Chapter 60's

Vanessa is not feeling well. Some days his stomach feels tight and his smell is more sensitive than usual, his head is also heavy. The woman came out of her room, walking towards the balcony, with her steps slightly shaken.  The apartment Vanessa currently lives in is Vian's, Vian bought it

as a birthday present two years ago.

Vian could take it if he wanted to, but he seemed to be the type of man who had no interest in taking back what he had given to the person who had once filled his heart. Vanessa is not only given an apartment, but also a car and several other items worth millions of dollars. Including the phone he used was also a gift from the man. Vian has always been loyal to his partner, which is why, Vanessa felt so lost after the man decided to part with her. Not the moment he loved, but the habit of Vian who always spoiled him with the things he wanted.

Vanessa stared at the screen of her phone, accidentally her eyes focused on the date written there, it had arrived in the last week of the month. Everything was normal before he realized one thing,

this month he has not had any guests. As Vanessa panics, she also recalls, at the bar, Darren doesn't use safety when sleeping with her. Could Vanessa be pregnant? The woman was shocked and sat where she stood.

All Vanessa thinks about is her career. He had pioneered everything from scratch and now, it was himself who destroyed it with his own hands.  Vanessa doesn't know

I have to answer what if my parents find out what they have done. Vanessa certainly can't scapegoat Vian, because the man only ever kissed her, nothing more.

His hand shook, looking for Darren's mobile number and pressing the call button on him. Repeatedly a connecting tone was heard, but Darren did not lift the call from her. Only the operator says that the number being dialed cannot receive calls. Vanessa's chest rumbled, she was afraid the man would run away from his responsibilities. Vanessa couldn't have raised her baby by herself. Now, the regret came, the woman looked down and looked at her tears dripping on the floor.

As if all her confidence was gone, Vanessa didn't know what to do now. As many people say, regret always comes at the last moment. The woman who always felt herself in

the clouds felt as if his world was collapsing. There was no place for him to take shelter. The only hope is Darren, because Vian is unlikely to accept his present state.

To make sure of her condition, Vanessa decides to visit a gynecologist. She had been convinced there was life in her womb, but she needed physical evidence to make her more confident. With

still shaking, Vanessa stroked her flat stomach, looking at her for a while before she stepped inside the house and prepared to leave.

His eyes were fixed on the pile of files that were on the nightstand before he left for the hospital. Yes, it's some of his cooperation files with several companies, ranging from cosmetics, bags, clothes, and some health supplement products. At least, he should be able to finish everything before

the change in him was becoming more visible. After that, maybe Vanessa will take a step off and disappear temporarily from the modeling world.

Vanessa let out a long sigh, she never expected to be in the position she is in now. There was nothing he could blame other than his careless self. For now, pieces of trouble are scattered inside

his mind is spreading. The woman needed time to collect the pieces, before trying to reunite them. His life plan ahead, Vanessa can't decide that yet.

The woman steadied her steps, unlike usual, Vanessa chose a regular slipper as her footwear. Perhaps it was because the instinct of a mother had been active. Although not entirely he can accept what

that happens, but Vanessa is trying to protect her baby. Although Vanessa has never been pregnant before, she knows that high heels are not recommended by pregnant women, although many of them are fine when doing so.

Upon entering the hospital area, Vanessa grew increasingly unsettled. His breathing is a little irregular. Her chest feels a little tight.   Pregnancy, many women want it, but right now, it's not what she wants. What's more, the biological father of the baby is in another country. The examination should

“According to the results of the examination, it is true, Mrs Vanessa positive pregnant and your gestational age is still very young, only two weeks.” The female doctor where Vanessa checked her womb while

hand him a white paper. Even though he had been convinced earlier, it remained that his hands trembled upon receiving the paper.

“Good health, avoid being too tired and multiply rest, do not forget, eat healthy foods, especially nuts. Congratulations on your pregnancy.” The doctor reached out his hand, Vanessa retorted.

Although now he does not know to be happy or sad. His feelings were mixed, making him unable to speak.

“Then, I excuse you.” His words were short, his face grim, clearly drawn with fear and anxiety there. In her heart, Vanessa still wonders if Darren would admit to his son and

marry her? What if the man doesn't want to be responsible? Should she maintain her pregnancy? Vanessa is really upset. His footsteps were shaky, as if his two legs were boneless, barely able to support his weight anymore.

“Vanessa, sick? Your face is pale.”  Dion who saw Vanessa almost fainted swiftly caught the woman's body.

“Ehm, I'm fine. Just exhausted from a lot of shooting schedules. What are you doing in this hospital?” Vanessa asked after she sat on the bench with help from Dion.

“I visited my grandmother, she is being treated at this hospital. Who are you the same?  If I'm alone, how about I take you home? I happen to want to go home now.” Dion offers to drive Vanessa home.

“I brought my own car, Dion. Thank you for your goodwill.”  Vanessa smiles, assuring Dion that she can return home safely.

“Why didn't you ask Vian to deliver you?” ask Dion who doesn't know what's going on with her relationship and Vian.

“We've broken up.” Vanessa answered quietly, but Dion could hear what she was saying.

“What? Breaking up? Wh why? Hasn't your relationship been fine all this time?” ask again.

“There are many reasons to split up, and we have several reasons for that.” Vanessa does not deny. He couldn't catch up to Vian anymore with his current state.

“Huh, I didn't expect your relationship to end.” Dion sighed, concerned about the end of Vian and Vanessa's relationship.

“Maybe it's fate. Dion, can I have your contact?”

“Of course, get your phone, I'll take note of it for you.” Dion reached out his hand for Vanessa to give him her phone.

Vanessa hands over her phone and Dion records her contacts there and hands them back. After that they separated, went home to each other.
