After arriving in front of the hospital, they immediately brought Afifah in there.
"Darling to survive, you are strong. This we have arrived, soon the doctor will handle you so don't give up, you and our baby will be safe" alex whispered in Afifah's ear while pushing the gurney into the hospital followed by Reza and several ambulance officers.
"SUSTER, QUICKLY TAKE MY WIFE TO THE ER ROOM. IT'S VERY NIMBLE, PLEASE GIVE HIM IMMEDIATE TREATMENT" Alex shouted with hardened jaws snapping at the sisters inside.
The sisters who heard Alex's voice then immediately approached and swiftly they immediately helped push the gurney.
"I'm sorry I had to wait outside" said the nurse as soon as they got to the front of the ugd room.
"But Sus.. "
"It's hospital policy so we beg you to wait. Later after we finish we will tell" between the sisters who then come into the room.
Reza and Alex were forced to comply with the Sister's request. The two of them sat down in a chair with a feeling of unease.

"Amin, we just pray for the best for them mom so that our favorite daughter-in-law and our twin grandchildren are okay" said Daddy who won himself and his wife already knew about the pregnancy Afifah.
"Then how did it happen? why did Afifah fall from the building?" ask Papa.
"I don't know, what I saw when I was arguing with Alex suddenly everyone was gathered and he said Afifah fell. I don't know exactly how it happened" Reza replied.
"Astaghfirullahaladzim" hissed Mama Afifah frustrated.
Daddy who was standing there then walked over to his son who was sitting down.
"Don't think weird, sure Daddy everything will improve. Your son and wife will be safe, we pray for the best" he advised.
Alex just nodded, he had no interest in discussing anything else at all. The focus is on the ER room.
*Oh my god, please save my wife and son. Give them both the strength to stay alive. I'm so afraid something's going on with them both* Alex's inner fidget.
Moments later a doctor appeared to come out of the room. Alex and the others immediately stood up from their seats.
"How are the docs of my wife and my twins, they're all right, doc?" alex asked with his worried face.
The deg! hearing that instantly everyone who was there immediately tiptoed in shock.
"Died up?" ask Mommy again with her surprised face.
"Yes madam, if not immediately done surgery then life is at stake" replied the doctor.
"So do whatever you think is good, the most important thing is please save my family. Save my future children and my wife, I want them both safe" Alex said quickly with sharpened eyes.
The doctor also understood.
"Sus, please take the madam to the operating room. We need to rescue the lady and her twins immediately" the doctor asked.
The sisters who were there immediately pushed the Afifah gurney to be moved in the operating room.
"Patiently, we pray that everything goes well. Now only prayer can we do" said Papa and was met with a nod of the head by everyone.
