let him know that you're not his real brother..."

"Where has Nana been all this time?" Atherio shakes Atherina's arm. Atherina smiled hearing Atherio call her Nana. "So don't want to play with me?"

Atherina shook her head quickly, "That's not true" Atherina argued. "Rio promised, Rio won't be naughty anymore, Rio won't pretend to sleep and play at night anymore." Atherio fiddled his own two ears.

Atherina held both of Atherio's hands. "Don't do this, Rio. Nana will always be with Rio." Both of Atherio's round eyes sparkled. "Promise, yes." Atherina nodded.

"... Atherina, promise me.. You will always look after and protect my son, Atherio for the rest of your life with all your soul and body."

"I promise to take care of Atherio Park with my own life."

Atherio nodded his head. Atherina nodded as she tickled Atherio's chin. Atherio laughed with a puck.

Atherio melted his head into Atherina's lap. His gaze was fixed on the night sky. "Don't know? Every night I used to pretend to be asleep. When the babysitter's aunt leaves, I'll get up and play with my robots.."

Atherina was saddened to hear Atherio's innocent remarks.

"Dad never let me play with the other kids. Dad said Park's family is a special family that should have special friends as well."

Atherina understood, Atherio was lonely in that palace. He hugged Atherio gently, "Now there's Big Brother." Atherina's speech made both of Atherio's eyes sparkle. He kissed Atherina's cheek.

"Dad said, kissing is only for loved ones. Doesn't Brother want to kiss me?" Atherio concluded with a question. Atherina smiled then kissed Atherio on the cheek.

"So I slept in my room, yaa." Atherio got up while pulling Atherina's hand. Atherina seemed to think, "I have to say father first."

Atherio pouted angrily, "The nights I would wet my pants often for not daring to go to the bathroom alone, if Big Brother was in my room, I would ask Big Brother to take me to the bathroom."

Atherina chuckled amusedly then nodded, "Alright, I'll sleep in your room and accompany you to the bathroom later."

"Rio dear Brother," said Atherio as he hugged Atherina tightly. "You're supposed to pee before you go to bed, so you don't wet the bed tonight."

"Then take me to the bathroom."
