The imperial palace was in an uproar from the anger of emperor Bing Kai, after getting a warning from the loan shark brought by one of the man's confidants.
Emperor Bing Kai was immediately burned by the burning anger. His usually calm and noble face had now turned into uncontrollable anger. With a voice echoing throughout the palace, he issued a loud order to gather all the officials of the imperial palace immediately.
"Gather them all together!" sizzle Emperor Bing Kai with a voice full of anger.
"I want to see the faces of those responsible for this threat! They would face the wrath of an emperor!"
His orders soon spread throughout the palace, sparking panic among the officials who were shocked by the Emperor's sudden reaction. Quickly, all palace officials were called to attend an emergency meeting in the main meeting room.

"For the sake of the glory and honor of the Bing Empire, we will not tolerate this kind of threat!" exclaimed Emperor Bing Kai with a voice full of decisions.
"Immediately prepare strict measures to deal with this loan shark and all its affiliates. I want them to be punished instantly, so that no one dares to underestimate our strength!"
