Xianlie handed the nightstand to the child sitting on the sofa in the room. His face was still so flat and his cold demeanor was like a huge chunk of ice.

The boy was confused and took the nightstand, just like that.

"Take that pill. Your wounds must heal soon before you're home!" Chief Xianlie and then sat down, watching the boy's movements.
