CHAPTER 12

“Where are you going?” dad screams as soon as Nico enters the house. The hour hand just moved to nine o'clock at night.

“You to room!” nico replied curtly as he moved quickly towards his room.

“You shouldn't go home!” his father again. “Sana sleeping outside you!”

“OKE!” Nico responded with his emotions from the room. He stuffed some clothes and books into his backpack, then exited the room and galloped towards the door.

“Basic brat!” sahut father who was immediately pacified by the mother.

I glanced anxiously at Nathan. “Nat, Which frisca?”

“Tadi he said he wanted to go to room.” Nathan said he checked Nico's room. There's no one. Nathan moved towards the bathroom, but it was also empty.

Realizing that something was wrong, Nathan immediately grabbed his jacket and walked out of the house, down the street of his compound. Nathan's steps stopped in front of the park. Frisca seemed to be sitting on the basketball court sobbing.

Nathan's chest feels tight. With a quick step Nathan approached Frisca, took off his jacket and placed it over Frisca's shaky shoulders.

Suddenly, Frisca flinched. He knows it's Nathan, even though he hasn't seen it yet. Nico wouldn't do something like this.

Nathan himself sat down in front of Frisca, then rubbed his head gently. Nathan knew it had to be Nico's. Nico must have said something that hurt Frisca.

Nico hasn't been home since last night. Frisca stared out the front window, hoping that Nico's figure would emerge from behind the fence. But Nico didn't come.

Nathan patted Frisca's shoulder slowly. “Fris, you are daydreaming anyway?” ask Nathan.

Frisca looked at the mall without interest. Actually, Frisca is more expecting a more comfortable place like a cafe.

“Nat.” Frisca prevents Nathan from entering the mall. “We go to your college, yuk!”

“Yes, I want to see what place you are with Nico lecture.” Frisca said with a face pleading with her. “Ya?”
