Queen looks unsettled during the flight, for the umpteenth time she takes a breath and inhales it violently.

Ella grabbed Queen's hand gently. "Calm down, Sean's fine."

Queen nodded, but still her heart was agitated and kept thinking about the condition of the husband.

Arriving in Milan, Queen and Ella head straight to the destination hospital. Because Sean had already told the room himself in the care, Queen and Ella rushed there without asking any more.

Queen chuckled as she looked at the black ring in her husband's eyes. "Are you not sleeping either?"

Sean nodded. "I miss you."

"I can't sleep because I keep thinking about you. My face must be ugly, right?"

Sean smiled. "You will always be beautiful in my eyes. If I wasn't sick, maybe I wouldn't let you go tonight."

Sean smiled broadly. "I'm never afraid."
