"What's on your mind, Fitri!" Mak Nur stared furiously at the girl before him. Luckily the tavern was empty of visitors, also Ridwan who did not come home to deliver goods. Fitri stared at the floor, unable to look at Mak Nur.

"Mak ..," he said.

"Mak doesn't think you can do anything so far. I respect your father. It's a pity that your attitude has gone beyond the limit."

"Fitri love Brother Paul, Mom." Fitri's tears that were originally stopped are now back flowing rapidly.

"I'm thankful you refused your father's proposal and prefer a simple girl like Laila."

Fitri again silenced, his head bowed. Embarrassed. He realized that his actions this time had really tarnished his pride as well as his parents.

"Go home. Calm yourself. Remember ... My brother belongs to someone else. Ikhlaskan." Mak Nur's words sounded resolute and indisputable.

Fitri picked up her veil lying on the floor and put it on, also wiping away the tears that soaked her cheeks. After kissing the back of Mak's hand, Fitri passed by leaving the tavern.

Ridwan had just arrived when Fitri had left the store, his face looked confused when he saw the face of Fitri who looked very sad, plus both eyes were swollen. The fat man was more confused because the boss was not inside, only Mak Nur was sitting in the corner of the tavern where Paul used to record notes.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Mother." Ridwan kissed the back of Mak Nur's hand.

"Getishalight."

"Where to go?"

"Back, Wan. Oya, by the way CCTV cameras can you please take a look at the Mak footage?"

"Make what, Mama?" ask Ridwan confused. Mak Nur doesn't usually want it.

"There's no need."

Not much to ask, Ridwan gave CCTV footage to Mak. After being found the recording, Mak Nur also said goodbye.

"If you're tired, the store closes early. His brother didn't go back to the store anymore. There's a need."

Ridwan nodded in understanding. Mak Nur passed from the shop. Take public transport and go home.

Paul woke up with a lethargic face, he felt hollow when there was no Laila by his side. Usually, if the morning after the morning prayer Bersamaah always get a gift of a warm kiss, also a cup of hot coffee at the table before he left for work.

Mak Nur emerges from the kitchen, then sits next to Paul in the living room. The bespectacled man looked to lean his back against the chair, feeling a headache from thinking of how to persuade Laila to go home.

"When do you want to get Laila home?"

"Either, Mother. I'm afraid Laila's still angry and won't go home with my brother."

"Soundless child. Laila was angry. Which woman will be patient to see her beloved husband posing so affectionately."

"About understanding, Mother. But what if Laila doesn't want to go home with her brother? I'm afraid I'm losing Laila."

"Saran Mak, let Laila calm down first at Abi Anwar's house. Later think of another way to persuade Laila to come home."

"Yes, Mommy."

Paul closed his eyes again, he felt lazy because there was no Laila beside him. Especially because he was angry. Paul went back into the room, locked himself up and did not leave for the store.

Just like Mak Nur did, Abi Anwar also spent his time growing crops. While aunt is busy taking care of the house also cooking.

After the Fajr prayer Laila was still silent in the room, she was reluctant to go outside even though she was just sitting in the middle of the house. Because it was embarrassed to be at home without Paul who accompanied, he also felt nausea that he could not be held back. Plus he felt strange when he saw the sun directly, therefore Laila tightly closed the curtains of his room.

By noon the aunt knocked on Laila's room, asking her to eat together. The woman went outside and sat down at the table. Abi Anwar was also aunty sitting together. Laila gets some rice for Abi, and then Laila's last aunt.

Laila took a little rice, also a little vegetable. His face looked unappetised.

"Laila why? Don't like aunt's cooking?"

"No, Bi. Laila just wants to eat young mangoes."

"Eating young mangoes?" abi and aunt asked together.

"Yes ... mango tree in the house of Mak again bears a lot of fruit. But who's gonna get it."

"Please ask your brother." Abi gave advice. But immediately brushed aside Laila.

"No ... Laila won't ask for anything with Brother." Laila withdrew from the dining table, went back into the room.

Already a few days at home, Laila was still happy to lock herself in the room. Laila said she was scared when she saw the morning sun. Also the strangeness of Laila's attitude is shown like a child who is sulking. Aunty and Abi are reluctant to ask because it is Laila's domestic problem, both believing that Paul and Laila can find a way out of the problem that has befallen her.

Aunty and Abi Anwar looked at each other. Aunty suggests that Abi contact Paul and tell him what happened to Laila. The middle-aged man nodded as well.

Paul who had not visited the store for a few days, and rather entrusted to Ridwan to take care of it. The bespectacled man lost his way, nor was there any motivation to look forward.

Paul's phone rang while he was about to make coffee for himself. It was usually Mak who made it, but when Laila took over the role in taking care of her, Laila's coffee was always what she wanted.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Abi" said Paul. He was afraid that Abi would be angry for letting Laila go and not picking her up.

"Valayevansalam ... Are you the same brother, healthy?"

"Alhamdulillah, healthy. Abi and aunt are healthy?"

"Goddessa ...."

"Brother's wife is healthy too, right?"

"This is what Abi wanted to talk about. Abi wants to ask, can you?"

"Please, Abi."

"Laila why?"

"Sorry, Abi. It's wrong brother. The wrong brother." Paul was sitting limp on the dining table chair. He's resigned if Abi wants the worst for him.

"Yes ... It's brother's fault!" exclaiming Abi.

Abi Anwar's voice sounded calm, but behind it there must be something to say.

"Laila wants to eat the young mango from the Mak tree. Could you please pick up some for Laila?"

Paul raised his head, his mouth gaping as if in disbelief at what he had just heard.

"Laila wants to eat young mangoes. Can I send it home now?"

"A mature mango exists, Abi."

"No need. Laila wants a young mango."

"Laila's healthy right, Bi?"

"Either, Bang. Laila's face was a little pale. Eat a little too. Even today he said he wanted to eat young mangoes. Abi's worried. Brother hurry up here. See for yourself the condition of your wife."

"Good, Abi. Brother will get Laila's order. Brother close first. Assalamu'alaikum."

"Getishalight."

Paul puts his phone on the table, his mind turning back his conversation with Abi who says if Laila wants to eat young mangoes.

'laila's pregnant?' murmured Paul. Soon he dismissed all sorts of thoughts. Soon Paul ran to the side of the house and climbed a mango tree and picked some fruit and put it in a plastic bag.

Mak Nur stared in surprise when he saw Paul carrying the young mango he put on the dining table.

"This mango is still sour, brother. Why is it picked so much?" ask Mak wonder.

"Laila asked for it. Last time Abi called my brother, he said Laila again wanted to eat young mango from the tree that Mak planted."

Kening Mak Nur.

"Mak's coming to Abi's house, yeah."

"By, Mak. Get ready first."

Pauk passed leaving the Mak in the kitchen. The glasses guy changed his clothes and started to heat up the car. After everything was ready, Mak Nur and Paul went to Abi's house.

Thirty minutes away, finally the white car arrived at the grounds of Laila's house. The arrival of Paul and Mak Nur was warmly welcomed by the hosts.

Paul handed him a package of young mangoes, the bespectacled man asked how Laila was.

"Laila doesn't want to go out of the room. From morning till noon, hang yourself." Aunt complained to Paul. He himself was caught off guard by the increasingly strange condition of Laila. I want to take him to the doctor. But he refused, and always said he was okay.

Paul nodded in understanding, he then entered the house, followed by Mak Nur as well as aunt. Paul went into the room, but Laila wasn't there. He continued to step towards the bathroom located inside the room because the door was open.

Huck .. huekk ....

Soon Paul went inside when he heard Laila vomit.

"Oh my God, honey. The vomit like this. If I get sick, I'll take Laila to the doctor, yeah." Paul massaged Laila's nape, but was quickly brushed aside.

"Have you come here?" tanyanya looked at Paul with an angry look. Laila vomited soon. I don't know what was spewed, it's just that his stomach feels very nauseous.

Paul took a step back, giving Laila some distance. He realized that Laila was still angry with him.

Laila washed her mouth, then wiped it with a towel. With a shunt step he went outside the bathroom and sat down on the side of the bed.

"Outside there is Mak. Meet me first." Paul went outside the room, left Laila alone. Before long the woman went outside the room and met Mak Nur who was sitting chatting with aunt.

"Natured healthy?" Laila kisses the back of Mak's hand. But his eyes were fixed on the black plastic bag on the table.

"But you got a young mango?"

Mak Nur nodded. Soon Laila picked up one rather large mango, then took it to the kitchen. After washing it clean, Laila enjoyed the mango without cutting it first. Abi Anwar, aunty, Mak Nur, especially Paul looked in wonder at Laila.

"That's sour mango, dear." Paul was about to grab the mango that Laila was enjoying, immediately Laila brushed Paul off.

"What the fuck, anyway. If you want mango, eat it at the table. It's Laila's."

Laila went back into the room. Self-impaired. I don't know when he didn't like the crowd. Plus he prefers to be in a room that has no sunlight.

In the middle of the house, Paul and others feel strange in Laila. The bespectacled man twisted his brain, trying to recall the last time Laila came to the moon. It has been three months and until now there have been no complaints if he had monthly guests.

Paul's confidence is more stable if his favorite wife is two-bodied, because of the characteristics shown as such. Plus he ate young mango so delicious.

Paul went into the room, where Laila was enjoying a mango in the chair in front of the mirror which was half left.

"Darling ...."

Paul closed the door and walked over to Laila.

"What do you want here? Still care about Laila?" Laila put the mango she held on the table, turned her body and faced Paul.

"Don't do this, can you?" Paul crouched down in front of his wife. His hand held Laila's fingers. Over and over again he brushed aside, but Paul grasped very tightly.

"Laila's tired, Bang. Tired believe. This was the umpteenth time Laila believed. But yesterday there really was no explanation." Laila threw away her face, avoiding the gaze of Paul who was still staring at her.

Paul touched his face to Laila's lap, tired himself. Tired of having to live without him.

"Back, honey. You can't do it without Laila."

Laila remained silent, she looked at Paul who was sitting on his lap. But suddenly his stomach again felt nauseous, rushed Laila immediately towards the sink.

Huek .. huekk ....

The young mango that he had just swallowed, came back out. After feeling comfortable, Laila went outside and laid her body on the mattress. Paul let Laila with the will of his heart, he realized that Laila did not want to be helped at all.

Paul reached into his cell phone from his pants pocket, and called a number. The glasses guy called while sitting on the other side of the bed. Laila was already unconcerned about who Paul was talking to, she just wanted to close her eyes and sleep. He felt his stomach getting nauseous, as well as his head that felt dizzy.

After calling, Paul left Laila in the room. In the living room, aunt and Mak were chatting. Paul said he had called a doctor to come home. My mother and aunt agreed with the decision. It's been a long time since my aunt wanted to ask her for treatment, but Laila always refused.

Before long came a woman wearing all-white clothes. Mak Nur and aunty let in and checked Laila in the room.

Laila was shocked when she saw him. He refused to be examined if Paul was still in the room. Aunt asked Paul to wait outside. With a heavy heart Paul left Laila and waited with an uneasy heart in the living room. Abi Anwar was already in the mosque filling out the study. He had to wait with an anxious heart.

Paul leaned his back on the chair, his heart continuing to recite Maryam's letter. His heart told him to keep reading the letter. Closing his eyes, he did not feel like he was asleep.

"Bang ...." Mak Nur rubbed Paul's shoulder slowly. In front of her sat the aunt as well as the doctor she called.

"Where is my wife?" ask Paul.
