Today is the day that Mr. Yohannes will perform heart ring surgery through his groin. The procedure for installing a heart ring or Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) will usually only take one to three hours.

"Basic jerk guy. You touch and treat my wife like you're her husband." Said Bram furiously while showering Dito with his fist. His heart was too sick to see all their romance.

"I'll take your place soon, let him go and let him be happy with me. You're a man who can't protect her." Reply Dito which makes Bram stop his blow on the face of Dito who is covered in blood.

Dito rubbed the corners of his lips that were spitting out a lot of blood. Fortunately, the blood didn't hit his work clothes.

Within three hours, Aqilla came out of the operating room, she had changed her clothes back. He came out to be greeted with a question that was asked by Mrs Vienna when she approached him.

"How's Daddy Qilla doing? Is she okay? Is the operation going well?" Ask Lady Vienna who made Aqilla smile bitterly.

"Daddy? What do you mean Mr Yohannes, Madam?" Answer Aqilla who even pretended not to understand the meaning of the words of Mrs Vienna.

"Yes Qilla, Mr. Yohannes is your father-in-law." Reply Lady Vienna who hopes to melt the heart of Aqilla.

"Sorry Madam, please don't misunderstand what I did to your husband. Your husband is a patient of this hospital. I work at this hospital.
