episode 11 Cold-Faced Ghosts

A quiet night as usual accompanied by the stars in the sky.. Davina stepped out to enjoy the night view around the district area.

residential residents are still following the old tradition of mold, walls made of wood and a roof covered in straw often called Honai makes Davina so amazed and curious what she can get into there. Davina stepped up and approached a residential resident who was then seen gathering in Honai.

sensing that a stranger was approaching the head of the family, the family greeted Davina and invited Davina to join.

at first it feels afraid, but with the family friendliness of Dani tribe makes Davina feel comfortable.

" where did ko pu come from ? " ask the Honai owner's mother.

" i'm from Jakarta ma'am " replied Davina slowly then looked around the honai.

when Davina was about to eat it..

Davina realized if this behavior made the whole honai become laughing.

Davina opened her skin and began to eat it slowly because it was still hot in her mouth making Davina unable to eat with her mouth closed a little bit flicking her hands because it was hot in the mouth..

"ehm. yummy mom" said Davina to the homeowner while chewing the food

" just this time I ate yams that were burned in embers" Davina said once again then enjoyed her dinner with grilled yams.

🍂🍂 a few hours later...

So cool talking with the new family makes Davina unconscious if the night is getting late.

" call mama uh" said the laughing mother, who wished she had a family from outside.

Davina had a small laugh that made both the mother's children laugh out loud.

it was time for Davina to return home, she said goodbye and promised that tomorrow would come back.

the father also drove Davina to the front of the honai and back in to rest.

Davina tried to recall the path she had been on..

" oh my gosh.."

" where the road was." said Davina agitated

while walking her feelings began to be disturbed.Several walk Davina looked back.

" kok kaya no one followed ya " whispered Davina in the heart and accelerate her footsteps.

there was someone who stopped Davina's steps by pulling her hand...

" aaaahhhhkkkk " shouted Davina as she closed her eyes

" heiii. It's me.. Kevin "said Kevin then shut Davina's mouth who was screaming in fear.

hearing Kevin's voice, Davina stopped her screams and opened her eyes..

"from anywhere anyway"

" i've been looking here and there "

" if anything happens to you how? " nagging Kevin then pulled Davina's hand and brought her back to the pastor's house.

" don't be rude - rough dunk "

"it hurts." Davina replied in pain as Kevin pulled his hand during the trip.

seeing that the Priest's house was near and hearing that Davina was in such pain, Kevin let go of his hand.

Davina opened both her eyes and looked around her in confusion

Davina did not speak a word so upset to see Kevin was already in the house of the Reverend and cool chatting casually as if nothing had happened.

Kevin casually grabbed a glass of tea that the pastor's mother had served.

" he was sir, he said Davina saw a cold-faced ghost approaching her" said Bram answering the Reverend's question.

Kevin choked on a drink after hearing Bram's words and made some of his clothes wet.

Kevin looked at Davina who was looking at him cynically and muttered "cold-faced ghost ?"

Davina and Kevin exchanged glances while Bram was still curious about the Cold-Faced Ghost..
