Responding to the situation, the situation that sliced the hearts of everyone, because the village that was advancing, is now being hit by the disaster of conflict with the villagers sukaramah. therefore, the police is a party that has an important role in overcoming conflict between the villagers. It is in accordance with Article 15, Act Number: 2/2002, that in performing its duties the police are authorized to;

a). Receiving reports and/or complaints,

a). Help resolve community disputes that can disrupt public order.

"Based on the description of Article 15, it is found that the police have the authority to assist and resolve conflicts that occur between communities. The role of the police in dealing with and resolving social conflicts between communities, because the police are the vanguard in reducing and controlling the situation and stability of a region from the danger of threats of crime and riots.

"Surely social conflict has existed for thousands of years of human life on earth, both on a small scale to a large scale with very varied causes. Starting from the issue of ethnicity, race, religion, to economic and political interests also contribute as a cause of community conflict that results in loss of property to loss of life. As well as other social losses that result quite long in the form of psychological losses or in other words prolonged trauma that is not easily cured and does not cost a little either morally or materially.

"Conditions of people's lives in groups based on ethnicity, religion or group are often a trigger for divisions between other groups that interfere with the harmony of living together. The main thing that became the spark of riots and divisions.

"from damage or destruction that threatens the whole or the individual and gives a sense of freedom from fear or worry, so that there is certainty and assurance that all interests or a state that is free from violations of legal norms.

"The implementation of the business is through preventive and repressive efforts. Given the description in the background above, can be identified the following things;

"policies in this regard should be able to anticipate the conflict that will occur by approaching the community and providing input to prevent the occurrence of conflict widely. So the function of Bhabinkamtibmas (Bhayangkara Pembina Pembinaan Security Order Society),

Binmas (Community Development), Polmas (Police Society) in each village should be sensitive to the situation that will occur and can create harmonious relationships between communities so that there is no conflict.

"Therefore, I as the authority is very responsible for the incident that happened to the people of Sukadarma and sukaramah village who are in Sukabumi Regency.

Because the main task of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia is set out in Article 13, Law Number: 2/2002, about the police. The main tasks of the Police in the article are as follows:

"a. Maintaining public safety and order.

"b. Enforce the law,

"c. Provide protection, guidance, and service to the community.

The main tasks of the police referred to in Article 13, Law Number: 2/2002, are detailed in Article 14, Law Number: 2/2002, about the Police consists of:

Implement arrangements, guards, escorts, and patrols of community and government activities as needed.

Organizing all activities in ensuring security, order, and smooth traffic on the road.

To build communities to increase community participation, public legal awareness and community compliance with laws and regulations.

Participate in the development of national law.

Maintain order and ensure public safety.

Coordinate, supervise, and provide technical guidance to special police, civil service investigators, and other forms of self-help security.

Organize police identification, police medicine, forensic laboratories, and police psychology for the benefit of police duties.

Protect the safety of body, public property and the environment from disruption of order and/or disaster. Including providing assistance and assistance by upholding human rights.

10.Serving the interests of the community for a while before being handled by the agency and/or the authorities.

11.Providing services to the community in accordance with the interests in the police environment.

12.Carry out other duties in accordance with the statutory regulations, Under the provisions of Article 3 paragraph (1), Law Number: 2 /2002, and, about the Police mentioned that the development of the police function is the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia which is assisted by:

Obviously Mr. Police at length, Maybe he wants to explain the main tasks of the Indonesian Police and so that the public knows when they face problems like this, Where they ask for help. because the task of the police is the leading Guard of security guards in the area assisted by the community, because the main task of maintaining security, tranquility, comfort in the environment is the duty of everyone.

"I say thousands of thanks for the willingness of citizens who want to make peace.This has all eased the task of the police to reconcile villages that are affected by conflict. so for that we as security will help mediate the residents of Kampung sukarama and Kampung sukadarmah, so that all can live quietly, comfortably and safely in the future, after this I will try to contact the head of the village of Sukaramah, so that I can discuss with him, and we can decide what the future looks like, but even though I can not be sure, yet, we will keep trying so that this mediation can run smoothly, so as to produce justice for all the people of Indonesia."

"Thank you so much, police officer! Then about when the residents can sit together with the villagers of sukaramah, to discuss the events we just experienced?" ask Mr. RT as if impatient, even though the police sir has explained at length.

"God willingly, I will give you news. If we can have a meeting today, but I do not promise.because we have to see the situation first.Fear, and do not let us want to make peace and even make the atmosphere worse. we must speak with a cold head, so that everything can go well, as expected by the Fathers.

After the deliberation was completed, the police officer asked for permission to carry out his duties.He will also meet today the head of the sukaramah village, to discuss peace. In order not to continue to drag on in the already entrenched hostility.

After the death of the police, the members of the vegetable basket group still gathered because Fathan asked for it, only people who did not join who left, such as Ujang, Fardi and other residents.

And starting next month we should start shipping our farm to that company."

"Well if it is like that, we will go home first to each other's homes, to change our clothes first" replied Mr. RT agreed.

"Thank you for your willingness, sir! but what about the rest of the people, do we agree that we're working again?"

Answer the entire group in unison.they eventually disperse to go home to each other and promised to be reunited in the garden to run the routine as usual.

Finally Kampung sukadarma returned as usual, like nothing happened. whereas yesterday there was a very heartbreaking incident, even Kamal his uncle Fathan had to be rushed to the hospital.

At the gate of Kampung sukadarma and in the streets that can be used as entrance to the village. heavily guarded by the authorities, so that the incident yesterday did not happen again.  They were watching while waiting for the decision of their superiors to negotiate with the villagers of sukaramah.
