Alex The Heir

Alex The Heir
Routine and hard work

Alex took a deep breath and took it out slowly, reducing the nervousness he had in his mind while being the center of everyone's attention. Putting on a serious and cold face, emitting an aura of leadership that was so thick felt by the surrounding people.

"Include everyone, the young man standing next to me is the heir of the Anderson family who will take care of everything, Alex. She's my only granddaughter, and you should all listen to her words. Treat my granddaughter as well as you treat me, and from now on she'll take over the long-empty CEO position." David smiled in front of the camera.

"I hate this." Umpat annoyed Alex in the heart, he will never be separated from the bondage in the neck that shackles. A little nodding his head when he saw the grandfather giving him a signal to continue the words earlier.

"I hope you all can work together, and accept me as the new leader." Alex spoke expressionlessly and did not want to show his feelings.

The event was so tiring for Alex, seen when he sipped mineral water in a glass to run out. Leaning his back on the soft chair that now belonged to him, stared at the ceiling of the room. "I used to be just a guy who worked on a ranch, but now a mobster and CEO of Anderson's company. It's like a dream, a guy like me gets really good luck. On the negative side I'll be busy from today, both grandfather and uncle John seem to not care about my protests." Monologue while focusing on the computer screen.

Someone came into the room with a stack of files and put them on Alex's desk.

"You have to learn all these files."

Alex turned to look at the perpetrator who was none other than John, mendelik annoyed at the pile of mountains that must be learned.

"Keep this away from me, my eyes ache to see it."

"But you have to learn it as the heir to the Anderson family." Press John.

"Jeez...I don't know about office problems, how about I just be a troublemaker?"

"It's mandatory, a direct order from Mr. David."

Alex is very upset to think about all the responsibilities that directly lead to him. "But I don't understand anything about the company."

"I'm with you."

"Why doesn't Uncle just handle it."

"Only the heirs of the family can handle."

"Jeez, as the heiress kept ringing in my ear."

"Your lesson starts now."

John teaches the science of the company, starting from the policy and what a CEO can or cannot do. Swiping his chest while facing the stubbornness of the young man, and it became his duty to become a teacher.

Two hours later, Alex rested his body again, already tired of the lessons that a little stuck in the brain.

"It's been two hours I've learned it."

"All right, you can rest." John smiles at a glance at Alex's behavior like a child who is afraid of being given a task.

Alex loosened the tie that strangled his neck, grabbed the phone that was on the nightstand immediately contacted Jessie.

"Hello."

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"Where are you?"

"In the Mansion."

"With me lunch, I'll ask the driver to pick you up."

"All right."

After he finished calling Alex immediately rushed to a cafe after saying goodbye to John, looking for a jaded drug after work.

Jessie looked at Alex inside, watching the handsome man who seemed nervous. "Why is Brother silent petrified?"

"It's nothing, what about your plan going forward?" alex asked who was hiding his nervousness, acting normal as usual.

Straight sideways, staring at the beautiful little pool that was soothing to the eyes, the beautiful girl with the hair tie grazed the juice and drank it. "I don't know, I don't know my purpose, ever since I found out my true identity."

Jessi nodded her head quickly. "I know, they were the ones who told me bluntly. I don't know who my parents are, how they are and are they still alive?"

"I'll help you find your real family."

"Thank you, Brother."

The two stopped the conversation after the food they had ordered had arrived at the table, eating lunch so solemnly without any sound other than the gurgling sound of the pool water next door.

It didn't take long for them to finish their meal, and decided to leave the place.

"Did anyone tell you anything?" ask Alex while focusing on driving.

"No." Jessie said slowly, sad because she did not know who her biological parents were.

"I'll try to find information about your identity."

"Hem. What if they're after us?" jessie's thoughts about the Mateo family, one of which is still alive.

"It's my fault I should've killed Mike."

"He must have avenged us."

"Don't worry, I'm here." Alex smiled as he rubbed the curls gently.

Jessie just nodded and looked out the window, without Alex noticing, she smiled very thinly.

In the evening, Alex tried hard to learn everything very hard to achieve the desired results. The whole night kept staring at the computer and sacrificing sleep, no matter how many times he yawned.

His activity stopped when he saw the cup of coffee next door, seeing John who gave it as a form of spirit.

"Uncle hasn't slept?" alex asked who was linking his eyebrows in curiosity.

"No, I know you're gonna work hard for this."

"I'm tired of the words of the heir, that's why I'm more active in learning and understanding things faster." Alex replied without looking, the monitor screen next to him seemed more attractive.

"I love your principles and your spirit, there's one thing I want to tell you."

"What's that?" Alex looked at John with curiosity.

"Sway Jessie."

"What?" Alex was very confused and also did not understand the words of John, rather did not like it.

"The girl is very suspicious, she's not what she looks like."

"I don't understand what Uncle means, you better leave me alone."

"You kicked me out?" suddenly John widened his eyes like the eyes of a very sharp eagle, the expulsion made him feel humiliated.

"Yes, I kicked you out."

"Well, you'll regret not listening to me." John immediately passed away leaving the room, furious and feeling offended.

Alex resumes work that was delayed, but his mind is solved when John asks him to stay away from Jessie. "True, I know him better than he does. Asking me to stay away from my own sister without any reason or clarity." His gum.

John walks out of the place, passing by Jessie.

"Uncle hasn't slept?" Jessie smiled cheerfully as usual, another case with John who passed away without replying to the words of the girl.

Jessie wrinkled her face looking at the back of the middle-aged man who was starting to move away. "What's wrong with her? Every time I say hello he's always cold." He shrugged both shoulders indifferently and left.
