Chapter 8 IRS

From afar, Alvin came by holding a baby. Stella ran into her house.

Shocked and stunned.

"Whose baby are you carrying Mas?" Stella smiled at the beautiful baby in her husband's arms.

"For you,"

Alvin then gives the baby to Stella who is still stunned.

"Later to explain in honey" said her husband, then kissed Stella on the forehead.

"Oohhh. She's very pretty. Where are your parents?" stella asked, not stopping to look at the baby.

"Oooooo" The tiny baby opened his eyes and his lips opened forming an o very cute.

"They left him on the ship. I brought her home, and you'll be her mother" Alvin said.

"What Mas? I'm gonna be his mother? Thanks Mas. I'm so happy. Not in vain I miss you every day. You haven't been home in a long time. But after you came home, you gave me a really beautiful surprise, I became a mother" Stella said and immediately brought the baby into her room. He put her to bed and kissed her white forehead and cheeks blushing.

Alvin bobbing head. She was also happy to see Stella looking so happy with the baby's presence.

"True Nungky said. Once there was a child, he forgot that I hadn't been home for a long time. And now he was busy with his son," Alvin muttered with a smile.

Alvin approached Stella and hugged her from behind.

"Honey, did you forget about me? Said he missed...."

"Yes, I'm very happy. You brought the baby, my longing was taken care of for a while," Stella spoke but her eyes kept on the sleeping baby in the bed.

Throughout the night, Stella kept smiling and taking care of her baby. Alvin also saw how happy his wife was feeling.

Meanwhile, Nungky was returning home because he wanted to fertilize his body again after giving birth.

She does not want to meet Alvin for a while until her body recovers and can spend the night with her husband as before.

He is in the puerperium.

"I know you're going to be happy today and in the next few weeks. Enjoy it, while you can. One day I will come and say that I am his mother, and Alvin is his father. Until you breathe, you'll have a hard time, Stella,"

In the morning, Stella invited several neighbors including her mother-in-law to come because there was a celebration for her son.

"What's? Stella has a child?" Her mother-in-law was shocked and happy. He rarely met his daughter-in-law. So she doesn't know if she's pregnant or not.

"Yes ma'am" said Alvin, then hung up.

"Mas, wouldn't papa if we lied?" Stella still has doubts about Alvin's plan to lie to her mother and everyone.

"Let's say you're pregnant and that's your son. If you say from the orphanage, then they'll be rowdy" Alvin said.

"Well, Mas" said Stella who rarely met her neighbors.

She was busy working as long as her husband had not yet returned home, so rarely gathered with the neighbors.

"Mom, please come in" Stella said as her mother-in-law arrived.

"You have a child, congratulations, where's my grandson? Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?" said her mother-in-law.

"Mommy's granddaughter. Stella did not want to bother the mother," eventually Stella was forced to lie and do drama following what her husband said.

"Women and men are the same. If your daughter is now, you'll be pregnant again, and you'll have a son" her mother said, then approached her grandson, who would be named.

Pregnant again? How could? mumbling Stella.

Alvin grabbed his shoulder and blinked his eyes.

Stella nodded and smiled at the few guests who came.

"What's his name?" ask a neighbor.

"Esther Alviana means hidden and star," said Stella who will remind you of her undisclosed presence and also on her habit of staring at the beautiful stars waiting for her husband to come.

"She is present among the stars" whispered Stella.

Alvin smiles. Yeah, you're right, she was born when I was also staring at the stars with her mother on the ship. A fitting name, muttered Alvin.
