The Dilemma Between Love and Friendship

Farel and Abby then decided to go to the mall which is not far from their current existence.

" What if you just put your car here and we go to the hospital in my car it's gonna be really troublesome if we use two cars!" Farel gave a suggestion to Abby who could only nod in agreement with the wishes of her best friend who she had not met for a very long time.

" What do we buy for souvenirs?" ask Farel to Abby.

" The simplest fruits and flowers if I think. I'm sure on the way to the hospital there must be a lot of fruit and flower shops!" abby told Farel her opinion.

" Okay then we just go straight to the hospital yes we buy his souvenirs on the way there to be simple and also not a waste of time!" farel decided.

The two handsome men then entered Farel's car. Farel as a driver immediately drove his vehicle to the hospital that is not too far from where they are currently.

" Where are you going after this?" ask Farel to Abby.

" I had come to Indramayu only to meet someone who was said to have important news about the woman I once loved. But he did not come after two hours of waiting. Hence. The plan is to go straight back to Jakarta and back to the Netherlands!" abby tells Farel his plans, who is fascinated by what he says.

" Who is the woman you love? He's so special that he can make you come all the way from the Netherlands just to see the news anchor about him!" said Farel was curious about the woman told by his best friend Abby.

" You remember Hilya, right? That's your old-school sister!" abby said a name that once perched in the heart of Farel for a while in the past High School.

"Hilya? So the woman you love is Hilya?" asked Farel was surprised to get the Secret of Heart from his best friend about the woman he once loved.

" I didn't dare to express my feelings to her because of Hilya who always kept herself close to men!" abby said explaining the reason why she used to be so blunt to Hilya about her feelings.

" Who is the woman you're going to meet now?" farel asked curiously.

" I don't know if I don't know him too well, but he says he's Hilya's word!" abby explained to Farel.

" Where did you know the woman who claimed to be her brother? What if he just wants to trick you and wants to frame an Abby Zulkarnain?" farel asked as he looked at Abi who was currently focusing on looking at the street in front of him.

" I don't know! I didn't think about that. All I want to know is about Hilya's current news. You know for over 5 years I haven't heard from him at all!" abby said as she glanced at Farel.

" Where do you think he's Hilya's older brother and not a con man?" ask Farel again.

" He sent me many pictures of Hilya in every situation and condition. He even sent a photo of Hilya while she was asleep. Doesn't that mean he's the closest person to Hilya? If it's a stranger, there's no way he could have or be able to take a photo of Hilya that close!" abby said about her hypothesis to the person who asked her to meet.

" I'll send the photos to your phone and you can judge. Whether the person who sent it was a fraud or was it really Hilya's big brother!" Abby then took her phone and sent the photos inside her phone to Farel's number.

A notification sound was heard on Farel's phone, indicating that the photos sent by Abby had reached his phone.

" Later I'll see the picture. Because I have to focus on driving. Let's get to the hospital soon!" farel said with a smile to Abby.

' It's been so long that Abby still loves Hilya. Is this time I still have to retreat as well to get Hilya for Abby again?' inner Farel felt a dilemma between love and friendship.

" Did you never see Hilya again? You live in one city. Time never met him anyway?" ask Abby to Farel.

" You know I went to college in Dubai. I also returned to Jakarta not long ago. In addition, I am also now serving in Jogjakarta and asked by my Grandfather to become dean at my family's campus!" farel explained about his living conditions to his best friend.

Abby looks mangosteen and understands Farel's explanation to him.

" So that means that for 5 years we have never met Hilya or communicated with her again?" abby asked trying to confirm to Farel about the question.

" Right because I never knew about Hilya's phone number either. You know best that Hilya is very concerned with a man and always limits herself to that!" farel chuckled.

Because now Farel is remembering his stupidity first. When he and Anby wanted Hilya's phone number, it ended up in a great shame because Hilya humiliated them both in public.

The two of them finally laughed. Because the two of them both remembered the extremely embarrassing incident.

" How can there be a girl who dares to resist a handsome 2nd charm like us? Only he was so presumptuous and dared to do that! Ahaha!" farel said with a laugh, remembering all the silliness they had done to attract the attention of a Hilya.

" Geez just by imagining it. It really made me unable to sleep after this! Ahaha!" abby said as if back to their old High School days.

The two of them had always bullied Hilya and always looked ridiculous as they had never won against the girl.

" Hilya always had a way to fight us both. And in the end we always have to bite our fingers and always get punishment from BP teachers because of our ignorance to prank him! Geez! It was the most barbaric time of my life, because I did that to a girl who had nothing wrong to me! Ahhaha!" farel's laughter grew louder as he recalled how many hundred nights the two of them had to think of a mischievous idea to make Hilya cry because of their actions.

" But he did not cry. Even we who always get punishment from BP teachers and both parents we are forced to be called because of the delinquency of both of us! Geez! If I remember that darkest time of my life. Geez! I really wanted to drown myself in the sea because I was so embarrassed! Haha!" abby continued to laugh as she recalled their good time in high school time related to Hilya.
