Destiny Finds Us Again

Keanu was starting to look tired. All his schedule today is a mess. Even lunch he forgot. All he had in mind was Alin...Alin.

"Boss, shouldn't we take a break for lunch. The worm in my stomach from earlier was already a brawl."

"Sorry Rez, I'm troubling you. Then we'll get some food now." Keanu answered Reza listlessly.

Reza immediately looked for a restaurant that was around. Shortly afterwards, Reza pulled over the car at a cafe & restaurant that was not too luxurious. After parking the car well, they went down and entered the cafe & restaurant.

They both occupied a corner seat near the window. Reza then ordered food to waitress while Keanu remained silent as he stared out the window.

"Alin..... Where are you? Why did you leave me without asking me anything? Have you never loved me so easily you walked away from me?"

Before long, Keanu's phone rang. Keanu had initially let it go. But the phone kept ringing so it interrupted his daydream. Finally he answered the call.

"Yes, why?" Keanu replied in an annoyed tone.

"Hey..... Why do you, baby? Koq sewot then?"

"Ngga nothing koq. What's the matter you called?"

"I'm at SH airport now. But I didn't see you. He said he'd pick me up."

Keanu. He just remembered that today Irene returned to the homeland.

"I still have work out of town. So can't pick you up."

"Loh, you didn't promise. You should've cleared your work schedule, dong."

"It's important work, Irene. I also thought I would finish soon. But the truth is not."

"So.... I how?"

"What do you want again. Well. You go to the apartment just take a taxi."

"But what about the reporters. They must be highlighting me. They're gonna wonder why my fiance didn't pick me up after so long."

"It's up to you to tell the reporters what. For sure I can't pick you up." While talking on the phone, Keanu's eyes kept watching the surroundings. For some reason, Keanu felt his feelings now calm down. Not as tight and restless as before. Is it possible because Irene called.......

"But baby, at least you have your subordinates come here to pick me up. I took a taxi."

Keanu was about to answer but suddenly his eyes saw the appearance of a woman who resembled Alin. The woman was about to come out and was holding the door handle.

Seeing that Keanu immediately stood up from his seat and stepped quickly towards the woman.

"Irene, it's been. I have a need." Without hearing Irene's reply, Keanu immediately closed his call.

Reza who saw Keanu rushing walked towards the door immediately exclaimed.

"Master....Where to?..…We ate first just left." Reza was confused because of waitress while serving their order on the table.

Keanu did not answer Reza at all. He just kept walking with a fixed view to the woman who is now on the terrace of the cafe & restaurant. He ran quickly towards the woman and so close, he immediately held her hand.

"Clin........!!!"

The woman who was indeed Alin looked shocked to hear the voice of the person holding his hand. He wanted to turn around angrily and throw out the hand that was suddenly holding him.

But hearing the voice of that person saying his name, he did not turn around. He was confused as to how. Alin knew that voice. It was the voice of the person he wanted to avoid at this moment.

But fate says something else. Only a few hours can breathe a sigh of relief because it has been spared from him, even now it has met again.

In the end Alin could only resign because he could not avoid. He turned around slowly while grinning.

"Kean.........."

People passing by were astonished to see this very dramatic scene. They both became a spectacle of people around.

"Alin."

Alin just nodded.

Keanu again kissed both cheeks Alin then turned to his forehead and lastly he kissed the shoots of his head long.

"I thought I lost you. I lost a woman I loved and loved. But it turns out that God loves me so much that he doesn't let me be sad about losing you. That's why he led me here so he could find you."

"Are you going to be sad if I'm not around?"

"Yes, that's for sure, baby."

"Gombal... keep going..your betrothed wants to be accompanied."

"He's my fiancee. You're my wife, the woman I married because I love you."

"Lied from the beginning you weren't honest with me. How about ahead of him."

"We'll just talk inside, baby. Reza's inside."

Keanu let go of his embrace then clasped Alin's hand. Keanu only realized that Alin was holding something in a white crackle.

"What's this?" Keanu asked as he grabbed the crackle from Alin's hand.

"Ummm.that's the food I bought inside." Alin said pointing to the cafe & restaurant, "I was hungry and thought about buying food here and eating it at the boarding house. But now it's not because of the rush to meet you."

"Well already. We eat inside. Reza ordered food." Keanu then grabbed Alin's hand and pulled him into the cafe & restaurant.

Meanwhile, Reza is still waiting inside the resto. He'll wait about 15 minutes. If Keanu hasn't come back for that long, he'll be out looking for him.

About 10 minutes later, from the door he saw Keanu enter while holding Alin's hand. Reza immediately smiled in relief to welcome them.

"Gee, I've finally met you....."

Keanu just smiled hearing that. He pulled the chair beside him and told Alin to sit down.

"Thank God you've been found, Alin. If not, maybe I won't be allowed to rest as long as I haven't found you. It's just that we haven't had lunch since we're looking for you."

"I'm sorry..." Alin said with regret.

"Ngga nothing koq. I just feel sorry to see what she looks like," Reza said as she glanced at Keanu, "If you're not around, she's not excited. Innate crumbs. Thank goodness we're outside. If in the office, all employees get angry, especially April........."

"Shut up, Rez !!!" Keanu warns Reza not to continue his talk.

Alin just smiled at Reza's words.

Keanu and Alin sat side by side. Even though they had sat down, Keanu did not let go of his hand in Alin. Keanu seemed to be afraid that Alin would disappear again if he let go of his hand. Indeed, sometimes we just realize the feeling to someone if he does not exist.

"Let's eat the food, baby. He said he was hungry." Keanu sees Alin still standing still and not touching his food.

"Yes, but take off my hand." Alin answered while puffing his lips because of the sewot. The man beside her was unconscious.

"Oh yeah. I forgot. How can you eat well if I keep holding your hand😁" Keanu laughed then kissed Alin's right hand which he was holding and then let go.

Reza was just a spectator. He smiled happily to see his best friend and boss laughing happily even sometimes his behavior became absurd and ridiculous.

Reza had been with Keanu for a long time and only this time did he see the happy expression of his best friend. When he was with Alin, Keanu turned into another figure. A much nicer, friendlier and happier figure and looks like a normal guy in general.
