At the hospital, Arya, Ika and Papa Alex are tense because of Bela's sudden drop. Not to forget also Bela's adoptive parents in the village with his little friend who is looking forward to anxiety.
Inside the room, doctors were fighting to save the life of the woman. Ika who is currently holding her little sister occasionally stared at the calm face that was asleep without knowing what was experienced by the woman who gave birth to it.

"I don't have much time left, I'll take him because I'll catch up with my parents" Bela said again.
"Then what about your beloved sister?" said Ike firmly.

"A sister? how do you know I have a sister? whoareyou? where did you hide my sister?" ask Bela tried hard and vent her emotions.

"Intan, ka Ana's sister? you are growing up well dear" said Bela who had shed tears while the baby was taken over by Ike who was standing next to them.
Bela tried to raise her hand to touch the sister's face. Intan helped support the weak thin hand and put it on his left cheek. Intan also rubbed the hair shoots of the kaka with his next hand full of affection.

"Well good but not with a fragile heart" he said more heart-wrenching.
"I was so angry after I found out that the person who loved me like his own daughter was also ruining my life. He has made my legs like this" Intan said more sobbing. Ike understood that even if Intan wanted to curse the father, he would let the girl vent her emotions.

"May I speak to Mr Alex?" bela's permission and immediately replied with a nod from Ike.
He asked Intan to come out. The girl even cried until she let out a voice because she did not want to separate from her brother again.
"Pa, Bela wants to talk" Intan said, making Papa Alex stand up violently until the chair made a sound. He stepped in with mixed feelings.
"Darling?" papa Alex said as he sat his ass in the bedside chair. Bela did not reply but she gave her true smile to the man. Papa Alex is getting heartbroken over all his previous deeds.
"Thank you, huh?" bela's words left Papa Alex confused.
"Why say thank you, I should have said that word" said Alex.
"I also have to say thank you for saving my sister's life" Bela said.
"Sister?" ask me, Alex has not understood the meaning of his ex-wife.
"Yes, Intan is my younger brother who separated a few years ago" said Bela.
"Huh?" papa Alex was surprised.
"Yes that's the truth but I ask for help, if you already know the truth, please do not throw him and keep him because there are still people who are after him" said Bela seriously.
"I leave them both for you" he said and immediately convulsed back.
"Doctor. doctor" cried Papa Alex and all who stayed from earlier directly in to deal with Bela.
"Sir please come out so that we can freely handle patients" said one nurse and papa Alex out with a face that was back tense.
Moments later the door opened and two doctors came out with their tired faces.
"Doctor how is my wife?" asked Papa Alex in a panic.
"Sorry, he can't be saved" said the doctor to the point.
"What's? doctor lied?" urge Papa Alex while holding the collar of the doctor who was talking.
"That's all right, sir. We have tried our best but God wants another master." explain the other doctor with a fear because at this time he is an acquaintance of the owner of this hospital.
Yeah, well-known as the owner of the hospital is Roby, his assistant papa Alex.
"Akhhhh bullshit" he shouted making his son instantly startled and cried so hard. Papa Alex was surprised by the baby's voice. He was increasingly frustrated because what about his son who still needed his mother.
"Darling, forgive papa. Forgive this useless papa" said father Alex as he took over his son and held him in his arms, at once also the voice of the baby who had been crying with a shrill voice immediately began to decline slowly and returned to sleep.
