CHAPTER 21. Jubaidah is restless

At the house of Jubaidah.
The woman was restless because it was already at 11:00 pm Rahman did not come home.
He paced like an iron that is commonly used by mothers to tidy up clothes.
"Mother can calm down no, I'm dizzy to see Mother from earlier pacing," said Rohmah who may be disturbed by her mother's activities.
"Be quiet, this is all because of you Rohmah."
"Why do you blame me! I should have blamed myself for not being able to prevent Rahman until he went to his parents' house Via."
"You didn't help Mom either to prevent Rahman from going there."
"Mother just call him and ask Rahman to come home."
"Without you telling me I did it, but Rahman didn't pick up Mom's phone. This must have been the hypocritical woman he had instigated Rahman not to pick up the phone from Mother and this is what I feared if Rahman was in the House of Aminah."Jubaidah said with clenched hands and flaming eyes to the wall imagining that the wall was the face of Aminah, the face of the woman he had always hated.
"Then we just wait until Rahman gets home, let him stay there for one night."
"Can't be Rohmah, the longer Rahman is there the more freely Aminah and Via brainwashes him."
"Then we have to how Mom? Do you want to pick up Rahman at Via's parents' house? That's so embarrassing, Mom. You better be patient for a second, we'll wait for Rahman to come home by himself. After he comes home we pox him with a few questions. And I came back pretending to be sick, so that Rahman would feel guilty for me."
Jubaidah fell silent, though,
it seems to justify what Rohmah said.
"All right! I'll wait for Rahman until he comes home by himself, but if he doesn't come home tomorrow I'll have to follow him to Aminah's house."

Via just woke up from a deep sleep, last night he spent the night with the husband that they had never done in how many months.
He glanced at the table right next to his bed, not the table that was the concern of Via but the phone that was on the table and the phone was Rahman's.
"Who called Mas Rahman this early in the morning" murmured Via. He wakes up to get Rahman's phone.
"Sirah's Father! For what in the morning like this he called Mas Rahman, did he want to ask for money or want to say that the Princess should be brought back to the hospital? It's up to you Ma'am but for today I make sure Mas Rahman won't be fooled by you anymore." Via said and immediately turned off the call, and deleted his history.

Ms. Aminah and Via were tidying breakfast at the dinner table, because today the weekend of course Rahman did not leave for the Factory. Via's father invited Rahman to check the Shop in the District next door, and Rahman swiftly nodded in agreement with his father-in-law's invitation.
After breakfast, Rahman and Rohim go to the store using Rohim's car.

After the departure of her husband and father, Via approached Aminah's mother who was cleaning the dining table.
"Mom, do I want to talk to Mom?"
Bu Aminah turned to look at her daughter, she saw a serious look and looked very precarious on her daughter's face.
"What's up, baby? Is something going on?"
"I want to talk to Mom about Jubaidah's mother."
"Your mother-in-law? What's wrong with him?"
"I discovered a big secret that my mother-in-law had been hiding all along, and it seems like Mas Rahman didn't know it was Mom."
Aminah immediately finished her work after which she led Via to sit in the family room chair.
