Chapter 1: The Transmigration

In the afternoon on the densely packed streets of the city, a young man in a school shirt just got off a bright red bus.

The young man had quite a high posture with messy hair. His face was not handsome, but it was also not ugly. Well, like the standard man in general.

The young man had a slightly brownish white skin. When he just got off the bus, the first thing he did was look at the clock on his phone.

"Excuse me..." The sound of bells rang as Wang Lin opened the shop door.

As Wang Lin's gaze swept forward, the look in his eyes stopped on the figure of the beautiful girl mopping the shop floor.

When the girl heard the sound of the entrance bell, the girl immediately stopped mopping and greeted Wang Lin's arrival with a smile.

"Oh, that's you regulars. Did you come to buy another book today?"

The shopkeeper was a very beautiful girl with black hair neatly tied behind. He was four years older compared to Wang Lin, he was also one of the reasons Wang Lin often came to such bookstores.

In the morning on the streets of the city which was quite quiet, Wang Lin walked casually while wearing earphones in his ears.

As Wang Lin was about to arrive at the bus stop, he saw a crowd of people running as if being chased by something.

Shouted the middle-aged man who smashed into Wang Lin's body.

As if understanding what was happening, Wang Lin also came running along with the crowd.

But his steps came to a halt when he heard a scream from a woman.

He knew that voice because he heard it almost every day..

Wang Lin barged through the crowd with a worried expression. Only when he had passed through the crowd of those people did he clearly see a man carrying a blood-filled knife as well as a girl lying helplessly on the ground.

Both of his legs were bleeding as if they had been injured on purpose.

He never expected that he would be saved by her when everyone ran in fear.

The assassin dashed towards Wang Lin, while drawing a knife to Wang Lin's body. "Go quickly!!"

Wang Lin dodged the knife attack quite well, but in fact he was purely dodging it with luck.

"Fleurr... You rascal!! Die up! Die up! Die!."

The assassin muttered the same thing over and over again, but every time he swung his knife, Wang Lin could always dodge his attack.

Bang!!!

A shock blow struck his head, blood flowing out through his left eye.

It really made the killer very angry.
