Santi breathed a sigh of relief to see his daughter lying on the bed. "It turns out he was sleeping, instead" he said as he spread his gaze looking at the neatly arranged contents of the room.

But not with Salsa, the mother of two children was reaching for her phone in a bag that rang, then, immediately shifted the phone screen answering a call from her daughter.

"Where are you, why aren't you home yet?" ask Zia at the end of there.

"Mother again at your brother's house with Mama Santi too,"

"Mother's being there?"

"Wait for your brother who hasn't come home yet, I don't know where the boy went,"

"Don't be that girl again!"

The curse of Zia's origin, made Salsa wonder in her heart. He saw Santi who was still busy looking through the contents of the child's room and his daughter-in-law were neatly arranged.

"San, I'm out for a second,"

Salsa immediately walked out of the room because it was bad if Santi heard the talk.

"What do you mean, who's the girl?" ask Salsa who's already outside.

"Eh, there's no Bun, Adek just said that,"

"So, answer me, Mother! Whose girl did you mean?" Salsa was getting curious.

"But Mommy, Adek is afraid that later Brother will be angry, Adek has promised that you will not tell anyone,"

"Son, your brother won't get angry, tell him!" salsa pressed him even more.

"Hm, okay. But Mommy don't tell Brother that Adek told this to Mommy, yes,"

"Yes, say it!" salsa was impatient.

"A few days ago, Adek same Sarah will go to the mall, continue, Adek saw Abang street with the girl in the mall. Mommy knows? The girl was very insignificant, embracing the hand of Brother. Iiiih, Adek was furious to see it! But, strangely, Sarah was silent. In fact, he took Adek away when Adek wanted to hit the little girl,"

Salsa was flabbergasted to hear her daughter's words just now, she really did not expect that Zio already had another woman.

"Mother, Mommy knows not"

Without hearing Zia's words on the other end, Salsa rushed to the room when she heard Santi's screams.

Just arriving at the door, Santi's cry grew hysterical while shaking his daughter's body.

Salsa approached, seeing Sarah's pale face not shaking as Santi shook her body.

"Astaghfirullahalazim! San, Sarah why?"  Salsa panicked to see her daughter-in-law

"I don't know, Sa. I was trying to wake Sarah up but she didn't respond at all,"

Salsa immediately calls Jefri down, asking him to take Sarah to the car.

Half an hour later, Salsa and Santi have been in the hospital. Sarah is being treated by a doctor in the ICU.

On the way to the hospital, Salsa also called Raka and her husband.

Raka, who had just arrived, half ran to Santi who was sitting on the bench near the iCU, crying, hugging Salsa.

"Ma, Sarah why?" asked Raka who had been standing in front of them.

Santi got up and immediately hugged Raka. The woman's cry became more and more so in the arms of her husband. "Sarah, Pa,"

Raka further tightened her hands hugging the wife's body while rubbing her back.

The clattering of steps at the end of the corridor, made the three people who were there turn their heads instantly.

The look in Santi's eyes implied anger seeing Zio running towards them, with Zidan behind him.

Santi unraveled her husband's embrace, then stared cynically at her daughter-in-law whose current clothes and hair looked a little messy, typical of someone who had just woken up.

Zio who had stood before them, only lowered his head looking at the hostile gazes of his mother and in-laws.

"What else did you come here for? Not satisfied you tortured my son,"

The telling of her father-in-law made Zio not wrinkle.

Raka rubs Santi's shoulder trying to assuage the anger of the woman who has given birth to her children.

The ICU door opened. Zio straightened his head and walked over to the doctor who wanted to talk to the patient's family.

"I'm her husband, Doc" said Zio, who had been standing next to her parents-in-law.

Santi screeched, it felt like he wanted to curse and nag his daughter-in-law at this time. But, Raka's gentle strokes of the hand on her shoulder slightly eased the woman's anger.

Suddenly Salsa approached, then pulled Zio's hand away from there.

"Sit down!" his orders have been far from the ICU room.

Zio said he was sitting on a bench available at the hospital.

"Mother, Sarah why?"

Salsa flashed a gaze that Zio could not understand, shaking her head slowly.

"Where are you from?" Instead of answering her son's question, Salsa asked another question, leading Zio to turn his eyes the other way.

Salsa cupped her son's cheeks violently. "Abang! Answer Mother! Where's that brother from?"

"Again sorry, Bun," That's all Zio can say.

Salsa exhaled a rough breath, then released her hand from Zio's face. "Mother is disappointed with Brother" he said with trembling lips.

Instantly Zio got up from his seat, then knelt down and grabbed Salsa's hands, grasping them tightly. "I'm sorry Brother, Bun. Forgive Brother," he said, putting his hand on his head.

Salsa took a long breath. "Wake up" Salsa pulled her hand, which was held by her son.

Zio stood up, then sat back down next to Salsa.

Salsa turned her head to look at Zio who was sitting next to her. "Do you know what happened to Sarah?"

Zio just kept waiting for the mother to continue her words.

"Sarah was unconscious in the room. Now you are satisfied! Is this the reason you chose to stay alone with Sarah? So that you can freely go out as you please and let Sarah in her own home? If mamang is your goal, brother has succeeded,"

"Absorry, Bun, "

Salsa let out a rough breath, then shook her head softly while grinning. "There is no point in your brother apologizing to Mother, because here is not the Bunda who became a victim, but Sarah. You remember the words of this Mother!" Salsa paused her sentence, noticing Zio's parched face. "If something happens to Sarah, you'll regret it for life for what you did yourself" he recalled, then he stood up leaving Zio still glued to his seat.

"Ekhm, though,"

Without Zio noticing Zidan had been standing next to him.

Quickly Zio wiped away the tears that had fallen in the corner of his eyes.

Zidan sat next to him, embracing the shoulder of his only son.

"Every human being makes mistakes. But, every human being is also given the opportunity to improve themselves. It is never too late to change. Daddy believes you can fix everything" said Zidan encouraging his son.

Zio looked at the man he respected and hugged him.

"Thank you, Dadd," he said, breaking his arms and walking to the ICU.
