A Ghost To Mak

A Ghost To Mak
Be late

Paul called Ridwan and asked him to close the shop for two days, because it had been a few days to help him without complaining, the glasses man gave Ridwan a holiday.

This morning Paul took Laila and Mak to the survey showroom of the new car he bought. Initially Mak and Laila opposed Paul's decision to buy the four-wheeled vehicle, but for the reason that it was easy to carry everything when going to travel, inevitably the two women agreed.

Paul is lucky to have a family that always supports whatever his decision is. In the past, when Paul's father died, Wak took care of Paul to graduate school. After that Wak invited Paul to work in the market, transporting merchandise using a car. At first Paul only accompanied Wak, but over time Wak taught Paul how to drive the four-wheeled vehicle. Until finally Paul can get a SIM for four-wheeled vehicles.

After seeing the contents of the showroom, Paul's choice fell on a white car. Laila and Mak are also in support. The bespectacled man unceasingly thanked his two beloved women, for all the prayers and support he was given.

After all the business was done, Paul took his new vehicle to the house. Laila allowed Mak Nur to sit in front, next to Paul. The middle-aged woman's face hue looked happy, when she saw success on the side of her son.

Paul drove his car home, many pairs of eyes were on him, what else when the white car stopped in the yard of the house.

"Abang has more sustenance until buying a new car, do not forget alms, right?" laila asked when she was inside the house. Laila served two glasses of cold drink to Paul and Mak Nur.

"Don't forget, my dear. Later in the afternoon we go to the orphanage. You come by Abi's house." Paul smiled, he was grateful to have Laila who never tired to keep reminding prayers who are also giving alms.

"Accept ...."

Laila went to the kitchen, preparing to cook for lunch. Mak Nur changed his clothes, and walked towards the back garden of the house. The middle-aged woman spent her time taking care of the garden behind the house. He made use of a little field by planting a chili tree as well as onions. The trees are growing. Plus two mango trees grow high on the right side of the house and are flowering.

Slowly Laila begins to forget the events of the other day that made her jealous blindly. He felt tired as his heart was overwhelmed by that feeling. Lucky he has in-laws who always remind him to keep the trust is also not easily inedible issue. Although the evidence was clearly plastered before his eyes, as long as there was still an explanation he had to face it all with a cold head.

Paul lay his body on the bed, the man had been working so hard in the last few days that he had neglected himself. Black lines are clearly visible on her eyelids.

After finishing cooking and cleaning the kitchen, Laila prepared a glass of drink for Paul, in order to restore the man's stamina.

Inside the room, Paul was asleep hugging a bolted pillow. His habit of sleeping is always bare-chested. Laila put her homemade herbal medicine on the nightstand, slowly it woke Paul up. The man did not flinch. He let her fall asleep, then sat in a chair located in the corner of the room and turned on the laptop.

"Laila what else?" paul's voice shocked Laila. He also looked back. Paul was still in his sleeping position, unchanged. Laila got up and approached Paul.

"Abang is awake? Drink the clock." Laila sat down on the side of the bed. Paul turned his body into a recumbent position.

"Laila makein jamu's brother? Let it be strong, huh?" with his eyes still closed.

"Ish .. I still like to be seduced. It's a drink first."

Laila grabs the glass and gives it to Paul who refuses to get up. The man was still lying with his eyes closed even though he was awake.

"It's jamu so brother does not get sick easily. Not a strong jamu. No need for ge'er."

"Uhhhh .. fierce brother's wife."

"Udah. Drink first. Later on sleep."

"Laila's going to bed, yeah."

"Ish .. not. Laila still has work. Tomorrow the task must be gathered for a meeting." Laila put the glass back on the nightstand.

"Can be a night of being bullied. Now let's take Laila's brother." Paul opened his eyes, and looked towards Laila.

"Yes, I don't want to drink. Laila took on the task first." Paul quickly pulled Laila's arm about to stand up.

"Yes, yes ... Brother drank his watch." Paul got up and drank the herbs out.

"Smart gate ...." Laila smiled and kissed Paul on the cheek. He tried to release the hand he was still holding.

"Lah ... What else is this?" ask Laila confused. Paul did not let go of his hand.

"Laila has to put her brother to bed." Paul quickly pulled up to sit on his lap. Paul rested his head on Laila's chest.

"It's still daylight, Bang."

"Especially because it's still daytime. Let it be a long time." Paul laid Laila down and pulled the blanket over her and covered her body.

"Bg ... Bad brother ...."

Paul drowned his beloved woman in love.

After bathing and changing clothes Laila and Paul prepared to go to the orphanage and came home to visit Abi's house. Mak Nur was reluctant to participate because he was tired all day taking care of his favorite garden. Both are ready and ready to go to the orphanage which is located quite far from home.

Laila leaned her back, her eyes closed for a while as her head suddenly felt dizzy.

"Laila why, honey? It hurt?" Paul glanced at Laila who was sitting next to him, her face looking a little pale.

"No idea, Bang. Just feeling a little dizzy."

"strong, no? Or you turn towards Abi's house. Let brother alone go to the parlour."

"It's okay, Bang. Laila wants to nemenin."

"Yes already. But if you feel anything, say, yeah?"

"Humm ...."

Laila closed her eyes again, her head felt dizzy as well as a stomach that suddenly nausea.

An hour's drive finally arrived at the destination. Paul awakens Laila who is all the way to sleep. His face looks even more pale.

"Well, Bang?" Laila looked towards the building that was in front of her. Some children who were about seven and eight years old who were engrossed in play stared at him.

"Udah .. How does Laila's face turn pale? We'll go to the hospital, okay? You don't want anything with Laila."

"It's okay, brother." Laila rubs Paul's arm, assuring the man that she is fine.

The two got out of the car and were greeted by a woman wearing a black veil. He cupped his hands toward Paul, then hugged Laila tightly. Both are welcome to enter the caretaker's room.

After talking for a long time, Paul handed the brown envelope to the mother of the home and then returned home. The prayer that the mother of the house offered was secured by Paul and Laila.

Paul held Laila's hand which almost fell when he was about to get into the car. Laila's gaze was fixed on a girl in the orphanage who was engrossed in playing dolls.

"God willing, God will give us offspring" said Paul, as if he could guess what his wife was thinking. Laila smiled and got into the car. The white vehicle drove back home. Paul undoes his intention to visit Abi, because he sees the condition of Laila who is sick.

Arriving at home, Paul took Laila immediately into the room. The man also checked his wife's body temperature which turned out to be feverish. With painstaking care for Laila, Mak Nur also made a special traditional drink for her.

At night, Paul could not sleep well. He kept waking up and checking his wife's body temperature. At one in the morning Laila's body temperature returned to normal and the man was able to fall asleep soundly.

Arriving at the store, Ridwan seemed to be cleaning the storefront. The arrival of the boss was greeted with a warm smile by Ridwan. After putting down the bag, Paul took out a few items and placed them in front of the shop.

The sun slowly rose, one by one the buyers arrived. Many of those who chatted asked about the closing of the store yesterday. Ridwan patiently explained that yesterday the store was closed.

After Zuhur Ridwan prayers deliver some goods, Paul remained alone. From far away Fitri looked towards the tavern, and slowly approached as Ridwan was already completely gone.

**

Laila today does not teach, because the condition that feels still not good. He saw Paul's box still lying on the dining table. Laila asks Mak for permission to drive her to the store. But seeing the condition of Laila who still looks pale, finally Mak Nur accompanied him to deliver the provisions.

**

"Absite ...." Fitri entered the store without saying his usual greetings. The look of his face was messy with both eyes. Paul who was writing a note was surprised to see the unusual condition of Fitri.

"Fitri .. What's wrong?" ask Paul for wonder. He remained with his position sitting in the corner of the tavern.

Slowly Fitri walked closer to Paul. Both hands then opened the veil that had been covering his head. The veil also fell to the floor. I don't know what demon is possessing the soul of the beautiful girl, to act like this.

Paul turned his face as Fitri slowly walked closer while opening one button.

"What the fuck, this?" ask Paul in a slightly high tone.

"What's more Laila? I'm prettier and richer than Brother's wife. Why would you choose him more than me!" cecar Fitri's.

Paul got up and picked up Fitri's veil that had fallen off. His face could not see the girl in front of him. His right hand stretched out giving him his veil. It was violently pushed aside and the veil fell back to the floor.

"I love you Brother. At any time, I don't want you to belong to someone else. I'm not sincere!" fitri exclaimed on the sidelines of his slowly breaking cry.

"Go home .. calm down, Fitri. This is not true. You behave like this will only arise slander!"

"Clear to me. What's more Laila!" bentak Fitri's.

Paul walked backwards, as Fitri again walked up to him. Fitri continued to look at Paul without paying attention to his steps, until his feet tripped over a cardboard shoe and almost fell, Paul's reflex grabbed Fitri's arm to help him but even Fitri's body hit Paul's body. Both fell into a hugging position.

"Absite ...." Laila looked at the two with a look. Her tears flowed without excuse.

Paul quickly distanced himself from Fitri. Paul stood up and walked over to Laila. Mak Nur went inside and put his provisions on the table, helping Fitri wake up and keep him away from Paul. Fitri's face reddened as Mak Nur looked at her with an angry look. Laila remained standing in the doorway.

"Maomi ...." Paul was speechless, he looked at Laila who kept crying.

"Laila went home first with Brother. Let Mak take care of Fitri."

Without Laila saying to outside the shop. Leaning his body on the pole while waiting for Paul who went inside took the key of the motor. The man looked at Laila's face which looked increasingly pale. He worries if his condition gets worse.

"We go to the hospital first, yeah, honey. Laila's getting pale!" paul cried with worry.

"Back home!" he said with an indisputable tone.

"How to explain everything."

"Too late! Laila won't believe it again!"

Paul gave up, he turned on his bike and Laila sat on the bonbar. Paul took his bike back home. Throughout the journey Laila remained silent, and Paul did not know how to explain. He knew that his woman was angry. Real angry. Black clouds slowly enveloped the sky, as if understanding how Laila's heart was filled.

Arriving at home, Laila immediately put her body on the mattress. He felt his body completely limp. Also the head is getting dizzy. If you stand for too long, it will fall.

"We went to the doctor, yeah. I don't want anything to happen to Laila." Paul prepares a change of clothes for Laila, also changes her clothes with a t-shirt she took from the closet. Laila remained silent. He continued to lie staring at the wall ignoring Paul.

"Darling ...." Paul touched Laila's forehead, but was soon brushed aside. Laila was completely reluctant to be touched by Paul. His body temperature is back up. Soon Paul went to the kitchen to get water and cloth to compress.

Before long Paul returned with a bowl and cloth to compress, but he did not meet Laila in the room. Panicked. Paul looked for Laila around the house. He looked for his wife to the back garden. Niente. Laila he did not meet. That woman is lost in the earth.

"Who are you looking for?" Mak Nur got into the house when Paul had brought the car keys. Outside of the heavy rain, it was fortunate that the Mak had arrived home before it rained.

"Laila doesn't exist, Mommy." Paul's face was confused. He was afraid that Laila would return to Abi's house. In the midst of his retreat, he tried to calm down. Mak Nur suggested that you call Abi. To make sure that Laila was really there. If it does not exist, then it is sought elsewhere.

After considering for quite a while, Paul followed the advice of the Mak. With fear, he called his father-in-law. With an indeterminate feeling Paul asked about Laila's whereabouts, and was calmly answered by Abi that Laila was indeed there. Paul's heart calmed down a little when he heard Laila was in a safe place.

"Tomorrow, you'll bring Laila home. Mak befriend," said Mak Nur and left his son in the living room. Paul leaned his back against the chair. It was only a moment when Laila left the house that her heart had already felt empty.

**

Bibi welcomed Laila's arrival with anxious feelings. The woman came alone wet. Plus his pale face with blue lips.

Laila went into her room, changed her clothes and laid her body on the bed. Abi who had just returned home after completing a study at the mosque was surprised when the aunt explained the arrival of the princess only wayangnya. Abu nodded in understanding, and let Laila calm down without asking much.

Aunt served warm milk and put it on the nightstand. Laila got up and drank it until she had half left.

"Thank you, yeah, Bi."

"Together."

"What kind of cooking aunt?" ask Laila. Aunt's forehead wrinkled. It's not usual for Laila to ask that. Usually he will go straight to the kitchen and eat what is on the dining table.

"Sop vegetable cooking, tofu balado, sambal. Laila wants to eat?"

"Eating the cheese martabak is delicious, Bi." Aunty looked strangely at Laila. Aunty knew Laila from childhood, and Laila did not like cheese.

"Cheese cartridge?" ask aunt. Make sure he doesn't hear wrong.

"Yes ...."

"Yes already. Auntie will buy."

Bibi went outside the room, he immediately asked Abi for permission to buy Laila's order. Abi Anwar was surprised. Once, he forced Laila to eat cheese. And he immediately vomited. But in order for Laila to eat, Abi gives money to her aunt and buys Laila the dignity of cheese.

Laila devoured a portion of the cheese martabak that aunt bought. The woman looked puzzled to see her nephew eating so deliciously. After devouring his order, Laila fell asleep. He felt drowsiness. My aunt left it alone in the room.

**

In the other corner of the room, Paul looked at the mattress next to him that Laila used to occupy. Her tears slowly fell.

"Darling ... Brother misses," he said.
