You're just mine
Chapters. 37. Farewell

Ero's grandmother sat herself on the chair opposite Dareen, looking ahead at her mind glaring to the past.

"Hundreds of years ago, I opened a medical practice, my name is famous almost in the countryside, my patients also many who came from outside the village that I live in, he said, they knew about me by word of mouth," Grandma Ero stopped her story and sighed heavily.

While Dareen just sat quietly listening to the story of Grandma Ero.

"At that time there were patients asking me to abort their daughter's womb, both the girl's parents were embarrassed because her daughter was pregnant out of wedlock and the man who impregnated her daughter went somewhere, she said, they dared to pay me up to five times the usual fare if I accepted their request," both of Grandma Ero's eyes glazed over in light of the incident.

"Then did you respond to the request of the girls' parents?" ask Dareen curiously.

"Yes, I agreed, at that time the girl's gestational age was two months and when I removed the fetus was still alive, and I killed it immediately, I regret, I really regret it... hiks.. hiks.." Grandma Ero's tears can't be weathered anymore.

Dareen was really shocked to hear Grandma Ero's words. He did not expect that an old grandmother could do such a vile thing, made of what exactly the heart of a grandmother sitting in front of him.

Sunny heard the sound of crying from a distance, and immediately her mind went to work, thinking it was coming from her husband. Sunny immediately opened his eyes to turn his head to the side but all he saw was a pillow and bolsters.

Sunny tried to get up from her sleep and leaned part of her body to the edge of the bed, then spread her gaze around the room but did not see her husband.

The sound of crying was still heard in both of Sunny's ears, quickly descending from the top of the bed and walking slowly closer to the origin of the sound of crying.

It turned out that the sound of crying came from the balcony of the hotel room, Sunny pulled open the white curtain that became a barrier, how surprised he was when he saw Grandma Ero was crying sobbing in front of Dareen. Sunny can clearly see the face of Grandma Ero because the lighting on the balcony is quite bright.

"Ti-No, I-I didn't make her cry," Dareen stuttered as she shook her head.

Dareen actually felt annoyed at Sunny because of the origin of the accusation without evidence, whereas Sunny had just come but had accused him of hurting Grandma Ero, with his weak body like this how could he hurt someone, how could he hurt someone, there is also even himself who was hurt because he was unable to fight.

"Then why is Grandma Ero crying?" ask Sunny back.

To avoid misunderstanding between himself and his wife, Dareen finally told what Grandma Ero said before, Sunny was very surprised after listening to Dareen's story very seriously.

After Dareen finished telling the story, Sunny apologized to Dareen for accusing Dareen of causing Grandma Ero to cry.

Sunny walked closer to Grandma Ero then gently rubbed the grandmother's back to provide calm while thrusting a box of tissue to wipe her tears that wet both cheeks of the grandmother.

Grandma Ero pulled some tissue from the box, and slowly wiped her tears and looked at Sunny and nodded her head slowly with a smile, she was already calm. Sunny turned around and sat down beside Dareen.

"I'm sorry, I'm still in the shadow of that fetus that I killed, I'm so sorry to do it,"

At that time Grandma Ero seemed unconscious when doing it, I don't know what possessed her to do that. Right now, only regrets are there.
