19. Gifts
Natsya smiled looking at her reflection in the mirror. She looks beautiful wearing a yellow goose dress. Flat plate shoes with matching colors enveloped his feet.
From the reflection of the mirror Natsya saw Adler was dressed. Natsya stood up from the chair towards Adler and took the tie from Adler's hand.
“Let me wear it," he said, starting to help Adler put a tie on.
Natsya often saw her mommy put a tie on her daddy first. Looking at Adler, Natsya also wanted to give it a try.
Adler leaned over a bit letting Natsya put up a tie for him better. It's the first time Natsya has helped him put up a tie.
Natsya lifted her head after finishing tying the tie to Adler and at that moment their eyes met. He could see her reflection from Adler's eyes looking at her gently.
”Done," said Natsya backwards a little while lowering her head removing the awkwardness.
“Thank you," said Adler, watching the tie around his neck.
Natsya lifted her head looking at Adler hearing his thanks. "Together," she smiled.
”You want me to take you to your friend's house?" tawar Adler's.
“But right, you have to go to the company?"
”No problem. I can take you back to the company" said Adler, taking his wallet and issuing a black card.
"This is for you." Adler held out the card in front of Natsya.
"What's this?" tanya Natsya took the card.
"This is a new card for you. You can use this to buy whatever you want" Adler explained.
Adler has asked Rama to make a new card for him after learning all of Natsya's belongings were taken by robbers.
Natsya's eyes sparkled hearing that. He smiled happily and thanked Adler. Then put the card in his wallet.
The two then went down together.
"Adler, Sister-in-law, good morning" said Arfan who passed by Adler and Natsya want to get out of the house.
"Good morning Brother-in-law," replied Natsya.
"You're going to the company?" tanya Adler sees Arfan dressed formally.
"Yes, brother" replied Adler.
"Then we go together" Adler asked.
Adler knew Arfan had never been considered in this house by his uncle and aunt so he very transparently lived in this house. Even to get out he had no vehicle of his own, therefore Adler offered to drive him.
"No need for a brother. I can take a taxi online" Arfan refused.
"Online taxis can't get in here" Adler said.
Arfan thought for a moment and finally agreed. The three then get into Adler's car where Nino is sitting in the driver's seat waiting for them.
“Nino, we go to the Mahendra family residence first," Adler pinta.
"Good, sir." Nino starts driving.
Mahendra residence is quite close from the residence Ridsyi, only need to drive 5 minutes the car has stopped in front of Mahendra's house.
"I go down first, see you," said Natsya opening the car door.
”Good. If there's anything you should call me right away. Understood?"
"Yes. I'll definitely call you," Natsya nodded down from the car.
Natsya walked to the porch of the house, paused for a moment, and turned towards the car. He smiled as he waved his hand. "Let's go" he said, seeing Adler through the car window.
"Road," said Adler lowering the car window.
Standing in front of the door, Natsya pressed the bell attached to the wall near the door. The door was opened shortly after by a woman in her 30s.
”I'm Krista's friend, Natsya. Krista's home?"
“Oh, Miss Natsya. Miss Krista and Miss Linda are inside waiting for Miss Natsya. Let me take you." The woman opened the door wide and let Natsya in.
Natsya smiled and went inside. The woman took Natsya to the living room.
"Natsya, you came quickly." Linda stood up from the sofa approaching Natsya and pulled her to sit on the sofa.
"During time not meeting Natsya. You're becoming more beautiful now" said Krista smiling at Natsya.
Natsya also smiled looking at Krista. ”You are also very beautiful," praised Natsya.
She had seen the photos of Krista shown by Linda. Krista looks so much prettier than her picture.
“I heard from Linda that you're married. Why didn't you tell me earlier?" ask Krista.
”Sorry. Our marriage was very simple and hasty" replied Natsya.
This is what Adler told him. They married behind closed doors, not even telling family members.
“On your wedding day I can't come. Sorry," said Natsya a little sorry.
Linda and Najiha have told him what happened before he lost his memory. Although she still can't remember it, Natsya still feels compelled to apologize to Krista. He had promised to attend her wedding.
”No need to apologize like that. Linda told me you were sick that day."
“I've prepared a wedding present for you," said Natsya opening her handbag and taking out a white envelope.
”This is for you. Actually my husband who prepared this knew I wanted to give you a wedding gift. Even though it's too late, I hope you'll take it," said Natsya putting the envelope on the table.
“What is this? Why do you bother everything," said Krista grabbing the envelope and opening it.
Krista was surprised to see the contents of the envelope. "This is a delivery package at the city's main hospital. You better use it yourself. You you are also pregnant" Krista said, returning the package to Natsya.
Krista knew this maternity package was very expensive and very difficult to get. Natsya's husband must have taken pains and spent a lot of money just to buy this package.
”You don't like this gift?" natsya asks confused to see Krista wants to return the gift.

"What do you mean Linda? Who's Natsya's husband?" ask Krista wonder.
"Ah, I forgot to tell you that Natsya's husband is the new AR Group president" Linda said.
"What?" krista was surprised.
On the other side.
A black car stopped at the entrance of the AR Group company.
“Nino, you take Arfan to the 4S store after work to choose a car and the bill is inserted into my account" said Adler.
”No need. I can buy my own car. There's no need to trouble you," Arfan refused.
“Today is your birthday. Think of it as my birthday present" Adler said, then got out of the car.
In the car, Asgar is speechless, while Nino secretly drives the car leaving the AR Group.
If Adler doesn't say it, he'll forget that today is his birthday. Only Adler will remember his birthday. His parents never remembered and celebrated his birthday.
Saying congratulations is never. He could only envy seeing other children celebrating birthdays, getting congratulations, and birthday gifts.
During this time only Adler and grandfather always send him birthday gifts. In that family only Adler and grandfather thought of it as family. Now that Grandpa's gone, he thinks Adler's gonna change after Grandpa's departure. Because before Adler was very cold and ignored people. He thought there was no longer any grandfather to curb Adler, so Adler did not need to be nice to him anymore.
