Dinner hour...
Vian, Princess and Grandma are having three dinners. They just concentrate on the food on their own plates. Neither Princess nor Vian, neither of them opened their voices, not even they were aware, grandma was watching both.
"Daughter, how was the first impression in Vian's office? He treated you well, right?" grandma started the conversation because she was tired of waiting for them to talk first.
"Fun enough, Grandma. Vian's good, really. I love working in his office." The princess is sweet and gives her smile when talking to grandma. Makes the old woman feel happy.
"Good then. I hope Vian treats you well. If she's messing around, just report it to grandma." Grandma looked at the Princess gently, not knowing why, she liked the Princess very much.
The girl earned a place of her own in Grandma Vian's heart. He believes that his son-in-law's granddaughter is able to make Vian better. Even though she got reports about everything about Vian and the Princess, grandma still pretended not to know everything.
"Grandmother seems to be very dear to my wife, I'm not wrong, choose her, Grandma?" Vian tried to hide his annoyance. He did not want to make his grandmother sad.
Undergoing a contract marriage with the Princess is not as easy as Vian had ever imagined, let alone she and the Princess are under the supervision of the grandmother. Inevitably he must always be sweet in front of his grandmother.
"I like it so much, Vian. Grandma believes she will be able to take care of you when grandma dies. He'll take good care of you." Suddenly the atmosphere becomes haru.
"Grandmother, don't say that. Grandma will continue to accompany Vian. Vian's grandmother, isn't she, Grandma?" Vian kissed her grandmother's wrinkled hands, hands full of tenderness that had always caressed her since she was a child.
"Your grandmother is old, Vian. Seeing you get married was the thing that Grandma dreamed of the most and now you have made it happen for grandma. Just one more request from grandma, grandma wants Princess to get pregnant soon." Grandma deliberately put on a sad face. Seeing this, of course Vian felt unbearable to his grandmother. But he is also unlikely to grant his grandmother's request because their marriage is just a status. Vian doesn't love the Princess either.
The real princess did not have the heart of the grandmother that she and Vian had lied to. She knew she hoped Vian would soon have children, but she obviously could not have granted her grandmother's request.
"Patient granny, yes. Someday, me and the Princess will have a child. Grandma don't be sad, Vian doesn't want grandma to be sad like this." Vian tried to calm his grandmother. He was confused and did not know what to do. In fact, he felt guilty for promising his grandmother a child. Though, it was obvious, he would not be able to realize that for now.
"That's it. Grandma's tired, gonna take a break. You two eat alone." Grandma got up from her seat, she walked slowly towards her room. Remaining Vian and Putri in rashg eat. Vian looked at the Princess with a sharp gaze, as well as the Princess, he did not want to lose.
The princess' long hair was smeared and her thinly polished makeup displayed natural beauty. Makes Vian a little at home looking at the Princess.
"What, look-look?!" hardik Putri with jutek, he then continued his meal that was not over.
"See doang, can't you? Put, I feel like, we should discuss that, I'm sorry that Grandma's statement might suppress your feelings." Vian looked calm, Princess to not believe that the one in front of her was Vian, her super arrogant husband.
"Well, we'll talk about that. I have no problem and I do not feel depressed either. After all, I'm just a wife on paper. I don't take any dizziness. All this is just pure work for me Vian. Wait a minute, I'll wash the dishes first." The princess cleaned the cutlery of the three of them and washed it. Suddenly he remembered his family in the village and...
Prangs!
One glass broke because it accidentally fell out of his hand. The princess tried to clear the glass and...
The princess was stunned and did not expect Vian to do this to her. He noticed Vian was so busy sipping blood and throwing it many times into the trash. The wound on the Princess' finger seemed to be a little deep.
"Sit down first. Let me finish washing the dishes." Vian ordered the Princess without refusal. The man then searched for a P3K box, cleaned the Princess' wound and bandaged it with gauze and plaster.
After finishing and returning the medicine box to its place, Van immediately cleaned the glass fragments and washed the utensils they had used.
The princess still could not believe Vian had such a gentle side. All this time he had known Vian as an arrogant figure and did not want to give up. He doesn't even care about me except for Grandma.
"Come to the room." take Vian with you when the dishwasher is over. Again the Princess complied, walking after Vian. The girl admitted, Vian's charm seemed very clear at the time like now.
Vian first opened the door of their room, let the Princess enter first, and then closed it.
The princess sat on the edge of the bed, Vian caught up with her. They have to talk about the child problem that Vian's grandmother wants.
"What if you pretend to be pregnant, later? That way, we can move out of Grandma's house immediately." Vian proposed his idea. He felt it was the best course of his troubles with the Princess.
"I won't have the heart, Vian. I can't. Lying to grandma like this alone has made me very guilty, let alone having to pretend to be pregnant. Sorry, I can't do it." The princess rejected Vian's proposal without further ado. He could not bear to lie to the old grandmother once again.
"Yes, I get it, you must feel this is a burden. We seem to have taken the wrong strategy." Vian stepped towards his long sofa then, he sat there. His face looked extremely riled up, the image of his disappointed and sad face looming in his eyes.
"It's not our fault, it's your fault. From the beginning you never thought about the consequences of this pretend marriage. Supposedly, you are honest with grandma if you want to marry your boyfriend. Who knew your grandmother would listen to you, didn't she?" said the Princess calmly, while looking for a nightgown in her closet and intend to change in kmar bath.
What the hell, why are his nightgowns all open? Ck, this will not be good, but if not change, how can you sleep in this shirt. Ah, grandma did this on purpose.
"The problem is, grandma has never rejected Vanessa. Of my three girlfriends, only he's the one I care about the most, I'm not serious about the others." Vian looked serious. The princess who already knew about Vian and Vanessa's relationship was not surprised anymore.
"It's hard this way too. If I don't get pregnant either, we'll stay at Grandma's house for a year, until our contract runs out." The princess walked to the bathroom to change her clothes. The girl breathed repeatedly. Just a day into a contract marriage with Vian, he was already faced with a thorny problem.
"Oh, let's talk about it next time. I'm so tired. Good night, Princess" Vian threw herself onto the sofa. His tired body made him sleepy.
The princess slightly felt clumsy at Vian. The man was willing to give his mattress for him to sleep on, while he prefers to sleep on the sofa.
The princess threw her body into the bed. The girl's mind was a little chaotic and she failed to close her eyes. Until a few hours passed, his eyes were still reluctant to be closed. He silently watched Vian, it seemed like the man was cold.
He remembered the spare blanket in the closet, then picked it up and slipped it into Vian's body. Seeing her cold like that made the Princess heartless. No matter where the urge came from, the Princess ventured to hold Vian's cheek, the man was sensitive to touch so he caught the Princess' hand.
"What is your daughter doing?"
