Elios looked at Lunna curiously.
"The last time I was in 2008," continued Lunna again. "July 6, 2008."
"What the hell's that talking?" elios was confused.
Lunna finally looked at Elios.
"Don't you understand, Elios? I was thrown into the past, twenty years from the time I came from."
"There is no such thing as time travel" Elios said.
"It happened to me!" shouted Lunna in despair. "I'm not from this year.. I wasn't even born this year..."
Elios did not believe any of Lunna's words.
"I think you need a break."
Lunna. "You don't believe it, do you? I don't even believe it myself. Wait for... I can prove that I'm from 2008."
A little in Elios' heart. "Oh, huh?" tanyakanya. "How's it?"
Lunna seemed to think hard. "Hmm, in the future the car parked in your front yard has become a rare item. People in my time the cars were more sophisticated."
Elios shakes in disbelief. "Wouldn't he say that his car can fly?"
Lunna gulped. "No."
"Then, what's the difference with this year's car?" ask Elios.
"Because the model is different!" yelled Lunna sniffling. "In my time there was also the Internet, the IPod..."
"Ai pot?" elios was confused. "Pot flower?"
"No," said Lunna impatiently. "the iPod was sort of a tool for listening to songs. This tool can be taken anywhere. It's light and small."
"At this time there is also a tool that we call the Walkman, to listen to songs. This tool can be taken anywhere, too" Elios said, explaining.
"That's different," said Lunna desperately. "Your walkman needs a cassette, doesn't he? Well, in the future we won't need any more tapes, we just save them in MP3 files."
"Sister could have made up those things" Elios said, still in disbelief.
Lunna was not desperate. "Wait, in the future there's a computer."
Elios takes Lunna to the living room. There he opened a cloth that covered an object.
"Now, I have a computer, too" Elios said.
Lunna's gaze was fixed on the computer in front of her.
"This computer is already among the most sophisticated," said Elios did not want to lose. "This is the latest release. It's been four colors, not just one color as it used to be."
Lunna laughing. "Computers of my time had millions of colors."
"That's just a big brother's word" Elios argued. "Don't prove anything."
Lunna patted his head with both hands, as a sign of frustration.
Elios looked at that with a small smile. When Lunna saw him, the smile was gone from her lips.
"Just admit it, brother," said Elios. "So, you're running away from home, aren't you?"
"No!" rebut Lunna, "I didn't run away from home."
Oh my goodness, he lamented in his heart. Whatever I say, Elios must not believe it. How could he possibly believe that the items I mentioned did not yet exist in his time? Again, what am I doing? Explaining future things to a child? How could he possibly understand?
Suddenly Lunna's gaze was fixed on the television in front of her, then she smiled. "Elios, I will prove that I am indeed coming from the future" he said confidently. "Do you see the television in front of you? In my older brother's day, television pictures were already in color. Not black and white anymore."
Elios blinked his eyes several times.
"Wow" he said later. "So it seems like it's coming from the future."
Lunna smiled broadly. Well, what did I say? lunna said, triumphant in heart.
Elios stepped onto the television, and brought it to life. Lunna looked at the picture on television and was shocked.
"We've had color television from sometime," Elios said calmly, and looked at Lunna as if she were the world's most beautiful human being.
Arghhh shit! lunna said annoyed. I was humiliated by a child.
"Elios!" lunna said annoyed."How oldyou? 30?"
"My life is eight years!" elios said fiercely.
"My life is eighteen!" lunna said, no less fierce. "I'm older than you by ten years. I am more experienced and know more about everything. You must hear my words!"
Elios yawns, "Hoamm.. Ah, I'm tired," he said lazily. "I'm going to sleep first. Better brother also rest. Who knows tomorrow morning brother's mind is back to normal."
This kid really sucks. If it wasn't for me staying at his house, I would have taught him a lesson. Lunna pouted seeing Elios enter her room, without paying attention to himself anymore.
That night Lunna tried to think about all the events she had experienced. Still, he felt that what he was going through made no sense. Lunna curled up on the bed and closed her eyes. It must be a dream, he said, trying to convince himself. Tomorrow morning when I wake up... Everything will return to how it was.
With such thoughts in mind, Lunna fell asleep..
