24. Why New Now?

Arungga's decision to end his relationship with Tantri took Haikal by surprise. He did not expect that Arungga would take that step after a long love affair with Tantri.

During this time Haikal felt that Arungga was a man who was acute. How not. As a lot of skewed news circulates around him regarding the bad nature of Tantri, Arungga seems unconcerned. And while gossip has it that if Tantri is suspected of dating a more mature man who is more worthy of being her father, Arungga remains calm. Including when Tantri is rumored to date him, Arungga still looks relaxed.

After walking for nearly two kilos, Tantri was exhausted and stopped. Then he sat down at a quiet stop straightening his legs.

Haikal came and brought him a bottle of mineral water. Tantri grabbed it and gulped quickly.

"Lo gapapa Tan ?. Where are you going now?" ask Haikal carefully.

"It's not Lo's business. Why I still want to follow you, I'm Kal. Didn't you just tell me to leave?" ask Tantri ketus.

"Gue told Lo to leave because I thought Lo had a clear purpose. But if Lo is just a saggy, rich bums gini, you better come with me" said Haikal.

"Where?" ask Tantri.

"To my acquaintance's house. He has a contract, sometimes Lo can ride a few days there until Lo can work. I can't put Lo in my rented house because I'm afraid the people are ngusir Gue Tan. They know we're just girlfriends, not Husbands and Wives" Haikal explained.

Tantri seemed to think for a moment. He nodded because he had no choice. Then Haikal took Tantri to the house of an acquaintance and left Tantri there. Haikal also paid the rent for the next two months so that Tantri felt more comfortable and did not need to find another place to live.

That afternoon at one of the malls in Jakarta.

Arungga accidentally hit a girl who was carrying a cup of hot coffee. As a result the cup broke and the coffee spilled. Even some of the coffee was dirtying her clothes and the girl's clothes.

"Sorry Mommy!" said Arungga while pulling the girl aside to stay away from the broken cups scattered on the floor.

But suddenly a man of great stature banished Arungga and brusquely brushed his hand away. Arungga who was surprised by the man's treatment was ready to attack him. The fight almost happened. Luckily the girl screamed until the sound of her screams managed to break both of them. Arungga is surprised to find out that the girl is Zahira.

"Don't Sir. He's my friend!" zahira said loudly.

The big man who was none other than body guard Zahira also nodded with reverence and then away from Arungga.

"Zahira, so it's Lo" said Arungga as he tidied up his crumpled shirt.

"Yes Ar. Lo gapapa, right?" asked Zahira while observing the dirty Arungga shirt hit by a coffee spill.

"Father. It can be cleaned later" said Arungga with a smile.

"But because of Lo, I've spilled coffee. Though I really want to coffee now," said Zahira with a sad mimic.

"Sorry Za's. What if I change. Now you just sit there, I buy you another coffee for you, yes" said Arungga, who is owned by Zahira.

Arungga hurried away and returned with two cups of coffee in his hand. Zahira who was sitting waiting in a chair near the park greeted him with a smile.

"The coffee is not sold because I brought it from home. Then, which coffee I made, herein Ar," pinta Zahira.

Arungga handed the coffee in his hand to Zahira. And Arungga smiled to see Zahira sipping the coffee without hesitation.

"He's a good guy. From the past until now it has never changed. Although now he occupies an important position but he remains low ptofile. Even he was willing to accept the cheap coffee I bought that," Inner Arungga was amazed as he continued to observe Zahira.

Aware of him being constantly observed by Arungga, Zahira's face was blushing. Zahira seems misbehaved and it makes Arungga laugh.

"Don't laugh I'm Ar. I'm ashamed of that" said Zahira, turning her gaze in another direction.

"Every Boss" said Arungga to make Zahira pursed his lips because he did not like the call.

"To do Lo here Ar, to do it yourself. Where's tantri?" asked Zahira a few moments later.

Before answering the question, Arungga sat right next to Zahira.

"Gue .. has broken up with Tantri. It turns out Lo is real. Tantri is not the right girl for me," said Arungga while staring far ahead.

"dissipated. You broke up Tantri after all these years together?" ask Zahira not to believe it.

"Yes," said Arungga quickly.

Zahira remained silent. Somehow seeing Zahira's usual reaction after hearing his speech, Arungga was confused and then ventured to look at the girl fixedly.

"Who is hurt and why should be hurt. Isn't she happy because she finally got away from me?" asked Arungga not understanding.

"If you let go of Tantri a long time ago, maybe he will be happy," said Zahira while looking at her to hide her disappointment.

Zahira is lying. The person he was referring to was himself. Zahira was hurt when he learned of Arungga's decision which he thought was too late.

"That's why he wasn't the one who killed me first. Why should I wait for the dead?" asked Arungga annoyed.

"The reason why Tantri does not want to killuin Lo yes because of that bet. If Tantri breaks up your relationship first, then he is fined and must pay five times the betting money he won.
