"So how? Interested in joining?"

Hearing the statement made Iven surprised, but somehow only Iven felt like that. Even Dea who was with him alone looked not surprised at all.
"Of course you have the right to refuse." Leo on Iven
"Organization against the government....What is the purpose of this organization?" Iven asked Leo.
"We formed this organization because we were not satisfied with the performance of the government of this country that was in disarray. There are too many problems facing this country. Our voices are no longer heard by those above. These people only care about themselves. More so than Alpha....."
"Who are our voices? Do you know the suffering of people even lower than you? do you know that?" Iven was visibly annoyed by Leo's earlier words which seemed to suffer more than his people.
"I know that our suffering is still nothing to the less fortunate like you. But do you not want that to change? Are you, the unlucky ones going to stay like this? Don't you feel pain when people treat you lower than animals?"
"....."
"I feel pain when someone is treated improperly. But I myself could do nothing. The laws of this country that allow a person with a higher degree can do anything with a person with a lower degree. Someone has awakened me from all of that. Everyone deserves to live better, even if it's a person who doesn't have a 'Life' though." After saying that, Leo seemed to shed a few tears.
Iven was touched by the words of the Leo, as if Leo were part of a people like him.
"However, people like us how can it be useful? What do you need from me"
Leo lifted the glove borrowed from Iven earlier and said...
"This thing will change everything."
Dea looks shocked and confused by the statement of Leo. Dea looked at Iven who was not surprised at all.
"I know about that." Iven replied with a flat face and tone.
"Haha. Of course you already know. But do you know what this is?"
"All I know is just the stuff my master gave me."
"Why do you think this thing is so valuable?"
"I..don't know."
"This thing is connected to somewhere. Which can allow you to control the element without 'Life'."
"That means it was then...."
"Right, it's because of this thing. Eru told me while he was undercover." Leo threw the glove at Iven.
"How did you know that this thing has that kind of power?"
"Of course because your master used to tell me. He is an amazing man."
"How was the life of the former master Leo?" after hearing the master earlier, made Iven even more curious about the background of the master.
"If that. I promised to tell you that."
Iven's hope of knowing his master was dashed. Iven's expression was a little disappointed.
"So how? do you want to join?" Leo took Iven back
Iven closed his eyes. Then....
"I'll join you." Iven said confidently

When after the words of Iven, all the tension in the room immediately subsided. Seen Dea looks very relieved with approval Iven joined the resistance. Iven was puzzled by everyone who looked relieved of it.
"Why the hell?"
"No, it's just that I'm relieved by your statement, Iven." Dea immediately answered Iven's question.
"What if I refuse Mr Leo's invitation?" Iven asked the question again.
"I'll kill the boy, of course." Eru answered the question coldly.
"Why am I going to be killed?" The oven is getting confused.
"You interrupted my disguise yesterday."
"Stop scaring the new members of Eru. Are you going to make you ashamed of your treatment?" The mysterious person rebuked Eru.
"Stop you two." Leo firmly told his subordinate.
"Pardon us sir" The two replied.
"Eru, get Iven in the room now. Right now, we're going to the next process."-Leo
"Okay, my lord." - Eru
Iven and Dea then stood up and prepared to follow Eru. Yet...
"Dea, you stay in this room." - Leo
"Ehh?"-Dea
"There's something we need to discuss first"

"Don't worry about me, Iven, just go to your room. You need a lot of rest."
"Good...."
After the door of the room closed, Dea looked towards Leo. Leo was no longer in his position. Suddenly, Leo was at Dea's side and tried to hit Dea. Dea reflexively dodged the attack and immediately moved away from Leo.
"What's really going on here?" Dea was astonished by Leo's actions.
"Hoohh, that's fine." The mysterious person who was with Leo praised Dea while giving a round of applause.
"Why did you attack me? I thought I'd be safe here?"
"You're a criminal, right? moreover, you're a waterbender." Leo answered Dea's question.
"Tchich..."
Leo quickly approached Dea, but Dea kept his distance from him. Dea saw the mysterious person just watching the actions of the two of them.
Dea coats her fist with water and tries to punch Leo. However, Leo easily dodged Dea's attack and launched a counter fist. However, the fist looked not like an ordinary fist but with a strange fist. The fist hit Dea's chest which caused Dea to be thrown away.
"Murghhh." Dea was in pain and Dea was bleeding from her mouth.
"What kind of attack is that? why was the attack so painful?" Dea wondered to herself.
"Have you finished?" Leo asked Dea
Dea's body was unable to be moved back due to Leo's attack earlier.
"What are you doing in this country? Can I trust you?" Leo asked a few more questions.
To himself, Dea lamented his decision to trust this organization. If only he had carried his sword in this room.
Leo came to Dea and looked at Dea's face.
"The water controller I know never used such melee attacks? Are you special?"
"....."
"Then why did you become a criminal? have you killed anyone? Have you betrayed something"
"....." Dea was unable to answer Leo's question because it was difficult to communicate.
"I'll allow you to join this organization. Right now, you're useless to us. At least make yourself stronger so we can use."
"...."
"Listen, if you betray us, what will happen to you is death. Take Dea well."
"....." Dea had already fainted.
"Viz, take her to her room and take care of her." Leo spoke to the mysterious person named Viz.
"Okay, milord....Is it necessary to have our new member battered like that, my lord?"
"Calm down, my actions are right. I'm tired of betrayal."
