Arselia samakin's condition dropped, earlier when Hana and Gibran who had just finished eating fried they saw Arselia vomiting blood, which was vomiting blood, and, and it wasn't just in his mouth but on his thighs there was a lot of blood.

Hana and Gibran see the sadness of Bagas, but not only Bagas is saddened by what happened to Arselia, Hana and Gibran also feel the same sadness with Bagas.

"Gas, you know I'm lucky I'm not straying" said Freya who suddenly came with a face like upset.

Freya glanced at Hana and Gibran, she did not recognize the Bagas family, which she knew was only Lisna's mother who often visited to bring food and Arselia who often came to sleep in Bagas' room.

"Who are you going home with?" ask Hana.

Freya fell silent then glanced at Bagas who was sitting on that floor.

"Self, take it easy brother I'm used to going home alone." said Freya.

Before leaving Freya saw Bagas sitting on the floor with his sad face.

"It's the first time I've seen you sad Gas, and strangely I feel sad too." - inner Freya, then left the hospital.

Hana stared at Freya's departure with her small smile, Hana was sure that Freya was the girl who would be a complement to Bagas' life, let alone that she saw Freya had a strong attraction to attract men like Bagas.

Suddenly the door of Arselia's room opened, Hana Gibran and Bagas compactly stood up and approached the Doctor.

"How's my sister Doc doing?" ask Hana Gibran and Bagas together.

The doctor took a deep breath and lowered his head.

Bagas approached Arselia with a face that pretended to be fine, he did not want his sister to see tears on her face, he had to be strong for his sister.

Arselia shook her head slowly.

Gibran who was silent immediately held the hand of his sister, Gibran kissed Arselia's hand with great affection.

"Believe brother, you will recover deck, if need brother will bring a great doctor for you, you will be cured" said Gibran while kissing Arselia's hand.

Seeing the sister he once ignored the attention and affection on her Arselia was unable to stem her grief.

"I don't deserve to be loved by you" Arselia said.

"Don't say that again, you're our sister and of course we love you." Hana who had been silent had also let out her voice.

Arselia looked at her three brothers, then her tears flowed without asking.

"Sister, please bury me near my mother, I don't want to be alone" Arselia said.

Hana and the others compactly shook her head.

"Don't say it, you'll be cured" said the three compactly.

Arselia coughed and straight out blood from her mouth, seeing that Bagas and his other glared, the three of them instantly panicked and wanted to call the Doctor.

"Don't sister, don't call the doctor, I'm not strong anymore, it hurts, it hurts" Arselia said, holding her stomach.

"Sir.." Bagas shook his head.

"I'm sorry, sister, I'm sorry for being naughty and not being a good sister" Arselia said.

"We've forgiven you, you've got to heal." Hana Gibran and Bagas compactly answered her.

Arselia smiled, and until she finally felt a very painful pain, seeing that Hana and the others exchanged glances.

Gibran shook his head.

"Don't baby, my sister will be fine" Gibran said, rejecting Hana's thoughts.

While Bagas who saw Arselia continued to say her pain made her heart break, she also felt the same taste even though it was not as painful as her sister.

"Hana, please help Arselia" said Bagas who returned to shed his tears.

Hana held Gibran's hand, but Gibran immediately shook Hana's hand and hugged Arselia.

"Sister will save you, brother please hold on" Gibran said.

"Sister, I__ su.." Arselia was unable to continue her speech, her hands directly holding her stomach her eyes looked upwards, and seeing that Bagas instantly turned his face away.

He could not see his brother in such pain.

Gibran shook his head.

"No Bagas, he's our sister you want him to go like a mother?." Gibran still wants to save Arselia.

"Sister." call Arselia while looking at Gibran.

"You'll be fine" Gibran said with an indecipherable look.

"Please let me go, sister, I really can't bear this pain, please." Arselia said again.

Hana held her husband's hand, which made Gibran immediately move away from Arselia and cry at the soup.

And with help by Hana Arselia recited her creed until finally she closed her eyes for eternity.

Bagas hugged the body of his beloved little sister, then kissed the face of Arselia who seemed to smile on her last day in the world.

"You are beautiful deck, brother loves you, forgive brother who has let you choose the same path as mother, brother promises to do what you ask, brother will do it." bagas said as he hugged his dead sister's body.
