As promised to Venna, Brian accidentally made himself breakfast with Venna in the mental hospital. Brian brought a bouquet of flowers and a white teddy bear for his woman. Brian doesn't know if Venna likes him or not.
Upon arrival at Venna's nursery door, Brian asks Claire for permission to see Venna when her brother-in-law just came out of Venna's room with an obstetrician to check on her birth condition.
"Brian...! Want to see Venna?" Claire asked when she saw her sister-in-law carrying a bouquet of roses and a fairly large teddy bear.
"Yes Claire. I want to have breakfast with him." Said Brian shyly.
"Then tell her to eat a lot because her twins are malnourished." Doctor Claire said.
"alright. Then I'll see him first."
"Be careful Brian! He's not one hundred percent healed yet. Speak good things because it will make her happy." Said Claire.
"I'll try."
"OKs. Have a nice day. Don't force him to talk to you."
"OK."
Doctor Claire closed the door of the room after seeing Brian approaching Venna who was still in the same position with a straight gaze while swinging his body to the front behind. This morning Venna looks very beautiful because her hair is in one pigtail to show her neck is smooth white.
"Good morning Venna! I brought you flowers and dolls. What do you want first that you want to hold?"

"God...! Why is she so beautiful. She's crazy enough to be this beautiful let alone normal." Inner Brian.
Venna glances at the doll held by Brian and Brian understands Venna wants her doll. Brian gave it to her and Venna immediately hugged the sizable teddy bear. Brian ventured to kiss Venna on the forehead.
Not how many couriers deliver breakfast from Brian's restaurant subscription. Brian deliberately bought for both of them.
"Venna..! Do you want to eat?"
Venna shook her head. He began to get nervous and scared again until he hugged his doll tightly. Every time Brian spoke, the shadow of that fateful night brought him back to fear.

Forty minutes later, Brian got off the helicopter and went straight into the elevator to Venna's room. Claire breathed a sigh of relief because Brian was the right person to treat Venna at this time.
"Brian...! You started all this and now he has accepted you in his heart. Please end all the mess you made by marrying her. He can't be far from you anymore. He needs you more than medicine and food." Claire looks worried.
Brian nodded and went straight to Venna who looked weak with a pale face. He rubbed Venna's big belly to greet her future twins." Hey babe! Are you guys all right? Forgive your mom for not eating to starve you. But Daddy promised you'd make your mom want to eat so you're healthy again in there." Said Brian while kissing the big belly of Venna in welcome weak kick from her twin baby.
"Brian.... Brian!" Call Venna with eyes still closed but there are tears that managed to escape from the corner of his eyes make Brian full.
Brian kissed Venna's lips making the girl spontaneously open her eyes. Brian now raised his face a little more tenuous to stare at the pretty face of Venna who was looking at him with a sad look.
"How is my girl! Are you demeaning me?" Brian asked with a smile on Venna making the girl's feelings explode whether what she felt at this time is difficult to describe.
Venna raised both hands to hug Brian's body, making Brian bring Venna's body in his arms.
"Take me away with you from here, Brian." Pinta Venna was like a sane person at the moment making Brian dumbfounded.
