Risma was silent in the middle of the night wind for Karina to be brought home by Amara to her home because Yukita Konawa was in the Bali police station and the deportation party for having committed crimes in the country of people. The half-Indonesian woman breathed air then exhaled her into the air worrying about her husband.

"You're the Patient's family?" ask one of the nurses.

Risma nodded. "Yes, I am his wife." The nurse gave Anton's clothes to Risma. "This is the patient's clothing and belongings." Risma only nodded occasionally her mouth saying thanks. "Well, if you'll excuse me." The nurse passed by and could understand the feeling of the half-Japanese woman.

Before long the doctor came out of the operating room showing a serious facial expression. "Are you a family patient?" ask Doctor. "I-iya" replied Risma nervously. "Come, madam to my room." The doctor spoke seriously because of the look on his face there was news not wearing.

Risma took a breath because her heart was in turmoil she was not at all willing to lose Anton and very sorry if until Karina his daughter became an orphan, Arriving in the room Doctor Risma sat on the chair right in front of the male Doctor.

"Madam Risma we've managed to remove the bullet inside the patient's body, but we can't do much because the bullet venom lodged in her body has spread and her condition is critical only God can help her now."

"Thank you, Doctor." Risma got up and left the doctor's room. He cried as he walked towards the ICCU room his heart crumbled as he wanted to enter having to wear special clothes. When entering Risma did not say anything her heart was broken this was all her fault because of her selfishness.

Risma did not expect Anton could make a sacrifice of this magnitude for her sake, her husband really changed Risma salute to it. On the other hand, he felt guilty because he had doubted Anton who had now proven his love. Risma only let out sobs because she could not see her husband like this.

"Anton.," said Risma Iirih as she watched Anton lying with a hose and a tool struggling between life and death.

"I'm sorry, for doubting your love___hiks___I didn't expect you to sacrifice yourself this much for me and Karina."

Gani is in charge of looking after her twin sister while Clara and Panji depart on a private jet to Bali. At two o'clock in the morning Anjaya's family got a call from Billy's accomplice and Anton's friend.

They were up to two hours later in a jet without caring for Clara's appearance wearing only a Cardigan to disguise her nightgown, "you guys bring things to the hotel we want to go straight to the hospital." Panji said to his man.

Arriving at the hospital Clara dispelled her embarrassment by questioning every nun who passed the nun said if Anton was still in the ICCU shortly Clara and Panji entered the ICCU room with a mask and clothes particular.

"Mama, Papa." Risma was shocked and did not know what to do. "Risma kamu-" Clara had not yet finished her sentence the Italian woman was surprised because Risma hugged her leg and continued to apologize. "Mama forgive me." Risma clenched Clara's feet while crying.

"Wake up baby, what are you doing?" ask Clara to her daughter-in-law.

"I'm sorry mama, I'm guilty."

"What's going on?" clara asked in surprise as did Panji.

"Mama, Papa I'm sorry Anton shouldn't have dealt with the Yakuza."

"Judah let's talk outside." Clara invites her son-in-law out of the ICCU room to talk while Panji Anjaya looks after her son.

Risma cries she explains to Clara with stammering and fear, at first Clara wants to scream in anger but after there is a voice of a little boy in the back calling her mother's name makes her dampen her anger.

"Mama..," said Karina, her daughter who came with Amara.

"Why are the nights here not sleeping?" risma asked her beautiful daughter.

"Karina can not sleep always inget her father," said Amara. Clara became silent for a moment and Amara introduced herself as Risma's paternal aunt.

"Who's the mama?" ask Karina.

"That's grandma, baby."

"grandmother?" Karina frowned.

Clare smiled trying to throw away her emotions and then approached her granddaughter whom she had not seen for a long time. "Oh my grandson is this big." Clara immediately tried to take over Karina's magic Karina directly to Clara.

"Call Oma, yes."

"Oma?" Karina wonder.

"Yes Oma." Karina hugged her grandmother. Clara unceasingly channeled a deep longing for her granddaughter whom she had never met for a long time.

"That means Karin's got Grandma three dong!" said Karina innocently.

No ceaselessly Clara let out tears because of the longing for her grandson, indeed all this time she was very unbearable to see Anton slumped but today she was very happy to know if her grandson was this big.

"Mom I'll leave you two." Clara nodded because she understood that Risma wanted to let herself spend time with her granddaughter.

Amara and Risma go to find breakfast so that Clara and Panji fill her stomach is very difficult to know this is still at 5am, but they will try to find a food stall or cafe that is still open. "Risma now you see the sacrifice of your husband." Amara spoke so.
