"really?" ask the boy.
Lunna nodded. "Whatever you want."
"Can you cook?" ask the boy again.
Lunna nodded quickly. "I can't get close to the hot cauldron."
"How about washing?" ask again.
"My hands can't get detergent" said Lunna again as she gulped.
"Clean-clean?" ask the boy in annoyance.
"I'm allergic to dust" Lunna said as she closed her eyes.
The boy was upset. "Basic useless!" said. "I thought you could help Bi Ijah. Now..."
Lunna stood up. "I can learn... Really am..... I can help her. Please help me!"
The boy took a breath, and finally nodded. "All right, you can stay. But if you make me angry, you have to get out."
Lunna smiled with relief. "okay." He hugged the boy enthusiastically.
The boy tried to escape. "Don't hug me!" said annoyed. "I don't like to be touched!"
Lunna immediately let go of her embrace. "I'm sorry, I won't repeat. Thank ye. I don't know where else to go..."
The boy opened the gate of his house, and Lunna followed him from behind.
"Den Elios just got home?" ask an old woman in front of him.
"Yes, Bi Ijah" said the boy, who was named Elios. "Aunt Sarah's home?"
Bi Ijah nodded. "It looks like it's going again, Den."
Elios looked at Lunna. "Follow me!"
Elios opened the front door of his house and entered.
"Elios," said one woman, "You just got home?"
Elios answered, "Yes, Aunt."
A tall woman walked before Elios and Lunna.
Lunna looked at the woman. The dress is very thick. Huge earrings of chubby in her ear. He was wearing faded jeans and colorful T-shirts.
This woman's dress is really tacky, Lunna said inwardly.
"Who is this?" the question, pointing to Lunna.
"Aunt Sarah" said Elios. "This is Lunna, she's Mama's friend's son from the Orphanage. He just came to Jakarta, and will stay here for the holidays."
Lunna was surprised and astonished at Elios' words. Apparently this little boy he helped was really smart to lie. In addition, his words do not reflect like an eight-year-old child. If Lunna had not come face to face with Elios, she might have thought that the child who spoke was the same age as her.
Aunt Sarah looked at Lunna from top to bottom.
Elios looked at his aunt calmly. "He's from the village, Auntie. What can I expect?"
Lunna had to admit Elios was absolutely convincing in lying.
"Yes, okay. Whatever," said Aunt Sarah, lost interest. "You just occupy the guest room."
Sarah's aunt bowed, and she pinched Elios's cheeks in dismay. "Auntie go first. You don't be naughty, yeah."
Elios turned his face away, trying to remove his cheek from his tantric fingers.
Aunty Sarah just smiled, and passed from before Elios. Shortly thereafter, the sound of a car from the front yard rang out, signaling the departure of Aunt Sarah.
Lunna's stomach rumbling again. kruyukkruyuk
"Bi Ijah.," said Elios, turning to Lunna, "This is Lunna, the daughter of Mama's friend from the Orphanage."
Bi Ijah nodded slowly towards Lunna. Lunna nodded back.
"It looks like Lunna is starving" Elios said again.
"Please prepare some food for him huh, Bi."
"Yes, Den," said Bi Ijah, as he passed into the kitchen.
Elios told Lunna to sit in the dining room. Lunna took the glass that was on the dining table and poured water into it. He drank two full glasses.
Not long after, Bi Ijah came to bring food. Lunna's face was beaming at him. He took a plate, filled it with rice and side dishes and vegetables in front of him. As she was about to feed a spoonful of rice into her mouth, Lunna saw Elios watching her.
"You're not eating?" ask Lunna wonder.
"I am not hungry" Elios said slowly.
Lunna ate voraciously regardless of Elios' gaze. In his entire life he had never felt as hungry as he was today. When the rice on the plate ran out, Lunna added again, but the side dishes and vegetables in front of her were almost finished.
"Em, Elios," said Lunna erroneously, "can Ijah cook the vegetables again not?"
Elios looked towards Lunna's plate with a sigh. "A very greedy boy" he commented.
As such, Lunna was slightly offended. Eating from before was a lot. However, only this time he was said to be greedy, even more so by a boy. Lunna tried to be patient, she should not fight for fear of being kicked out of this house. He smiled sweetly at the boy. "I eat a lot of it."
Elios was silent for a while, but finally he told bi Ijah to cook again. After Lunna's stomach was filled, Elios took her to the guest room.
"So I can't sleep in this room" Elios said.
Lunna went into that room. There is a bed, a closet and a dresser. Thank you" said Lunna, then she looked out the window. A car parked outside. Lunna knows it's an old car. He had seen a picture of the car. His curiosity is intrigued because he feels the Elios family is quite located, but why his car output years old.
"Elios," he said, frowning. "What date is it today?"
Elios points to a calendar mounted on the wall of the room. "Today is June 29..."
Lunna's view was fixed on the calendar on the wall. His eyes stared at the date Elios called with disbelief
"1988" Elios continued.
"June 29, 1988?!" shout Lunna. "June 29, 1988?Just be right! No way!
