Missed Papa

"There are people who are mafia doctors" said Rancy.

"Vicnez, you can have high ideals, but remember never to be a mafia. Being a doctor is the best choice.so, keep your ideals!" said Vic.

"Yes, Uncle. Vicnez wants to be a great and famous doctor" he replied.

"Sir, please put us down in front!" rancy pinta.

"Didn't Vicnez want to eat ice cream, we accompanied him first. After that I'll take you home," Vic said.

"Mom, we went with uncle yes, Vicnez likes ice cream that we ate with papa Chris yesterday," Vicnez said.

"Well," replied Rancy forcedly. actually he did not like being close to Vic who is a mafia and endanger himself and his son.

Soon after, they arrived at their destination. Vicnez is most fond of ice cream he eats so voraciously. Vic smiled as he looked at the boy who was focusing on his favorite food.

"Why be with them, I feel a very close feeling.when I don't know them well. This woman makes me comfortable and this child makes me want to always hug her. After all they are not my family but, but, uh, they are not my family, I want to always be like this!" inner Vic.

"After we finish eating we go home, yes" said Rancy.

"Mom, Vicnez doesn't want to go home, Vicnez wants to go to uncle's house!" Vicnez Pinta.

"What's? what's it for to his house?" rancy asked in a slightly irritated tone, she did not expect her son to ask for anything he should not.

"No problem! he can come if he likes" Vic replied with a smile.

"No need! thank you!" rancy said firmly.

"Mama, Vicnez wants to go to uncle's!" Vicnez Pinta.

"Vicnez, we've been outside all day, and it's time we go home. soon you'll have to take a nap!" rancy said.

"Actually if Vicnez likes it, he can play to my place" Vic said.

"No need! I don't think it's good that we're new to it and I don't want to be bullied by gossip" replied Rancy.

"Mom, Vicnez wants to go to uncle's place, just once!" pinta Vicnez is trying to get her mother to agree with her request.

"Vicnez, it's not good to go there, what if there's an acquaintance of papa who sees us in someone else's house? they're going to gossip recklessly about whether Vicnez wants to put papa to shame" Rancy said.

"Vicnez, listen to me, don't ask for more. It's time we go home and you have to take a nap!" persuade Rancy to stroke her son's head.

"Yes, Ma!" vicnez answered obediently.

"I'll take you home" said Vic.

"Don't! we live apartment, I don't want them to see us in between by a man. Their mouths can't be kept. I don't want any gossip.please don't show up in front of our apartment!" rancy said.

"I see," replied Vic who could only sigh.

An hour later, Rancy and her son returned to their home, where they drove home in a taxi to escape the neighbors' conversation.

"Mama, why are you angry with that uncle?" vicnez asked who was sitting on the floor taking off her shoes.

"Vicnez, mama's not mad, baby.we have to get away from her.she's a mafia and will harm us like before.Mama just doesn't want you to get hurt, '" replied Rancy.

"But, his uncle was very nice. Vicnez really likes it, Mama, actually Vicnez misses papa Chris and also papa Beniz Vicnez," he said which makes Rancy again feel sad.

"Vicnez...."

"Therefore, when he was with his uncle, Vicnez felt like he was with papa" said Vicnez with teary eyes.
