Casandra's Hidden Intentions

After Sean's departure to the office, Claire approached Grandpa Sam who was in the back garden. "Grandfather, where's mom?" Claire asked while sitting next to Sam's grandfather.

"Kate, is going to the center of the art gallery," Grandpa Sam replied, "how is my great-grandson? Is she okay?" grandpa Sam asked as he directed his gaze towards Claire's stomach.

"I'll check on Grandpa today, but I think he's fine."

Grandpa Sam mangosteen. "I think my great-granddaughter is avenging her father for hurting her mother."

"I mean Grandpa?" claire asked with a confused face.

"Back of this she's experiencing symptoms like a pregnant woman, while you don't feel them at all. I think his son deliberately punished his father to make him feel tormented."

Claire smelled her smile at Grandpa Sam's words. "I also felt strange when I found out I was pregnant, but I didn't feel anything at the time."

"You were also too quick to apologize to him. You should have tortured him first. Grandpa was so upset at him," Grandpa Sam grumbled with an annoyed face.

"Grandfather, Sean wasn't wrong, he just wasn't open to me. My own grandfather once told me that he was a private who was closed and preferred to keep everything. I find it hard to change her personality. I don't mind as long as he betrays me. Maybe I should be more active than him. Anyway, I feel like lately, she's starting to change her nature."

Grandpa Sam sighed. "Yes, a lot of things happened to him so his character was formed that way. Grandpa almost crossed her off the heirs list when he heard another woman was pregnant with her son."

Grandpa Sean immediately turned to Claire with a surprised face. "really?"

Claire nodded with a embarrassed face. "But Grandpa don't tell him, I'm ashamed. It's both of us's secrets."

"of course. Of course Grandpa will keep it a secret from him" Grandpa Sam said with a smile, "so when did you start liking him?" ask Grandpa enthusiastically.

Claire looked shyly smiling with a reddened face. "When I found out that the kid who helped me when I was a kid was Sean."

"Is that why you didn't cancel your match at that time?"

"Yes" Claire replied in a low voice.

At that time, no one knew that the reason Claire continued their matchmaking was because she started to love Sean. Claire's feelings of love get bigger after Sean touches her for the first time. That was how Claire gave up her whole heart for Sean. That's also why he can't go back to Wild because he already loves Sean.

After checking her pregnancy in the hospital, Claire plans to go home soon, but just after she gets out of the hospital, someone comes up to Claire. "I'd like to talk to you for a second" said the tall woman wearing large black glasses who was standing in front of Claire. That woman is Casandra.

"I'm busy. Don't have time to talk to you." Claire attempts to get past Casandra, but is again blocked by her.

"Claire, I just want to say goodbye to you. Tomorrow I'll go back to my country. Sean has ordered some people to take me tomorrow. I just wanted to apologize for ruining your humbab with Sean." Casandra grabbed Claire's hand and held it, "I beg Claire, I just want to sincerely apologize."

Claire looked at Casandra's face for a moment with a probing look then said, "Alright, there's something I want to talk to you about as well."

Casandra smiled and let Claire's hand go. "How about we talk while eating at a restaurant on the edge of town?" haggard Casandra.

The restaurant that Casandra was referring to was a restaurant that she used to go to along with Sean when he was in S town. The staff at the restaurant knew Casandra.

"It was Sean's favorite restaurant. I guarantee you, you'll love that place too.

After thinking for a while, Claire finally agreed. "Okay, my car?" haggard Casandra.

"All right."

"All right."

Casandra called the waiter and ordered some food. After the meal was served, Claire bailed to the toilet and returned shortly after. They started their lunch together.

"Claire, I'm really sorry for lying to you and trying to ruin your household. I'm sorry I did that. I did it because I love Sean so much" Casandra said earnestly.

"Cansandra, all this time I haven't been wrong with you. I trust you because we've known you for a long time. You seem to be lying to me. I was even willing to take it off for you when you said you were pregnant with her child because Mattew was so good to me first."

Casandra was silent for a few seconds then said, "I'm sorry, Claire. It was my fault. I didn't think the person who married Sean was you. I only found out when we met that time."

Claire and Casandra had known each other before. Mattew is the older sister of Casandra. While in college, Casandra lived in Chicago and attended college with Saen, while Mattew lived in Boston and lived in the same apartment as Claire.

Casandra got to know Claire through Mattew. Not too close indeed because Casandra rarely visited her brother because he was busy with college, but they several times spent three times with Mattew, if Casandra was in Boston.

Meanwhile, Mattew, Nicko, and Sean get to know each other because they went to the same school. Casandra first saw Sean when Sean came to Boston with Nicko. Starting from there, she starts to like Sean and when she graduates from school, Casandra tries to find out where Sean went to college because she wants a college with him.

That's why Casandra didn't go to college in the same place as her sister. One time, Mattew had a serious accident and at that time, he asked Sean to look after his sister. Starting from there the closeness of Sean and Casandra intertwined until finally they became a lover.

"Claire, Sean once promised my brother that he would look after me for the rest of his life. That promise shouldn't he keep? He owes me a promise. Because of his promise, I tried to get back to him. He said he was going to marry me, so I thought he was just wavering because of your presence."

"Casandra, you're the one who greeted him first. That promise, it's already fallen when you betrayed it. After all, she promised your sister to take care of you, not marry you" Claire said with a cold face.

"If it wasn't for me, maybe your brother wouldn't have survived. If I hadn't helped him in time, your brother might not be around right now. So, you owe me a debt because I saved your brother's life."

Casandra's parents had long since died so Mattew was the only family she had. Saving Mattew would save Casandra's life, too.

"Sean doesn't love you anymore. Now in his heart there is only me. You can't take it from me. You better live your life like Sean told you to, " Claire continued.

Casandra seemed speechless for a while and then laughed loudly. "Claire, do you think your life will go your way? Don't dream. You won't get happiness as long as I'm alive. You've dared to take Sean away from me, so I'll take something valuable from you, too." Casandra smiled wickedly after that laughing loudly like an insane person.

Claire frowned for a while and then said, "I guessed it, you must have a hidden mascudine on me. You can't just give up so quickly and apologize to me."

"Claire, Sean's ruined my whole life, so I'm gonna ruin his. I will take away his happiness. You just wait a while longer, my gift is waiting for you." Casandra then stood up, "gift from me, it might drive Sean crazy. It's my reward because he ruined my life."

Before leaving, Casandra again smiled evilly at Claire.

"Casandra what do you mean?"

Claire tries to catch up to Casandra, but is stopped by the restaurant staff because their food has not been paid for. Claire quickly pays and catches up with Casandra, but upon arrival in front of the restaurant, Casandra disappears.

As Claire was about to step in search of a taxi, she suddenly felt a cramp and pain in her stomach. Cold sweat started pouring down his forehead and his head felt dizzy. Claire tried to walk towards the highway in search of a taxi while holding her stomach which hurt.

While trying to walk, Claire suddenly realized something. "Casandra, if my baby doesn't make it, Sean won't forgive you."

Claire immediately sat on the side of the road because she felt tremendous pain in her stomach. His face was extremely pale, cold sweat pouring from his forehead and body. Suddenly, he felt something flowing from the base of his thigh. When Claire tried to examine him, it turned out that he had fresh blood.

With the rest of the calm she had, Claire tried to stand up, but she couldn't. Suddenly a car stopped beside Claire and not long after that a woman got out of the car and approached her.

"What are you doing here?"

Claire desperately lifted her head to see who was the person standing in front of her. After seeing the woman, Claire said, "Helena, please, help me."
