A DREAMER'S

Episode 53

Ken has arrived at Zee's inn but he can't contact his first girlfriend. Ken immediately contacted Kayla and asked her whereabouts.

"I couldn't get in touch with Zee" Ken said.

"He was in his room, he didn't want to have dinner together" Kayla said from across the phone.

"What room number? " ask Ken

"In room 31, sir" after getting a reply from Kayla, Ken immediately followed Zee to his room in a hurry. Because Ken was so sure Zee would have known about the gossip.

"Zee.." call Ken while knocking on Zee's room door but there's no answer.

"Love, it's me. You're in there?" ken asked and he knocked on the door again, but there was no answer. Ken tried to open the door that was not in the key, of course Ken went straight in but Ken did not find Zee there. Ken circulates his gaze until he sees Zee's phone being charged.

"It's just fitting that he can't be on the phone" Ken muttered.

He goes out to look for Zee, his instincts say Zee must be on the beach.

Meanwhile, Zee sits hugging her knees by the beach alone. His gaze was straight ahead, staring at whatever he could look at. His lips were tightly clenched and his mind wandered everywhere after he read the slanted news about himself.

Zee lowered his head and hid his face between his knees, so he felt a touch on his shoulders along with the voice of the man who was always able to strengthen him.

"Love..." Zee immediately looked up and Ken's heart gasped when he saw Zee's usual sparkling eyes now looked sad.

"Why are you here tonight?" asked Ken but Zee was reluctant to answer him, he looked forward and Ken was sitting next to Zee.

"What's wrong?" ask Ken gently.

"I think I'm going to stop being a model" said Zee lirih who of course surprised Ken.

"Why? Your career is just beginning, Zee. Your success has been seen" Ken said with emphasis.

"When I became a model, more and more people bullied me. Even they slandered me, they said I sold myself to you for the price of my success, Ken" Zee said emotionally, his breath was even choked in his throat and tears were already welling up in both of his eyes "Now the feelings of my parents are at stake, they will be embarrassed by this news, Ken"

Ken let out a long sigh hearing Zee's heart expression, he stroked Zee's hair then leaned Zee's head on his shoulders. Zee receives a friendly treatment from the lover that gives her that little bit of calm.

"You must be strong, Love. It's just a little pebble in your life, the more successful you are, not only the pebble will be your stumbling block but also a big rock. But you have to be strong, and if you give up, it means you're giving up on your haters"

"But this is outrageous, Ken. Everyone will look down on me because they think I sold myself for my career, it hurts so much... Hiks" the cry that Zee had been holding on to the end broke as well, making Ken immediately hold Zee tighter.
