CHAPTER 23 (The Problem of the Gods)

In a beautiful and peaceful place, there is a group of creatures with various groups in it. The creatures settled between heaven and earth. They have the authority to oversee the movements of humans who occupy the earth as a shelter.

Maintaining the security of the earth and the creatures in it is the main task of all these creatures. They are indeed commissioned by the 'Creator' to maintain balance and peace in their world.

Such creatures are known by the name of God. The gods who settled in that realm, came from different descendants.

For example, one of the descendants that is famous because their people symbolize goodness, pemandani, sage, and perfection is from the nation of Arete. The creatures are very popular in nature because all good is on them. And of course, they also have heavy duties and responsibilities because they have to hold many 'symbols' which means they have a lot of work.

This Khayingin contains many descendants of gods such as Arete, Erubus, Artemis, Athena, Aletheian, Dolos, Algea and many more.

Each of their derivatives has their own duties and responsibilities. The gods were obliged to follow all the commandments, and they were not to refuse or neglect their duty.

If any of their descendants committed an offence, then the penalty is that the deity they have will be forcibly taken. And automatically the God will be thrown into the valley of 'God's Punishment'.

Today all the residents of Khayangi gathered in a very large open place. That place was able to hold all the Gods that existed in this realm.

"Greetings to the Khayingin brothers" said one of the Gods on a very beautiful altar filled with many flowers and shady trees on his left and right.

"Greetings brother Khayingin," said all the gods in that place simultaneously with his right hand placed right on the chest to the left, while bowing his body a little.

"Today as usual I as the chairman of the 'Khayingin Rental Council' will conduct supervision, to check whether all members of the deity have performed their duties properly or not."

After saying so, the gods who were before him bowed a little bit of his body a sign they all agreed.

"Bring me the god's notebook from each of your groups," he asked.

Hearing the command from the chief, the entire god instantly gathered his records. And miraculously, the books drifted towards the altar.

"Do any of you have a report or some complaint about the work of being in charge of overseeing the earth and all its creatures?" Ask the chairman again.

All the Gods in that place glanced at each other. The reason, so far there has never been any errors or complaints reported by each of them regarding the responsibility given. And for the first time the Chief God Khayangin threw such a question to the entire Gods.

There was no answer from the gods.

"Don't be afraid, we're all brothers. I just want to make sure that, is the rumor about one of the descendants of Gods residing in this realm doing a deviant thing in the human world, is it true or not?" Said the chairman.

Again all the Gods were still silent, they just glanced at each other.

"Okay, it doesn't seem like the rumors are true. In that case, I will report this to the 'Creator' that the news is not true. I hope that you do not lie, because if you get caught, it will be fatal for all the Gods in this realm" he said with great dignity.

After blurting out that sentence, the leader of the Gods along with the other members prepared to leave the altar. However, when it was about to turn around suddenly one of the God's clasps raised his hand.

While turning back his body, "is there anything you want to say?"

"We from the Erubus derivative will report something. We are all sorry for being late to tell him" said one of the descendants of Erubus.

"It's okay. Now, tell me what are you going to report?"

The Godhead thought for a moment, "Alright, thank you for the report you have reported. I as the chairman, will help in dealing with the problem. For now, I hope the Erubus Turan further improve the security of nature that you keep, I hope, so that there will be no more tone that easily enters the Shadow realm again," replied the Chairman of the Board of Deity.

"Good! We will carry it out" said the Gods of Erubus in unison.

"Does anyone else want to report anything?" Ask the chairman.

"We will say something" said one of the God's messengers, raising his hand.

"Good! Please, Brother speak."

"We of the God of Algea who are responsible for pain and suffering will convey that, one of our brothers is missing. He never again returned to the Khayangin realm, and also wrote a book of deity reports. Last time, we saw him on Earth. We are worried about something .." said one of the gods of Algea.

"Worry about what?" Ask The Chairman.

"We are worried, if only one of our brothers was the one who caused chaos in the human world," the God replied in a guilty tone.

Hearing those words, all the gods in that place were immediately shocked. The atmosphere that had been calm, turned into frenzy.

"Please be calm, gentlemen," said the Chairman.

Upon hearing the order, the entire God instantly fell silent.

"On behalf of an Algean derivative, we apologize profusely for our negligence."

"alright. Because I already have two pieces of information that might be related to the rumors. So I, as the Khayangin Board of Deity, will step in to deal with this matter."

"If there is no more information that you will convey, today's meeting we dissolve. You can go straight back to your respective places.Ohiya, before that I will send one of the descendants of the God Arete to descend to Earth while doing the investigation. Thank you, brothers."

The entire God bowed, then waited for the Chief to descend from the altar. After the Chairman left, they all instantly dispersed.
