Chapter 5: Goddess Damn You Aqua
The forest was quiet, the trees slightly rustled as the wind blew.
Some squirrels jump from tree to tree to frolic.
It was a perfect day to relax.
A magic circle suddenly appeared in the forest, scaring some birds and forcing squirrels to hide.
The circle then shone and took out a man a few meters from above the ground, causing him to scream in fear.

I landed on my back, groaning in pain.
"Gosh, Aqua. Eris is much better than you." I said, cursing Aqua for a rough landing.
The next thing I knew, I felt an unimaginable pain in my head, forcing me to grab it.
I started banging my head against the ground, trying to release a bit of pain, but to no avail.
It feels like hours when the system is loaded.

The pain finally stopped when I looked at the screen.
I lay on my back, looking up at the sky past the screen, feeling blood dripping down my face.
I blamed myself for not wishing it wasn't painful and Aqua for not warning me about the pain I was going to feel.
I looked at the main menu and wondered if I could think about it without speaking.
I used my mind to think, 'Show status.'

I began to look around tiredly at the trees and bushes, wondering if Aqua was sending me somewhere dangerous.

Some waifu in gacha are dangerous and crazy.
Most of the basic functions including search, summoning, sacrifice, evolution, 'dying', and stat points remain largely the same.
When they are 'killed' in battle, they will return to my inventory and stay there for 24 hours.
As for stat points, I gained 5 per level and one skill point as usual.
However, it made me think about what would happen if I enrolled in the guild and received a card from them.
Will the stat points I earn increase to 10, or only 5? What about the class? Can I have two, like one from the guild and one from the system?
I shrugged my shoulders.

For the party it was the same, but instead of just six, I could have unlimited party members, and there was no level limit for me or my waif.
That means we can cross the 200 limit level.

Every time I level up, I unlock a new spell no matter the sub-class.
In the game, you have to choose a path to descend like elemental, necromancy, black magic, shaman magic, and even some priestly spells like healing.
If it's magic, I can learn it.
What's interesting is that my luck will increase the chance to summon rarer waifu cards.
It made me wonder what would happen if I called someone from Konosuba?
Will there be one, or will there be two of them?
For some reason, the two Darkness made me shudder, but I don't know if it was out of fear or excitement.
The downside was that I needed to use a certain amount of mana to summon my new waifu after obtaining it, but I had no problem with it.

I slumped backwards, feeling tired during which channel(?) finally stopped.
The card was getting brighter, and I could finally see what was happening.
Somehow the cards were being changed, and when the lights went out, Celestine appeared.
Everything started to blur for a moment.
I blinked a few times as my vision returned.
I heard him gasp for joy before he jumped me, making everything dark.
I waved my hand as she smothered me in her chest, blocking my airway.
"T-Tuan~!" Celestine sobbed in relief, hugging him even tighter.
"I was so worried that I would never see you again... Huh uh?" He felt him pat his back with him muttering in his chest.
He moved it from his cleavage to hear her response.
She started to panic and shook him at the same time when she saw his face slightly blue, "What should I do?! Sir, don't die! Waah~!
"Ha~ah, ha~ah. B-Ber-stop shaking my k-k." I'm trying to say.
It made me feel nauseous, and I almost threw up, but I held it in.
She finally stopped shaking me and started apologizing while crying.
I patted her on the head, comforted her, told her that it was fine.
"Let me heal you." She stutters shyly.
Celestine knew she was screwing up, but it wasn't her fault because she thought Regulus died the last time she saw him.
He was so happy to see her alive that he acted without thinking.
His hands glowed white as he spoke, moving them towards his head,
"Cured."
I looked at my status and saw my health go up +5 per second, and 9 seconds later, everything healed.
