Episode 1: Adoption

Himalaya Regency City X

A luxurious car entered one of the huge mansions which was extremely luxurious. The servants ran and lined up directly to face each other on the side of the road to the main door of the house. A woman came down from the back door of the car after one of the bodyguards opened the door, wearing a maroon dress with elbow-length arms, aged 44 but still beautiful with her pitch-black long hair, followed by a nurse holding a baby boy who was sleeping.

The woman opened her sunglasses, "This house will be a complete witness to my family." The woman muttered with a wide smile that seemed to symbolize her relief.

A 35-year-old woman ran slightly toward the woman who was still staring at her new home next to her car, "Mrs Diya is all set." He said, slightly bowing.

"Thank you so much for your hard work waiter Si." Said the woman who turned out to be named Diya in a friendly manner.

"Samasama ma'am, I'm happy to be part of the mistress' dream all this time."

Diya simply smiled as she walked towards the main door. All the servants bowed as Diya walked in front of them. Assistant Si and the nurse followed behind him.

A handsome 16-year-old boy in his high school uniform also got out of Diya's car, rubbing his sleepy eyes as he looked around. He saw Diya who had walked into the house. "Mah.." Shouting as he ran towards Diya, the servants bowed again as the boy ran in front of them.

Diya turned her head and grabbed the boy's arm while smiling, "Darling you've woken up?"

The boy nodded slightly, "What are we doing here anyway? Tumben really mamah want to buy a house ngajak me."

Diya smiled and then gently pulled her to walk into the mansion, "Junho dear, this is our new home, so mama deliberately invited you here."

The boy immediately spread his gaze throughout the room after hearing Diya's words, then suddenly he smiled after remembering something, "Adek wants to go home huh mah?" Ask her with a happy smile.

Diya nodded with a smile that was no less happy, Junho immediately hugged Diya, they both smiled happily while observing their new 3-story house. The maid Si and the nurse smiled at the happiness of the mother and child who seemed very impatient to welcome their family members who were going home.

"Abang is also going home, right?"

"Why? Do you miss your war opponents?"

"Haha mama really understands us the most."

"Stop that habit of yours, or else your adak doesn't feel at home living here."

"The threat this time is scary."

Diya just smiled at the words of her son. Although it was equally big but the two boys often argue, and it seems now Diya find a weapon to stop their war that often makes Diya dizzy.

Cempaka Orphanage

In a room that read 'Secretariat Room' sat opposite two women who were confined to a table. Like there was tension on their faces.

"Yoa don't want to open." Said one of the women whose name tag in her middle first uniform reads 'Yoa Aeri'.

"But Miss Dewi will know that Joa will not be able to, Joa promises that she will work harder so that she can 100% pay for Yoa's life here." Yoa said with a very pleading face.

"Yoa, this is not a matter of cost, you are very independent, even we have hardly financed you at all for the past 2 years." Said Bu Dewi while holding the back of Yoa's hand which was getting cold.

"Then from that, Miss Dewi, please let Joa stay here until Joa goes to college." Yoa continued to look at the Goddess Mother expectantly.

"Yoa you need a guardian, baby, you have to have parents."

"There is Bu Dewi and Mommy, Mr. Ahmad too. Yoa just wants you guys." Joa's body starts to limp, this is not the first time for Joa to argue with Bu Dewi about adoption but this is the first time she sees Bu Dewi very seriously about her adoption.

Yoa has been living in Cempaka orphanage for 10 years, since 5 years ago he always refused to be adopted because of his bad experience when he was 8 years old which made him very shaken.

Bu Dewi kept staring at Joa who began to shed tears. Yoa looked down feeling the tightness in his chest. They were in silence for a moment. Suddenly the door opened, a half-hearted woman approached Yoa and hugged him who was still crying a mouthful.

"Mother, Joa won't be adopted." Said Yoa who also hugged the woman tightly.

The woman rubbed Yoa's head gently, "Yes dear, mother understood, mother there is a story for Joa."

Yoa's tears are getting louder, even Mother who has always supported her decision as if no longer supportive. Joa is very memorized when mother says will tell a story it means whatever he says is true.

"Mother will talk to Miss Dewi, now that Joa is bathing and eating first, son?" Mommy looks into Joa's eyes and then kisses her forehead. Yoa nodded, still with tears and then stood up and died in the secretariat room.

"Don't force it too much." Said the Mother who then began to sit in the place left by Joa.

"I didn't force it, you know I'm the happiest to hear this news, I've been so sick to see Joa tormented with her mass." Say Miss Goddess with her sad face.

"I'm happy too, but you know that Yoa hasn't forgotten Nisa"

Bu Dewi was speechless hearing Nisa's name called. The memories that made Joa so tormented were reflected back in her memories.

"Then what should we do? It's been a few months since Joa refused to see Raka's doctor again." Said the Goddess Mother staring at Mother who was also imagining the events of Nisa.

"I was also confused how to persuade her to want to see doctor Raka, she always said she was cured." Replied the Mother who was then silent for a moment, "I've spoken to Mr. Ahmad, he will try to persuade Joa." Imbuh Mother.

"Like her that's the best. Mr. Ahmad most understands his condition." The Goddess seemed to agree.

"I'll try to advise her slowly later, I'm very afraid her condition will be bad again." Mother began to stand as if she were going to leave.

"Yes do it, he's closest to you."

Mother nodded slowly, then passed out the secretariat room door. The Goddess looks very angry. He took his phone and opened the contact, looking for the name 'Assistant Cho', he paused for a moment, then started pressing the dial.
