Hyuna is the first of two children while Bagas is the first of three children Hyuna and Bagas married because they were betrothed by their grandfather and parents Bagas.

Bagas was born to a noble family and both parents are businessmen of several tea plantations in his city, while Hyuna is the son of her father who is a state servant while her grandfather is only a retired TNI.
