Caramel enjoyed breakfast happily. Since this breakfast was very special than the others, Rei who took breakfast for him and this breakfast also requested Arzan the son to his papa. "Thank you, I'd like to have breakfast for me?" Caramel stared at Rei.

"Together Mamel!", replied Arzan quickly ahead of the papa. Because she didn't want mamel to hear Caramel's hurtful answer.

Rei furiously rattled the hair of the son who always answered from him.

Yovie knocks on the door first before entering Rei and Caramel's room. He went in and checked Caramel's condition.

"How is the Mamel's condition?", asked Arzan to Yovie.

"Mamel's condition has begun to improve, as Arzan and Papa Rei take good care of him. Therefore, Mamel quickly recovered!", Yovie said to a small child named Arzan.

Caramel and Rei smiled happily at Arzan's cute behavior.

"Ok Doctor. Thank you for checking Mamel out so well. Therefore as a thank you, this morning the doctor will be taken to go home!", Arzan.

Haha... Yovie laughs happily. "It's a pity, dear, the doctor brought his own car how?" Yovie said.

"Well, how did the Doctor take Arzan to school?", Arzan asked with sparkling eyes to the doctor.

"Arzan!". Caramel gives a signal that Arzan does not do what he wants.

Yovie glanced at Caramel curiously at him. "Oh no problem".

"Not to Vie. Later let my Arzan take me to school", reject Rei smooth.

"Ok if that's it. I'm bringing my son!", Rei's message.

"Yes. I'll make sure that he'll be fine until school!". Yovie tells Arzan to say goodbye to Caramel and Rei. Arzan eagerly set out with the handsome doctor.

Rei delivers the departure of Arzan and Yovie to the front of the house.

On the other hand, Caramel took a cell phone to tell Lili that she was not currently allowed to enter the office.

Then Caramel pulled the blanket to get ready for another break after taking the medicine.
