Agreement With My Two Friends
Episode 17's
Back the screen turned black, changed a few months later, heavy rain soaked the city of Tomohon, the beautiful city. Sadness seemed to radiate from their faces.
“Do you guys want to leave me!?” ask Edo sadly.
“Sorry Edo, my father was transferred to Jakarta, we cannot prevent him Edo” Devi replied sadly.
“How long?” edo asked back.
“We don't know, forgive us” replied Hengkie.
Edo seemed devastated, he ran through the rain to return to his home, his two best friends chased and even Devi when it fell due to slippery road. The house was very quiet, there was no one just Edo, Aunt Stefani at that time was in his boutique store.
The sound of the house door was knocked, Edo knew that his two friends were behind the door, he did not want to open it, he could not see his two friends. He thought, “What is this meeting for if a breakup should occur, is it a friendly mistake with those who are only for a short while? Mom, dad and even they left me”.
The door of his house opened, his two best friends standing at the door in wet clothes. Edo's eyes immediately fell on Devi's knees, a red-colored liquid rushing up to Devi's toe.

“Hey... be a strong child, our separation is not an end” said little Hengkie while patting Edo on the shoulder.
Edo tried to be strong, he ran to his room and took some clothes and towels to dry the bodies of his two best friends. Not long after, the rain left the water that had soaked the earth, the withered flowers turned into blooms and a line was seen above the Linow lake.
“Hei Edo, come here” Devi said as she pulled Edo's hand.
“That's no rainbow, beautiful isn't it?” he continued while looking at Edo's still grieving face.
“After the rain, a beautiful rainbow is created. You know Edo, not always bad things that you experience end badly anyway, not always beautiful things that you experience end beautifully Devi's advice” with the left hand that still holds Edo's hand.
“So, how should I?” edo asked with his head bowed.
“See me” said Devi with her sweet smile.
“Run your day by throwing away all your worries, your worries will only be self-destructive. If you can't throw it all away, remember me and my brother” Devi continued with her eyes looking towards Hengkie.
“You are not alone at all times, there is always us for you” said Hengkie with his hand patting Edo's shoulder.
“Will you promise with us?” devi asked with a smile.
“Appoint what?” ask Edo curiously.
“ Three more years, three more years we will meet here, go back to school together, enjoy the beautiful scenery here and reach the common goal, I want to be a Doctor, I want to be, Hengkie wants to be a soldier and what do you want to be?” ask Devi spirit.
“I..???...I want to follow you, become a Doter and will beat your grades in school later” replied Edo spirit.
“Alright, three more years, we meet at Linggar school, we will go to school together there” said Devi for sure.
Edo who saw the big screen, which showed his childhood memory did not feel teary, this is a deal that he had been waiting for, a deal with his two friends. Edo was so upset about himself, he wanted to leave the place immediately but was unable to.
The screen blackened again, an image reappeared, a picture that was very familiar to him, school buses, the hustle and bustle of students and students crowded the spacious courtyard of Linggar school. Edo was accepted as a student at Linggar school. Three days had not been found by his two best friends, his heart was broken, he thought the promise they had said was just a lie. Seeing this, Edo immediately got out of his seat, he tried to talk to the driver, the driver who was driving the bus, at that time, edo's steps to walk towards the bus driver were very difficult with a group of children sitting in the middle of the bus.

“Iya I think he's Edo” replied the man sitting next to him.

The bus packed with passengers was very difficult to break through, the boy looked at Edo who turned from the direction of the bus driver.
“Edo...!!” the boy shouted to Edo with a smile on his face.
Edo looked at the boy, Edo looked curious and tried to get closer. However, there was a noise coming from the bus, it was very frightening and made the boy return to his seat to calm the girl sitting with him.
“Iya it's Edo, you calm down.. nothing will happen” said the boy as he hugged the girl next to him.
Not long after a landslide hit the bus, screams rang out from inside the bus, a boy trying to hold back any debris that hit the girl next to him, his injuries reached the moment the bus overturned, with the rest of his strength he stepped forward to avoid the approaching boulder, until the boy found the unconscious Edo by the window on the left
chauffeur.
“Edo wake up.....!!!” the boy shouted so loudly.
At that time Edo realized, but half his body was already outside the bus, he saw the boy, the boy he was getting to know, the boy was hugging a beautiful girl. The thick-browed girl and the big tall boy, they were the two people he had been waiting for.
“Skie... Devi...” Edo's voice was so slow without power.
“It's us, we keep our promise isn't it?” said the boy who was Hengkie, his hands were so tightly hugging his unconscious brother Devi, Hengkie's eyes were so red, sadness seemed from his face which was currently facing death. He cried but was arrested and only looked at his brother Devi who was in his arms.
“No... no.. don't be like this” said Edo trying to reach his friend.
The sound of a large rock falling from the top of the hill was getting closer, with a matter of seconds already hitting the school bus, Hengkie quickly pushed Edo out of the window, and, there was no time for him to save himself or save Devi, which Hengkie did if it was too late a few seconds sure Edo would be killed at that time, he said, therefore the SAR team found Edo stuck in a tree root in the middle of the ravine.
Looking at the screen shows a picture that has been lost from Edo's mind, making Edo cry as it was, he tried to get out of the sailing room but still difficult, making Edo cry, his two best friends who had been trying to be replaced by his imagination turned out to have saved his life, that's why the image he created so far, he said, the same as the face he had just seen on a screen right in front of him.
