Chapter 4: A Dilemma

After going through the first training of Dea after a long truancy, the burden of Dea's mind grew heavier. Dea knows that if he wants to be strong, he needs to win the match next week. Dea previously thought that the opponent he would face was not going to be drawn like before. However, it is assessed on achievement. Dea thought he would at least fight 2 people above him in terms of strength.

After parting ways with Resa after training, Dea with a listless posture walked towards the house, Dea purposely returning home with the furthest route, the most, with Dea hoping he can prepare himself not to show his burden on his mother. After halfway through, Dea noticed something that caught his attention. He saw Uncle Raiden who was heading towards the forbidden forest. Dea, curious, wants to follow Uncle Raiden secretly, although Dea knows that returning to the forest is a mistake. But Dea's curiosity overcame his mind. That way, Dea followed Uncle Raiden secretly.

About 45 minutes passed, Uncle Raiden still walked through the forest. Dea was confused, for what Uncle Raiden these nights into this forest.

"Tsk, until when Uncle Raiden keeps going." Think Dea.

Moments later, Uncle Raiden finally stopped. Uncle Raiden stopped right in front of a very large tree that had a large hole in its trunk. Dea who saw it was getting curious.

"Woaahhh, the tree is so crazy, it can be tens of meters tall if it is this big." Dea who was amazed by the size of the tree he saw.

Behind the big tree, it was inhabited by dozens of monsters that attacked Dea yesterday, the Bull-headed snake monster. Dea was shocked and frightened by the presence of these monsters. Dea tried her hardest not to make a sound.

Dea's getting curious as to why Uncle Raiden looks so ordinary. One such Monster is said to be difficult to defeat even with someone who mastered PATAK. How could the sheer number of such monsters not scare Uncle Raiden, Dea thought.

Uncle Raiden is seen doing the horses, holding his sword tightly. Then, the 3 Monsters attacked Raiden simultaneously. Dea thinks Raiden's uncle will be killed if confronted with all three attacks. Yet...

"A....What??!!" Dea in his mind

Dea could not believe that what she thought was Raiden's uncle going to die turned out to be saying otherwise. The three monters were the ones who died with their heads cut off. Dea doesn't even get to see Uncle Raiden attack the monster. Uncle Raiden quickly moved towards the other monster. Take a different design from the one before, and booommmmm. 1 Monster can be defeated easily.

The other monsters also responded by attacking with their tails. However, Raiden's uncle can avoid him easily. Raiden quickly analyzed the other monsters. Moving relying on his fast-moving legs, came to monster number 4. "4..." Raiden muttered after defeating monster number 4. The other monsters also panic by giving attacks blindly to Raiden. Raiden calmly dodged all the monster attacks and one by one killed them all.

"Five..."

"Six..."

"Seven..." Raiden muttered as he finished killing the one monter.

and finally ....

" Seventeen...." The last monster seen in battle. Raiden had killed them all in a very short period of time. Dea who watched the fight was very enthusiastic about what Raiden was displaying. The art of fighting is beautiful and deadly. And also Raiden didn't use the slightest bit of his 'Life. Dea is at once amazed and confused, how Raiden can do this.

However, Dea looked at the bewildered Raiden. Dea thinks why Raiden looks so confused when the fight is over. Apparently, when Dea saw Raiden, the Monster from the right direction Dea approached Dea at full speed. The monster turns out to be aware of Dea's whereabouts while in a fight with Raiden. Dea subconsciously makes a sound that catches the attention of one of the monsters when Dea looks at Raiden enthusiastically.

Dea panicked and immediately ran away from the monster. However, because the speed of the monster is far above humans, the monster can chase Dea easily. When it was near, the Monster quickly attacked Dea with his bull head. Dea, who was unaware of the monster's attack, could only continue running. And when the bull's head was about to hit Dea, Raiden came and grabbed Dea to avoid the attack. Dea, who realized she had been spared from the attack, could not think of anything else because she was already scared to death. Raiden releases Dea elsewhere to speak..

"Hey rancid boy, I've reminded you not to enter this forest without the consent of the village chief and your parents. You want to die or what?!!" Raiden is angry at Dea.

Dea could only be silent..

"Yes, you stay here, don't make anything weird."

The monster has risen and again attacks Raiden who has saved Dea. Raiden quickly finished off the mosnter by decapitating it.

After the fight, Raiden immediately sat down to rest. Raiden looked at Dea and told her to come closer.

" Hey boy, come here for a second."

Dea was silent listening to Raiden's uncle's words. Some time when it was calmer, Raiden stood up while holding Dea's hand to quickly stand up.

"Hey listen, rancid boy, I remind you again for now, don't enter this forest again."

" Sorry uncle. Bother again."

"Hmmmmmm, yes, go back to the village again. It's night now."

"Hmm, uncle...."

"What?"

" How to become strong like uncle?"

" HAAHHH?"

Dea could only fall silent and think out loud. Whether he will accept Uncle Raiden's offer or participate in training as per the program. The second was a difficult decision for Dea. Dea feels joining Raiden's uncle is the right decision, but on the other hand, Dea's mother forbids being close to Raiden's uncle.
