“I'll give up on Knights for now. I will produce Grunts, Footmen, and Riflemen. I can summon Knights after my rank rises. At that stage, I can only summon 1000 knights and attack anyone. If the grunts follow the knights then I can instantly exterminate any formation.”

Xiao Yu made up his mind. He understood that cavalry played a big role in the battles in this world. They could instantly destroy the enemy formation. If he sent a grunt after them then victory would be in his hands. As a result, he paid another 300 grunts. The main strength of his army was grunts. He had 200 archers and decided not to waste resources. Because archers were weak in close combat and their long-range support was limited in range.
