In 2025, Ruiki got a reply from her brother which made her very angry and upset, she said, All his patients know what makes Ruiki upset because all his patients obey Ruiki's words but the patients know that Ruiki's words are advice for them to be better.

The item was invisible because it was in Ruiki's mind, the item was box-shaped with one keyhole and black in color.

Over time Ruiki can use the box sometimes Ruiki opens it but the contents are nothing. Ruiki kept telling stories with Jean even telling her about the time she played with her brother, Ruiki already thinks of Jean as her best friend and Jean considers Ruiki as her younger sister because Jean is desperate to have a younger sister but loves her an only child.

There was a time when her brother Ruiki had a nightmare and then she told Ruiki everything because she did not want her brother to keep having nightmares, Ruiki went into her brother's thought room. Ruiki was aware that every word that came out of her mouth was like ruling the world when she found space her brother thought..Ruiki was surprised to see such a terrifying creature that her brother kept crying as Ruiki inexplicably called the box and Ruiki ordered the box.

"Save him !!!" Ruiki

The creature was immediately sucked into the box and the box locked the creature until Ruiki wanted to release it. Jean is amazed by Ruiki's ability to even tell her to save each of her patients' nightmares later and the words make Ruiki instantly use her ability to treat any patient she has that she doesn't understand human intellect.

"..[.Sighs]..I really want an ability like Ruiki but it's a pity I can't because only people are so brave to see someone's nightmare !" Jean muttered to her room

Important Note:

ETM (Explore The Mind) is a Ruiki ability that can make it into the thinking room and then she can enter the thinking space of someone. This ability makes Ruiki able to rule the thought space so that the words coming out of Ruiki can manifest in the thought space.

Nightmare Box is a box that has a single key hole with black color, Ruiki uses this box to store every terrible creature that only exists in the thinking room. This box is capable of storing millions of creatures and we can know there are thousands of creatures in Ruiki's box today.
